I cancelled a scam order- was told to return the items. I called customer service who said I didn't have to return items. I don't want $200. charge.
I did a survey supposedly for Amazon to get free $100.00. Dumb, I know. I picked one product worth $100.00 and was only charged shipping. I was also charged shipping for another product that I did not choose. 4.95 came out of my checking account @ Bank of America on a visa card. twice. Yes I verified the charge for the bank, who texted me right away. Dumb me, I had an out but didn't use it. After recieving package I Called customer service after reading complaints of this company on Revdex.com site. I called customer service and cancelled the "auto ship" product order, which I was never told about. The recording said I had to return the items before 14 days.I called back to find out an address for the company as there was only a P.O.Box #. A live person insisted I don't have to return the products. I don't want to take any chances and get charged $200.00, or more, as others have been charged. purchase date-08/18/2019delivery date-08/23/2019 order #XXXXXXX and #XXXXXXX. Was sent a cancellation (RMA) ?-XXXXXXX and RMA # XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX. And RMA #XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXX I have no idea what those numbers-RMA-are. If I find an address I will put those numbers on the package.

Desired Outcome

I just want to make sure that when I send these products back to the company, that the cancellation is valid and I have no further charges from this horrible company. Also, I have no address for this company, because the customer service refused to give me one. So I will attempt to return these items to whatever address I can find, with the RMA numbers I was given. Can the Revdex.com assure me that the cancellation is valid? Can they give a return address for this company? P.O. Box 4747 Norcross, GA 30091 Pro Naturals. Will others be warned of this false advertising scam for products that have nothing in the ingredients that is advertised ?

I was not complaining about shipping costs for the free trial. I was complaining about sending more and not being able to get in touch with the company. Tried calling phone number provided on website. Was told by person on other end that phone number provided was bogus and when asked if they could provide a number I was given a number that was also bogus. A little hard to cancel something when you can't get in touch with company. Was sent two items totaling $187.34 that I did not order. Was not charged yet for items but I imagine Bill is in the mail.

Company appears to be fraud, with different names I ordered a trial product from them, I cancelled after receiving it. Now a $95 amount has charged
Ordered 7/19 initially. As soon as I received it I cancelled online, however they can find no cancellation, and Ive deleted or lost my cancellation notice.

The receipt from the initial purchase of product at $4.95, has no email or phone number to reach the company. I reached out via the exact advertisement
for the product. At which time I requested cancellation. The company has 2 or 3 different names. I can provide more details with the receipt ( missing info) as well as the name which withdrew fun;ds from my account. I just feel it is fraud, when there is no means of which to contact a legitimate company for cancellation, until it is after the fact!

they offer a "free sample" for shipping cost, and then without "informed consent" or agreement, proceed to ship nearly value-less "product" at the cost of $94.67 monthly
I did not notice that charge last month, but did this month .. I was offered 50% refund for only the one instance which I had noticed, I then threatened to report the company ... then they offered 90% refund, and finally 100%, if I ship the product back to them.
I feel that the Georgia Attorney General should investigate these criminals .. they are continuing a SCAM .. a fraudulent / deceptive business practice.
Do you have a contact person at the Atty Gen. office ?
I need my $188 fully refunded, and I'd like to see the company ordered to CEASE AND DESIST in this or other fraudulent mail order practices.

CBD Health Naturals engages in deceptive business practices, if not outright fraud.There are numerous complaints which can be found online. Addtional complaints may be found by searching for other company names located at THE SAME ADDRESS.
Furthermore, it appears the company lied about having "refunded" the full amounts taken from me;
my credit card statement shows:

USPS postal inspectors (mail fraud)
and to District Attorneys in California and in any areas where individuals have been impacted by an ongoing pattern dishonest / fraudulent business practices.

I want to cancel my account. The number listed is only a recording. I have been trying to close this account for months now.
As mentioned above, I am trying to cancel my account. The phone number listed on the bottle is simply a recording that cannot locate the calling number. But it is nothing more than a recording. Even the option to speak to a customer service representative returns you back to the same message. It is a loop.

I ordered the sample of CBD oil from Pro Naturals CBD on Jul 12, 2019 and ever since I am unable to use my Debit card.
On July 12, 2019, I purchased a sample of CBD oil from Pro Naturals CBD Order number XXXXXXX . I paid $4.95 shipping with my debit card and have not been able to use my card since making this purchase. After searching for the company, I learned that there were quite a few people with complaints about being charged for auto ship fees. I did not see any mention of the sample being a 14 day trial or of a recurring shipment and charge. Had I seen that I would never have ordered the product. Because my account didn't have enough funds for the auto ship feature , my card is now in limbo.

Website was misleading, I was scammed out of $200
I was under the impression that I would be charged shipping for a bottle of cbd oil. Instead I was retroactively charged then signed up for a $100/monthly recurring shipment, which I did not sign up for! Was offered a 25% refund. Outrageous business practice A TOTAL SCAM! By taking a survey for "***" we would receive a free product. Spent $9 total on shipping, however 2 wks later, was charged $94.67 to my account.
On 6/6/19 I was sent a text from an unknown number ( +X XXX-XXX-XXXX) claiming that if I take a survey for ***, I will receive a free product. They linked this website in their text *** I took the survey and selected a bottle of CBD oil (order number XXXXXXX). I had to pay $4.95 for shipping of course. They also threw in a container of hemp cream (order number XXXXXXX). There was no exit button, so in order to go through with the transaction, I had to buy it. I ended up paying $9.90 for the products. I was a little skeptical of the ordeal, but about a week later, I received my products and thought little of it. On 6/22, I was going through my buying history working on finances, when I see that on 6/20 I got charged $94.67 for something that I didn't buy, and didn't know what it was. I called my bank and cancelled my card. At first I didn't know who the merchant was or what they were charging me for. It only said the merchant was Rosegoldhealthyext. I tried googling the name and several variations of it, but came up with nothing. When I looked back farther into my purchases, I saw that it was from the place that I bought the CBD oil. I looked in my emails and found my order confirmation, saying that it would be charged to me as RoseGoldHealthyExTesto. I found a number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) with the first order I bought from them and called to see if I could sort it out. The first thing I noticed when I called was nobody (the automated voice and the customer service representative) said the company's name. When I was connected to the representative, he said he will look up my records and that it will take a few minutes. I waited for 5 minutes in dead silence when he hung up on me. I googled the phone number and found that several supposed scams were linked to that number. Some people claimed it to be credit scams and others claimed it to be a few other things. I figured it was one of those instances where scammers buy and sell phone numbers in order to stay undetected by authorities. I later googled the company (Pro Naturals CBD oil) and couldn't find the company on any immediate websites. I found a few Reddit threads and scam forums where people complained about that company, all having the same story as me and a few being charged the exact same amount as me. I was unable to find a company website. There were no links to a website in any of the emails they sent me, only a phone number (XXX-XXX-XXXX) and email address (***@customerservicecbd.com) (which the phone number on the emails and on my bank statement do not match up). I sent them an email this morning (6/23) explaining I did not purchase anything else and asking for a refund. I also detailed all the research I did on them, explaining how I believed them to be an illegitimate company. I got an email from them this morning confirming I have opted out of the monthly subscription, however there was nothing in there about a refund. I emailed them back asking again for a refund. As it was only 30 minutes ago, I have not heard anything back from them.

I was charged $94.97 I did not authorized from my bank
I ordered CBD for my 82 year old mom as she has pain. I was told it was 4.95 for the first bottle and then if I wanted to cancel further orders I had 14 days. I called within that time and cancelled. I found a 94.97 charge on my bank statement.

I called the company's number. They argued I dint cancel at first then said they would refund 25%. I told them no I didn't want anymore form them an d to refund the $94.97. They refused. I told them I was hanging up and calling my bank and and reporting fraud.

They called me back and tried to offer 50% back and return of the CBD. I told them that is not what was presented to me when I ordered the product. I hung up again and called my bank and reported fraud.

Then I spent over 2 hours looking for this company and they are nowhere to be found their address on the package slip doesn't even show the company name. just Shipping Department P.O. Box 4747 Norcross, GA 30091. Look for them you will not find them.

I am not sure how this will turn out. right now I'm out $94.97.

On June 5th, I received a package that contained a bottle with a dropper and a jar of some sort of lotion. I cant use anything other than prescribed
by my doctor.

SCAM ALERT!!! offered a free trial online and was never told that it would be a recurring order costing $187.34 ea month. I have requested a full refund. We will see if I get this refund.

Requested sample, was put on auto-ship, confirmed cancellation, still got charged.
Company offered a free sample with $4.95 shipping. They added a second item without my permission and charged me $4.95 shipping on that as well (I clearly clicked that I did NOT want the second item). I replied to their confirmation email on May 17th stating that I did not request the second item. They replied that they had removed me from auto-ship for that item. This was May 27th.

I immediately replied stating thank you but what about the other item. I stated I did NOT authorize ANY auto-ship and that the website did not state I would be automatically subscribed. I do not take free samples if they set up auto-ship.

The company then charged my credit card today, June 3rd, a cost of $94.67 without any authorization and has not replied to my inquiries. The reference is: HARMONY*IHEALTHYNATRLS XXXXXXXXXX, FL Ref Number: XXXXXXXXXX

I did not receive any confirmation of the charge or even anything telling me what the charge is for. I assume it is some sort of auto-ship that they have put fine print on their website that I missed.

Desired Outcome

I expect them to immediately refund the charges and cancel this. If they do not cancel and refund by Friday, my credit union will open a fraud claim.

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company and the company resolved their complaint

Company issued a free sample with $4.95 shipping. Company then started shipping monthly charging $94.67 approx. without any authorization, won't stop.
Starting in approx. November of 2018 company started shipping their product, cbd oil without an order and efforts to contact them to stop proved negative. No person can be talked to with only messages left which they do not respond to. Have contacted my credit card company and they are working on the problem as well (***).

Desired Outcome

I want this business to stop sending me their products, which I have not ordered. I would like a refund for all they sent me that I have not ordered but primarily I want no more of their products and others to know about this scam company.

SCAM!!!!! This company is fraudulent. They use country singers names to sell their product.Their products are not what they say they are. Awful cheap products. They charge 4.95 for a sample and then hit your bank account again for $95. I've tried to get hold of them several times. They do not answer their phones.

This is a SCAM!!!Didn't realize it's a monthly subscription and sure as *** DON'T think I would have knowingly agree to have $95.00 taken out of my account since I'm on a VERY limited income! Contacted them and they said they would refund the money for the last bottle and send me an email for shipping label and they would pay S.H. I asked for the name of the company so I would know what to look for and the dude wasn't really clear. I told him the name my bank gave me when I called them to try to figure out why I was so short on funds. I cannot find the email and I spent the last 2 or 3 days trying to contact them again to try to get this information so needless to say I AIN'T no happy camper!!!@@ Beware, Beware!!!
