This is an advertisement that *** *** agreed toOur Design team sent him a proof that he finalized It is my understanding these maps run summer to summer months for a year and are currently in the process of being shipped out to customers and the different distribution points that were
set up All of ur printing is done in our Peoria offuce and that is what they are telling me about the maps I do believe there is a PDF of the maps but I don't have it personally I am just the office manager If you have any other questions feel free to call

We at The City Press print and produce maps across this great country and while we may not be able to keep everyone happy we do try. I would like to apologize on the company's behalf and for Mr*** ***. We do print and produce a guide covering both the Sherman and Wallace area and as an added bonus we create an additional platform by doing a county map utilized by the local realtors in relocation packs. The map is produced at no cost to anyone but us. For quality assurance we do monitor and or verify orders taken by account reps. There is a process sto keep the customer involved from start to finish and while it may not be FLAWLESS it does work. There's no need for us to sign anyone up without approval nor we would have the ability to magically generate the information needed to pay the invoice for them. I'm sorry the dealings with *** *** have upset you so and I understand. In the interest of keeping you happier than you are now I would like to run a no cost ad for you in the Kansas AG Guide and have attached a pdfof the publication we do for the fair where all the advertisers in the Ag Guide get this at a no cost bonus, kinda like the maps you don't like at all. I think this would at least generate a return on your investment

Consumer indicates they have never received their refundThe consumer requests the refund date and method of refund

It depends on how they paid. If they paid through credit card we will refund them through our paypal account

Mr*** no longer works for our company, we have had multiple customers wanting refunds back because they had not received their product. We have been very busy trying to gat all of his products caught up and printed. *** was correct when he said we have to wait for the president to
sign off on the refund. However the president is gone a lot he owns a few other businesses*** is in our Peoria Office where all of our printing is done. Which is an hour away from our main office. I have not been notified of any refund for this customer. I will let the president know and we will contact the customers when we refund the money. Also we do not keep credit cards on file, I know that because I am the one who runs the credit cards and shreds them after they are ran. I don't know if there was a misunderstanding and Mr*** spoke with another person at this business but I know I shred all credit cards after I submit them through our paypal system

I am rejecting this response because: you told us in April of that we would be refunded immediatelyWe have not yet seen that refund, and that is completely unacceptable of any businessWe will not accept your response until the check has arrived

I am rejecting this response because: I did receive a call from Ken *** on or about January 29th He said he had to talk to his boss to get approval to refund my
money and that he would call me back on Thursday, February 1st, with more information as to whether his boss would release the money As of this date I have not heard back from Ken *** nor the City Press company

She had spoke with a sales person and agreed on the ads She did not receive her ad proof and called and complained and then wanted to cancel She charged us back through PayPal where she will receive her money back I believe there was a misunderstanding between her and the sales

I believe someone in our office had contacted Mr. [redacted] before I checked this message.  It is my understanding that the Map Directories are in the process of being printed and shipped out.

I am rejecting this response because:
I have filed a complaint with the Revdex.com previous about this complaint. It shows that it was resolved, but it is not resolved! It has been a month since the company said they would refund our money, ($800). We have not received it. We are a small company, only my wife and I so no one else would have authorized this transaction. We have called them numerous times over the past months and the company always promises to refund our money. The company claims they shred the customers credit card information after they run the transaction. It would be easy to keep a copy before it is shredded and they could easily run the card thru again for a charge the customer did not authorize. That is exactly what has happened. The company has plenty of complaints why it has not been refunded yet, such as, they are waiting for the president to sign off on it, the president is gone a lot, the office is an hour away from the main office. They claim they have multiple customers waiting for refunds. Why is that? Does the company make a practice of running credit cards over and over for unauthorized transactions? The transaction is question is advertising for an area we do not service, there is no way we would have authorized it. They claim the sales man, Mr [redacted] no longer works for the company. That is not our problem. The company needs to own up to their mistakes and refund our money. We want the full refund of $800 immediately!!!

Mr. [redacted] has to get authorization from the President of the company before he can even tell you you may have a refund.  Our boss has been out of town and does not return back until Monday February 12th.  At that time I will fill out the paperwork and get the refund process going.

You will be added to the list of refunds.  I can not give an approximate time for your refund but you will be contacted once the refund is refunded.

Ken [redacted] has actually spoken with the customer, we are waiting on the President to sign the papers for the refund.

The Books are for 2018-2019.  From my understanding that have been shipped out.  I will have to get the President of the company to sign off before we can refund your money.

Sorry this has taken so long we have other returns we have to do.  You are on our list when 20 Different publications don't get finished then there are alot of customers that we have to return funds to all because Mr. Riley quit and took his work with him.  We are in the process of returning all the customers their money and you are on the list.  Sorry for the inconveinence.

We are working on returns we got behind due to the Holidays.  You will be getting a refund I have you on the list.

We are currently looking over all of [redacted]s sales to refund the customers that did not get their product.  He left in September and his projects were never completed.  Unfortunately we are in the middle of refunding customers back.  We will put you on the refund list and you will be...
