Avoid at all costs- misleading, misinformation and predatory verbiage
Please read: A call was received, statements made of a predatory nature, misleading and stating the debt would be cancelled. This is untrue, if a company credit or otherwise overcharges you or does something incorrect, that company owes you not a 3rd party company-- coming into the situation to resolve the dispute. Why would they get to charge you to resolve something that WAS NOT your fault in the 1st place. The contract is misleading. Please contact the companies you owe and discuss options. In the end additional cards will be opened, debit will increase and you will now owe the credit card companies, this company and be worse off than when you picked up the phone.
Resolution: full refund and this company to be transparent in what happens to the credit in the end, how can sending cease and desist letters and taking out huge sums of money off a credit card-- then not paying but taking a fee from the person you claim to be helping not be considered misleading and fraud.

thank you,

Mislead
Started program 3 years ago, this company charged their fees to one of the rwo credit cards that I had. Stating that the credit card company was unlawfully charging higher interest rates and that they can resolve this issue. They also said that my credit would take a hit but when they are finished my score would be the same when I started their so called program or higher. I was sued by a collection agency which the company got all the money plus, miss Aubrey had their company send me a check for 1300.00 in good faith money but in reality the collection agency got all the money plus. Now the credit card company of the other card which they charged for their services is sueing me. I was completely blindsided by this company. Guess I should hire a lawyer

Difficulty getting someone to return a call. Requesting refund due to dissatisfaction with services.
I received a call 8/27/2019 from First Infinity Financial. The caller told me I qualified for a new program, that because I have paid so much in interest on charge cards, the credit card companies can no longer put interest charges on. That is I paid their company a fee, plus 230.00 per month for one year my debt would be gone. I also had to join a credit monitoring program for 29.00 per month. I have a contract outlining fees and services. I decided to sign the contract because it sounded like a quick fix. For the next couple of months, I received no phone calls from the compant. One of the pledges on the contract was on going updates regarding status. I received no update calls. I did call them a couple of times and was told there was nothing to tell me. In December I started to receive past due notices on the charge card accounts that First Infinity was to be handling. I called Audrey at First Infinity and she claims this was explained, that they let the accounts go into collection and get written off. When I stated that I thought the fees I paid were to payoff the debt, she said the fees were for the time put in on the account. I decided to cancel this program because I feel I did not get the product I thought I was getting. I asked about a refund and was told no refund because there was some work done and that's what the fees were for. I complained to Audrey that I paid a lot of money and am dissatisfied with the services. She mentioned talking to her manager and possibly getting a refund on the 230.00 monthly fees I had paid. I did not hear back from Audrey so I called her again and she said she had not received an answer so she would ask and call me back. I did not get a call back so again, I called Audrey. I asked about the refund and she said there is no refund because I cancelled the service. I asked what happened to the possible refund if the 230.00 fees and she had no answer. I requested she find out because Ifeel I should be refunded. The refund policy states "client understands that if not satisfied with the services provided by firm, he or she may request a full refund of the fee from firm by USPS mail or by telephone. Firm shall then grant them refund as such. If client requests a refund of the fee after the end of business on the 90th calendar day from the day of consultative document preparation fee was processed, then the client shall incur 25% processing fee that will be deducted from refunded dollar amount". My paperwork is dated 9/27/3019. I believe my first call to Audrey was in November , well before the 90th day. I have called Audrey repeatedly and she keeps putting me off by saying she has to get it approved and that she'll call me when she has the approval. Then, I get no call, so I call her back and the cycle repeats. I called one last time this morning hoping for a call back but do far nothing. I am seeking a refund of my $6,260.00 which is called "the Fee" and my 230.00 monthly fee for 3 months. I feel I had to take this step due to First Infinity dodging my calls, never returning calls and never getting a definitive approval to end this. In the welcome letter I received from Audrey, she states, "Active communication is key....we will be in constant communication with you as your file progresses.". The New Client Document promises calls will be returned by the next business day.
I feel I did not get the product that was advertised and I definitely did not get the Customer Service that was promised. I thank you for looking into this matter. I hope to see a positive resolution to this problem.

Desired Outcome

I am seeking a refund of the fee of $6,240,00 and the monthly charge of 230.00 for 3 months.

Subject: Re: Revdex.com Complaint Case# ***

Hi ***,

I did complete the form on line, my case has been resolved.

Company using "predatory lending" practices as a hook to get consumers to sign up with them. It results in multiple charges on your credit cards.
I've been battling health issues and was not able to put together that the charges on my cards was how First Financial was making its fees. My Fico score has sunk several hundred points and I expect it to go even lower.
It's interesting that others dealing with this company are experiencing some type of health issue. Singling out? I'm sure the Federal Trade Commission would be interested.
Meanwhile, the employees of First Financial take their money, knowing full well what this is doing to your credit and just keep telling you that your scores will rebound at the conclusion of this program.
There is a contract that they quickly get you to sign and between my health issues which affect my mind, as well as my body, was impossible to understand.
This has been going on since March, 2019.

Desired Outcome

They charged money on my credit cards and I want that money refunded to the cards . I also want others who are suffering from mental or physical health issues to know they are being treated in an unfair way that they may not know.

Was contacted by a company in Florida claiming that they could resolve credit card debt to a zero balance and stated that I had been over charged on interest rates. They proceeded to charge my credit card with two different fees that I wasn't made aware of that show as purchases and then closed out my cards without my permission and also not to my knowledge. Both charges totaled to be $3200 and I have contacted the company to be assured that the charges would be refunded in 10 business days but it still hasn't. I have also contacted the Credit card company and filed a dispute with them. I was contacted when I was Ill and told the lady on the phone of my condition and she continued to contact me and and accost me. I believe that I was scammed and taken advantage of and I don't want this to happen to anyone els but I also want help getting a resolution. I have received two emails from the company and both emails have different physical addresses, the Florida address listed as well as 123 Main St. Denver CO, 80202 with the email address first [email protected] and phone (973) 997 - 7424. As stated above I believe I was taken advantage of due to my illness and this is not ok.

Desired Outcome

Other (requires explanation) I want to know 1.) If I was scammed. 2.) That my credit score is still in the previous condition it was prior to this. 3.) I do not want this to happen to anyone else. 4.) I do not want to be contacted by this company again.

Ms. became a client of First Infinity Financial on November 21, 2018. Ms. signed a contract on that date which listed and explained the services and the process of the program. On January 8, 2019, we received a call from Ms. who was confused about the program and requested a refund. First Infinity Financial refunded Ms. in full the same day. The Financial Advisor assigned to Ms. account advised her that the refund would take 5-7 business days to reflect on her credit card account. First Infinity emailed copies of both refunds to Ms. as well on January 8, 2019. We regret any misunderstanding that may have happened; our company prides ourselves on customer satisfaction.
