First Fidelity Services Reviews (41)

I wanted to wait before writing this review to make sure what has promised has been providedI had done a lot of research online and I have read the complaints left on the Revdex.com profileWhen reading the responses by the company it appears that a majority of the complaints were due to misunderstandingsHaving been declined when attempting to do this on my own, I took the chance and signed up with SkyeUnlike some of the complaints, Skye made everything really clear and informed me of all costs and fee's upfront before asking for banking and SSN unlike my loan servicer and unlike what most other people have said in their reviews/complaintsWhat was promised has been providedMy new repayment program has taken into full affectTHANK YOU SKYE 10/would recommend and I have have already referred people

We submitted our loan consolidation information with this company in May They have been taking out payments since then, but none of our loans have been consolidated and the loans still want payments! We have called several times, but they keep saying that it will take a couple more weeks It seems like this is an agency that gets paid to recruit people to consolidate their loans, not to consolidate them They are just recruiters This entire company seems like a scam because they are taking our money, yet none of our student loan companies have heard from them even weeks later! So we are having to pay on our loans & pay this company This is not good business!

First Fidelity Services contacted me, via phoneI did not have previous knowledge about the company and was addressed to Revdex.comThey alleging to be a good standing legitimate companyI was lured into "business" with them without them clearly identifying themselves as a lucrative businessI asked [redacted] specifically if this was an attempt to sell my loan to another lenderI expressed my concern about not wanting my loan to change lenderTo which her response was that "NO", she works directly with the US Department of Education and that her intent was to set me up with an income based repayment planShe explained that the plan included payments of and the rest would be dlls until the loan was paid off or forgivenI asked how it workedShe said that because of my low income I was eligible for forgiveness if my income continued the same over the yearsShe went ahead and took my info for the income based repayment planShe said I was going to get a letter in the mail

I received a call from Brandy with First Fidelity Services Division for Student Loan Relief and Forgiveness this morning from a local Oklahoma number, not Calif area codeThey claimed to be a private company that could, if I qualify, get my student loans forgivenShe had some guy get on the phone to continue the conversationHe wanted my soc sec number, which I did not give, we didn't get as far as bank info because upon my telling him that I am unemployed and disabled at the moment he was not interested in giving me information on getting my student loans forgiven, they want you to pay them a fee to consolidate the loans you haveHe said to me that he would call back in to days, because if I have no income that I could not make payments that were arranged and that I could not pay their fee to do what they doSo, there is no such thing as student loan forgiveness unless you dieI was informed that they recorded my call and I know they will read this too, so l would like them to know that I had a room full of witnesses to the whole conversation and I don't know if anyone of those people did not record my conversation or notThey are just another collection company that wants your personal information and your bank information to pull money as they want from your accountI too noticed a change in demeanor from the man I spoke with when I would not just give my personal information and as soon as he found out I had no income I would block them from calling but I am sure they use diff numbers all the timeI was always told that if it sounds to good to be true, it is!!! Save yourselves the trouble of giving out personal information that you can't get back, soc sec...etc and contact the original creditor and work something out with themThat way you are not disclosing personal private information and then charging you a fee on topI am not a customer of this company, nor will I ever be, I am simply offering a review of my experience with First Fidelity Services, so others can be informed and be aware

I spoke with Chad at First Fidelity Services and my experience was less than satisfactoryInitially, Chad was very enjoyable filled with lots of valuable information regarding my student loansHowever, he quickly jumped to conclusions that I would be using his services and then requested my bank informationWhen I told him that I was a bit unsure about giving him that information due to freud and asked if he would send me a letterhead with his proposed student debt forgiveness programs so that I could verify his services, he proceeded to insist that he needed my bank information in order to do that because they (First Fidelity Services) "are not here for you (me, the consumer) shop around." When I explained that I was simply trying to verify his information and if he could not do that then I would look elsewhere, he rudely stated "we won't forgo our policy to meet your needsWe are done here." and hung up on me

They were very helpful and friendly, they were empathetic to my plight, and walked me through a bunch of Government BS.I look forward to working with them

They could not give me any information I asked for, the guy I spoke with didn't even know how long the company had been in business! They wanted all my personal information but couldn't tell me anything about the company they representedNOT happy! Now we wait to see if the hour and a half I spent on the phone with them was actually worth it

After getting my wages garnished for months the garnishment was just liftedProcess took months to complete but John and Ashley really helped me through thisI couldn't be happierThank you both [redacted] ***

I spoke with [redacted] this evening and felt the same way as the other reviewsThey pushed for banking information giving you little security about their businessShe proceeded to tell me over and over the call is recorded for my protectionShe also stated I can cancel with no penalty if I am dissatisfied with the service by the second paymentI felt rushed to review the documents and she stated she would give me time to review and call me back in ten minutesIt's been twenty and no more [redacted] I hope this consolidation place is really trying to do just that and not take advantage of struggling Americans

I just cancelled all paperwork with this company They had me on the phone for a hour conversation at first telling me how they can consolidate my loans, get my payment down and have an end date for me The monthly rate was what I really liked Well, over the next months I sent paperwork and called in my husband's ssn and other information to which they LOST and I had to resubmitThey also did this with his FSAID number I also got contradicting emailsI allowed them to take monthly payments for months, money I could have paid toward my student loans So, after I accepted terms and a payment amount, I get another email stating it went up dollars So, I am not playing this game anymore and decided to drop them and stay with Navient I called Navient and told them my issue They said you can consolidate for FREE at www.studentloans.gov So I am going to do that and stick with my repayment plan which will have me paid off almost years before First Fidelity They talk a good game at first but after they get some money, they really put you in a bind if you accept their terms I am glad I did not

I was given this number by a person that works at National Student Debt Solutions, she said she used to work thereI spoke with two people from First Fidelity Services...The guy I spoke with first told me that they had to get my social security number and my routing and account info at my bankI told the gentleman that I know I have private student loans and why was he asking for my account info if he doesn't even know if he can help meAfter he transferred me to Karen in another part of their office she went on my fed student account and verified what I had already said that they are private loans I am needing help with She then sent me a cancellation letter saying that no payments would be taken from my account since I have no loans they can help me withThey gave me the name of a Law firm in Florida that specializes in student loans GM Law Firm LLCKaren told me that they would get my file from First Fidelity Services and contact me the next afternoonI waited and didn't hear anything so I called the number from the GM Law Firm website and they answered using a different nameThey had no idea who I was or what I was talking about So now I am going to the bank a show them the cancellation letter to make sure no money leaves my accountJust don't understand all of this but I will be sure never to give my info out again no matter what.....I am fully disabled and on a fixed incomeI pray nobody is going to steal from me...I guess I will wait and see if my bank calls the 26st of every month like the gentleman set up my payments before he even knew if they could help meI pray that Karen was telling the truth and everything was cancelled like the email says

Dear Revdex.com, I am sorry this client has misrepresented all of the facts. Here claims are not true. We do have a recording that can be transcribed and posted for review. This client also went through a quality control call to make sure all information was clear and accurate.
She also has had copies of all signed documents since 1/9/in her email. She also signed documents again on 2/1/and the copies are in her email. The client has all of her signed documents and has had them since 1/9/18. In regards to her payments we do not owe the client any refunds as she stopped payment on her first payment and she had a non sufficient funds on the second attempt and those monies were returned to her after we have processed her file. The filed was cancelled on 3/9/18. We clearly identify ourselves and we are a Revdex.com accredited company with all of our information public. Thank you for the opportunity to respond. Best Regards

I'm glad I didn't fall for thisHow Revdex.com could endorse this company is beyond meThe person I talked tried to get my information out of me...social security and bank numberWhen I questioned him on anything he was rude and told me he send an email with the phone number if I changed my mindNo thank you!!

After reading a few of the bad reviews I was hesitant to use First Fidelity to help me get my defaulted student loans back on trackHowever after speaking to Daniel in underwriting he assured me that they have thousands of clients they help weekly and I decided to trust him in helping me get out of defaultHe was super knowledgeable and not only did he bring me out of default, but he was able to reduce my student loan payments from $down to $
Now I know I will have a great Christmas!
Thank you Thank you thank you!!!
I will refer my friends and family!
