On 7/15/2020 we recieved a package from First Class Pro Diet Order XXXXXX
We never order this and we believe this is a scam and felony to charge us.
We received a package on 7/15/2020 from First Class Pro Diet PO Box 4747 Norcross GA. to *** drive, *** nc XXXXX Per ticket enclosed The order number is XXXXXX order date was 7/10/2020 and ship date was 7/12/2020. user ID on ticket ***@scsinconline.com. WE DID NOT ORDER nor do we know this company. This is fraud and felony if they charge any of our cards.
My husband also informed me they had sent the day before 7/14/2020 another package with CBC oil

Should I make a report with the FBI? This was sent via US MAIL. I will be sending this back to the company via UPS with a tracker on this.

I tried to call with the number online, no answer only loud noise

1) Order information/who/when and what was the email address it came from or phone number 2) No charges on any of our accounts. Possible criminal charges to be filed against them.

They keep emailing me , even after I block their email address....
They are harassing seniors with lies of a product that does nothing.

It's a scam!!! The number is disconnected! You cant contact anyone! I have paid over $200 and dissatisfied doesn't begin to explain this experience!!! I am disgusted!!!

I checked today my banking statement and found I was billed and taken out of my account from *** $89.85 and from *** $89.91
On 05/19/2020 I checked my account to make payments and I had been taken out of account from *** $89.95 AND FROM *** $89.91. I don't know who these companies are and what they sell. I want my money back! I started to look for these companies and it went directly to Revdex.com. I guess this is a scam but I have never seen these names and never have asked for their product. I live on my social security check only.

restitution of money $179.86 and for these people or company to take me off their list because I don't know who they are or what they sell. I can't call them since they don't have a phone or any kind of communication.

I returned all by 1 product bc It's opened. I want a refund bc they charged over $100 for it. They said I can get 20% back . Rude and unreasonable.
I was charged $220 for products that when I ordered were $40. I called and said I can't afford this and mailed them all back except 1 bc we opened it. I got the refund. I was then charged $109.97 for it. It doesn't work. I'm not satisfied w it. I called and they only will give me a 20% refund. They said to return it. I need my money back. They kept charging me By the month for subscriptions I did t want. There was nothing in their site that said I had to call and cancel subscriptions. They were rude and did t care to help or understand. I'm not satisfied with them or their business practices. I need more than 20% back of 109.97. This is a very small bottle for this price. I ordered it for $7.95 and then was charged over $100 for it. They said they will charge me monthly. I'm not satisfied at all with them or their products. Bad business !

I was billed for a product after ordering a trial promotion. There was no clear indication at time of purchase there would be additional charges.
I ordered a trial product for a reduced cost. I was then billed weeks later $89.95 USD. I contacted company and the following quote was their response. "The $89.95 charge is for the trial product (CBD Pain Rub) since you've exceeded & missed to cancel your trial subscription on time. As per Terms & Conditions, you're supposed to give us a feedback or cancel to avoid getting charged $89.95 for the product that you received." This was not clearly indicated on the website. I did not even want the pain cream, only the trial size oil. However when I tried to checkout it kept popping up "CLICK HERE" which added the pain cream with no indication of a charge beyond what was billed at the time of purchase. I feel this is a deceptive business practice.

Desired Outcome

A paper check issued to me in the amount of $89.95 and corrective action against the company to force them to clearly indicate the terms of service prior to checkout.

This company repeatedly tried charging my credit card for charges I didn't authorize.

I was charged $68.94 from GreatSkinOnline on Nov. 26th. I have never ordered from them.
I don't have any model numbers or anything. I never ordered from GreatSkinOnline and I've never received an item.

I purchased CBD tincture 300 mg as a 14 day trial. I did not care for the taste and wished to return the product. However, there was no receipt in the package for the product, no phone number and I could not find a website. I have since been sent another bottle and charged the full amount on my card. I would like to return both bottles XXXXX *** St. Suite *** Odessa, Florida XXXXX and end this subscription. I have never dealt with a company with such poor communication and customer service.

As long as I am not showing as having an account I am fine

Received Pro Naturals CBD oil and cream. Charged $4.95 for each. Today charges appeared on my card for $94 and $92. I did not authorize these charge
My card was charged $94.67 and $92.67, charges I did not authorize. I've had to cancel my card because of these charges which now makes it complicated to process my normal bills. I called Pro Naturals and was told that the fine print stated these charged would be made after 14 days. This morning before 9:00 AM on the 15th day the charges appeared on my card. My bank called me immediately. I suspect they may be familiar with this business. I let them know that I'm scraping by on Social Security and that I simply don't and won't be able to pay any of these charges unless I default on my rent, car payment, etc, which I would never agree to do. I didn't mention, though should have, that I've been sick the past few weeks (I have medical records to verify this). I only opened the package for the first time yesterday. I was told on the phone that the best they could do was reduce the charges by 25%. I was very disappointed, but didn't know what else to say. I then did some research through the Revdex.com and found the following entry from Pro Naturals CBD in response to another person's complaint:

I am being billed for items that I did not order.
I ordered a free sample of cbd oil on 07/15/2019 and authorized a shipping charge of $4.95. On 07/30/2019 my credit card was charged $94.67 by HARMONY*IHEALTHYNATRLS. Then on 08/14/2019 my credit card was charged $94.67 by INTENSEPURESKINCREAM.C. On 08/15/2019 I sent an email asking them to take me off of their account list and refund the charges that I did not authorize. On 08/16/2019 my credit card was credited $47.33 by INTENSEPURESKINCREAM.C. I want all unauthorized charges to be refunded.

product from this address is being sent to me without ordering and I am being billed without authorization on multiple occassions.
I am receiving products that I havent ordered and I am having my debit card used without authorization.

I would prefer refunds for all billing to my debit account , i would also request that my account be closed with this company. I made several attempts to contact company and was unable to contact them.

I was finally able to locate a number for the business and my account has been closed. I have also been notified by email that I will be refunded for the orders that have been sent.

Product advertised that you pay shipping to see if you like the CBD product. Nothing about more charges over a week later for facecream and Keto.
Add for this product claimed you only pay shipping and you will receive CBD oil for the cost of shipping. I decided, what the heck, I would try it. No where did it state that this was the first of other charges to come. $4.99 charge to credit card for shipping and you get to try it. When checking out for the oil it said there was another deal - Pay only $4.49 and receive 30 cbd soft gels from the same company. So I added that. I was charged (On 7/22/2019) for shipping for both and received the products around a week later. When I received my credit card statement I saw to unrecognizable charges on 8/05/2019 of $91.92 and $94.97 respectively. I have received no additional product nor do I remember agreeing to pay these amounts for what? The charges sy one is for FACECREAM and the other for KETO - what? This is a major scam and is happening all over to many people. No recourse because somewhere in fine print I agreed to this? This is very disceptive. I am low income and these charges hurt. Someone is getting rich finding a loophole in legal ease and this has to stop.

I have the original unopened product. After this, I would never use this product. What are those other charges for? The product I have that I paid shipping on? More product I never received? Is the company who manufactures this product at fault or a middleman? I will make sure this scam gets out to everyone I know. Shut this practice down.

You do not have record of me? How convient! I ordered the Tinture 300mg for the $4.95 shipping and the CBD 5 MG 30 soft gela. Nowhere did it state 14 dys to try nor did it state anywhere that additional charges would be charged. Your business practice is bogus, only being proved by the number ocf complaints and refunds you have given. I want a refund for both, $94.97 and $91.92 respectively. I was charged on 8/5/2019. Tinture XXXXXXXXXXKETO CO VBASE2 and capsules XXXXXXXXXX FACECREAM XXXX (XXXX-X-XX) AZ VBASE2. You shoud also have a record of me calling and telling you guys to stop the automaatic shipments on 08/23/2019. I have unopened product still and would return it for my refund.

They are requesting additional information. The sellers website is: healthynaturelifestyle.com and the product is definately clearly marked as your company Yes, I received order and shipment confermations. I have copies of all. Order number for Tinture was XXXXXX, gel caps XXXXXX. I can provide documentation. Last 4 digits of CC was 1977 through Oregon State Credit Union Visa. It has since been canceled due to this fraud but you did receive payments first. I also called the number on my Visa statement and canceled with the customer service representative so no other charges would happen in the future. I also received cancelation emails I can also provide. I would like a refund. This has caused me much hardship and this ws my grocery money of almost $200 for this month. I have the un-opened containers of the product and would like a refund in check form. I would be happy to send it back. Your "actual price" of this product after 2 weeks is hidden in fine fine print and is a deceptive practice in my book. I would have never tried the product knowing the real price. We were led to beleive the order only cost the shipping, for that was clearly stated.

This company is telling me that I did not buy directly from them. I have the product and it was definately manufactured by them. Are they comfortable knowing that a company is selling their product with deceptive addvertising practices? I was told there is nothing they can do for me. How about no longer providing their product to this deceitful company? How about helping me get my money back? How about taking there product back as a return?
