job they did. He informed us that he wanted storage for 6 months and then the next day we had lawyers and other people calling us and threatening us. He also was vulgar to almost every female that works for us. He has lied about all of his facts and we are very upset at what he has been doing. He tries to attach us to a company that we have nothing to do with. As I started off this message with, he is being delivered on Wednesday.
I believe this is the one that was closed. We do have a claim with this customer and are working on getting it resolved. The process normally takes about 60 days, but we are working to expedite it for him. We are aware of the items missing and damaged and we are working on...

This is the worst company with which I have ever dealt. Our actual cost is now more than 2x the quote. They have promised 4 different felivery dates, all of which have been missed. Now, we have spent the past 3 days attempting to reach the company by phone and email with no success. We're promised a delivery date first thing this morning...it is now 8:39 PM and we have not heard anything.
