Someone who said he was from First Niagara Bank called, wanting to speak to a family member, who is deceased, about the family member's account (closed more than 5 years ago). Insisted he needed Social Security numbers and said, call this number if you don't believe me: 877-580-3933. We called that number, and again speaker wanted Social Security numbers. They said they could not divulge the nature of the call because of privacy issues. We hung up without providing information. We asked them to put us on their Don't Call List but they keep calling back. SCAM!
