Mr [redacted] has to get authorization from the President of the company before he can even tell you you may have a refund Our boss has been out of town and does not return back until Monday February 12th At that time I will fill out the paperwork and get the refund process going

The Books are for 2018- From my understanding that have been shipped out I will have to get the President of the company to sign off before we can refund your money

Ken [redacted] has actually spoken with the customer, we are waiting on the President to sign the papers for the refund

I am rejecting this response because: there always seems to be an excuse similar to this, i.e., someone is out of the office and/ or sick, in the hospital, etcI am only requesting $dollars refundIf only the President can make this decision, then that company needs to seriously rethink how they are running thier business

Sorry this has taken so long we have other returns we have to do You are on our list when Different publications don't get finished then there are alot of customers that we have to return funds to all because MrRiley quit and took his work with him We are in the process of returning all the customers their money and you are on the list Sorry for the inconveinence

I understand where the [redacted] are coming from No one ever said this was resolved, we obviously have not refunded the money so therefore it would not be resolved No one else could have gotten their cc info Mr [redacted] was a sales person in my office I am the admin I am the person that runs the cc info and I shred it The office that is an hour away does all of our printing They were talking to someone from that office that has no business speaking on an account they know nothing about As I said we have other refunds that we are refunding because Mr [redacted] is no longer with us all of the projects he started and never finished therefore never got printed so these customers need refunded as well We will try our best to refund them within this week or next

You will be added to the list of refunds I can not give an approximate time for your refund but you will be contacted once the refund is refunded

Very sorry about your experience However with Mr [redacted] being out so long and no one following up on his leads we have a lot of his customers waiting on refunds I can not give a time on when you will be refunded, however when we refund your card we will notify you and so will our paypal company After we refund your card I am not sure how long it will take for paypal to release your refund back to your card

Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.Since the business says they shred credit card info, we will accept our $refund in a check or money order We have been dealing with this for over a month so we expect the refund as soon as possible

This is the first time in many calls that I have heard that these Platte Maps are "summer to summer"!! This sounds like just another excuse like the rest *** recently called and talked to *** *** He told us that he would be sending a refund check back to us over a month ago *** was very rude to *** and hung up on him When *** called back he asked for the supervisor *** *** said he was not there, so *** asked for the phone number for the supervisor and *** claimed he did not have it and hung up on *** again!! This conversation just took place last week on June We are fed up with this company and all their excuses I do not believe anything they tell us anymore We are still asking for our $be refunded as promised!!

First of all *** *** no longer works for this company and has not for awhile. Matt is the manager of our Peoria office, he has had no contact with me about this company. Its hard to refund someone when you know nothing about the problem. We have had to refund many customers back
because of the projects Mr*** started never got finished therefore never got printed in time. I will run this by the Boss however we can only do a refund of what was taken we can not pay APR

This is the 3rd time I've contacted Revdex.com about this complaintCity Press from Monmouth IL, made an unauthorized charge on our credit card of $In their response to the last complaint dated December 11, 2017, the company stated they would return the $within a week or twoIt has been weeks and they still have not returned the money.The company return the money they took from us

Answer is too vague as to a timelineThere was a long list of other businesses waiting for refunds as wellThe complaint will remain in place until refund is received

We have had a lot of products getting shipped out late as Mr*** no longer works here, so other sales people have had to finish his projects. Matt is in our other office where all the printing is done for our company. We have had a lot of delayed shipping problems due to the
holidays. If he gave you a tracking number bare with us they should be getting to you soon

We have offices The Peoria office which Matt is the manager of. He was doing all calls for both offices because Mr*** was out on medical for months we were not sure he was coming back or not, Matt's office also handles all printing of our products. There was obvious miscommunication between the two offices. However I nor Matt can just send a refund it has to go through the president. I will add you to the list for a refund and will contact you when your refund is going through. Once I refund you back I have no control on how long it will take paypal to get it back to you

tried to contact the business with no responseThis map books were supposed to be printed and delivered by the end of AugustThey may have talked to someone else who ordered the books within our companyI do know I was not he only one who ordered them but they were all independent ordersSo please refund the money to my credit cardI have attached the invoice for my purchase
