Customer states: The company had promised to have the part replaced but I could not wait for the company any longer because it would not be safe to travel without this partI was forced to buy the part from another company with my own money

Please contact the repair shop (Green Auto Repair) since they are the once who got paid to do the brakes on the vehicle, we have the receipts to prove the work that was done on the vehicle thanks

The Mercedes-Benz that MrDarling purchased from us has brand new brakes pads, (front and back) as for the sensor he is concern about, MrDarling should arrange for it with the shop, Green Auto repair they are the third party mechanic shop that we use, they will take care of the repairs for him thank you first choice auto management

I am rejecting this response because: A) They did not refund my money because they never charged my card, that was not the issue B) They sold "my" car that they committed to me and did so without "my" permission C) It is obvious that no one has even read my complaint D) It is my belief they sold the car to another party and I have asked the CA Atty General and the CA Auto dealers Assoc to look into this E) It would be great if a human at the Revdex.com would actually investigate this case, it seems like only emails are exchanged between each other This business is a sham, there are numerous complaints online, and there short, incomplete response to my complaint is evidence of their arrogance, as I assume this is how they operate

We refunded the consumer back his original deposit after we figured that the car was going to cost more than a thousand dollars to fixWe could have kept the money and sold him a defective car, but we are an honest business and told the consumer about the issueThere is nothing more to move forward withThank you,

I've heard this before with no results. I mentioned the sun roof but they didnt respond to that. I let them know I put in an alarm because they didnt provide the promised key fob. He said he had it but they never contacted me to let me know so that's not resolved either. I forgot to mention that they only provided me with one license plate, I thought in CA two are required. Do I need to do anything to get this added to the complaint
As of 11/4/none of the issues have been resolved

when I told him I also wanted the 22% interest as well, or a new contract, he broke off communicationYou said to let you know if anything new has happenedAlso, how can I pull up my old complaint, I wanted to add this but didn't know how

The customer does not answer calls even though we offered to help and the part that we promised has been sitting here for months.If the customer wants to stop by on Friday we will be more than willing to replace the part for him that was promised

She bought the car AS IS back in May 2014, that's about five months agoWe got the shocks, the battery, and the battery connectors replaced for her at no chargeShe took the car to the a *** Dealership and they didn't fix it right she should take it out on them not us, plus if she came
to us in a good way, without yelling and threatening we would've helped her, but with the way she approached us, there is no way we would even talk to her, and she is not allowed on our premises

regarding the complaint that was filed against our company on 1/24/2014, the customer have a valid three months warranty where they can have the car fixed for them using that warranty, or they can always take the car back to the shop who worked on the vehicle before,...

after all the shop got paid for their work, the customer can call us and we gladly will provide them with the shop name and address.

No one hang up the phone on the customer or told her that she can not cancel her GAP contract. She was sent an email with a cancellation form to be signed so we can proceed with her cancellation.

I am rejecting this response because: I just received a cancellation form today 4/11/2016 at 12:42 pm, I have been treated unfair and was told I was unable to cancel. First Choice auto employees did not want to give me any information for the finance manager or business owner. I will complete the cancellation form that they just sent to me in my email. I hope to resolve this matter as soon as possible and receive a full refund for the gap insurance.
As for the different Vin#'s on the hood, door and contract that are all different and was unaware of any work that this vehicle may have had or accidents that were unreported on the car fax. I have contacted DMV and reported this information.
