Hello Revdex.com,
I have not received a satisfactory response refund or any form of compensation or communitions fromantic the business. I am requesting a full refund as we spent more money in gas and time off from work just trying to get to their facility only to be constantly turned away and told to leave because we were being a nuisance. Please advise the business we will only agree to full $refund as this matter has been more of an inconvenience to my family more than anything
Thanks
Sincerely,
*** ***

Scammers. The whole deal felt like some sort of back alley drug deal or something. They advertise one thing and supply another.

Here's a challenge for anyone reading this. Go to their inventory and find a car you are interested in. Call their telephone number and get connected to their "operator". (She's really just a willingly ignorant accomplice. She will tell you that you can buy the car for the ultra cheap price advertised on their website. You just have to print the ad and bring it with you and the guys at the auction house will sell it to you for that advertised price.
Well, that's a lie. The price advertised is a reserve price for the auction. In addition to that lie she will not tell you about the fees they charge, which is 22% to 25% of the bid amount. She will tell you that you can go to inspect the car in the hour before the auction. The car I was interested in was not on the lot for inspection. When I did what the "operator" girl told me to do, to give the printout to the man and say I wanted to buy the car, he was very happy to take my money ---- quickly! He brought out a paper for me to sign that stated that "at (my) own request I accept that they would sell me a different vehicle than the one on the advertisement." When I questioned this and asked about specifics about the deal and that I also wanted to inspect the car before I agree to buy it the man got irate and got all in my face telling me to get out. Other associates there were very closed and would not answer any questions about how everything works.
In my opinion, these men, this operation, First Marshall Auto Auction, is a scam. Nearly mafia like. I recommend that people be very careful or stay away all together. This place is corrupt and dishonest.

I am rejecting this response because: I have spoken to AL several times. I feel that he is doing everything in his power not to refund me my full deposit. First he offered me $200 now $400. I worked really hard for my money and to provide for my family. I don't get anything for free. Why should I give him $100 for free or $500 for free?? It's ludacris! I call the office all the time and I get the run around. I spoke to Al yet again April 4, 2017 about getting my full refund. He said that he would call me later on that day and he didn't. That's usually what he does. I would like this to be over and done with. I don't see why it's so hard to get my money back. I don't have the car and don't want the car. I just want what is rightfully mine. Is that so much to ask? It's causing me stress at this point and I don't need that in my life. Can we please just give me my money so I can move on with my life already?? I would greatly appreciate it.
Sincerely,
Amber [redacted]

Initial Business Response /* (4001, 8, 2015/10/13) */
We have discuss matters with the customer and require more time to continue talking with the customer, because we offered $250.00 dollars and he asked for $450.00 dollars. So we can resolve the issue.

I suggest everyone be very alert and if they can stay away from First Marshall Auto Auction.

Be prepared to pay additional fees on top of the price you bid on. Read the bidder paddle they will make you sign when you first get there. Very Important.

If you don't have all the money, because of charges that will add an additional $500 to $1000 to the bid price, they are extremely rude and kick you out.

Save yourself the disappointment and rude unprofessional behavior. If you give them a deposit be prepared to pay the bid amount plus additional charges. Based on my bill they added: $25 postage fee, $356 title plate registration, $125 auction fee, $322 taxes.
My car was $3100 originally.
After giving $600 as a deposit.
I still owed $3328.

If you don't have the money either be prepared to lose the deposit or pay for the car. The deposit is non refundable and the car you bid on will not be worth the money. You are not allowed to test drive the car or even know the miles.

They hide all this information and you wont know of the extra charges until after they have taken your deposit. Read all the fine print because they hide behind it. When you try to ask for a manager they call a [redacted] which they hire around 3 of them to intimidate you and to escort you out. They are rude to your face and keep telling you a manager is unavailable. The manager was standing on the other side of the room at the time.

Read the reviews on them which are everywhere online.
All equally disappointing and horrible.

Paper states there will be a $125 auction fee and $165 documentation fee. That is all! Bid on a vehicle for $1900 and ended up paying $2837.00. We bid on the vehicle at 12:15 and weren't able to leave till 7:00. SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!!
