This company to say the least is not up to standard. They state on their website that they ship in 48 hours after purchase its been a full week if not more since I ordered and every time I try to get in contact with someone they make up an excuse. I was in contact with their instagram page operator. This person told me that I would have my package yesterday. I got in contact with a lady named [redacted] from the company over the support center email. She was the only good part of the company. She did inform me that they "Didn't have the stuff" but then she personally went and got my stuff and had it shipped her self. She was very respectful and tried her hardest. But one person cannot make a whole company by herself. The company is ridiculous and needs to get on the ball. They have horrible customer service and lie like no other.

This is without a doubt a scam. Won't answer customer service, won't answer phone or emails. They say to text them with questions and they don't answer.

Ordered a a bulk rod box for 20 rods. Ordered August 13th and was told on August 31st it would be shipped with in 7-10 days, hopefully. It is now October 20th and I have not received my package. I have tried numerous methods of contacting them with no luck. Won't respond to phone calls, texts facebook messages, Instagram messages, or emails. They are a terrible company don't waste your money there. I will be buying a monthly subscription from mystery tackle box instead of fishing care package after spending 150$ and not recovering anything.

I placed an order on 29 March 2017. I asked about shipping on 6 April, suddenly I got an email that it had shipped. It is now the 17 of April, no package. They had no issue charging my card thought back on the 30th of March. I'd give them zero stars....I've reach out multiple times, nothing. Not even a business, has to be a scam.

I placed an order for a 5 rod bundle 10 days ago with the assumption that it would shipped out within three business days because that is what is stated on their website. It did not ship for almost a week and a half. When I inquired about my order all I got was it should ship or hopefully it will ship and I hope it ships. The customer service sucks. I finally received my order and I am not all that happy. The 5 fishing rod box I order was suppose to be bass fishing rods and suppose to be new not broken or repaired. I got a 4 foot rod I assume is for ice fishing and a rod that is marked to be 6 feet 6 inches tall and it is about a foot short and looks to have been broken and repaired. When I email them about the broken rod I was told I can pay to ship it back. I mean they messed up and I have to pay for it? that does not seem right. Either way I only spent 50 bucks and can use most of the rods I would just steer clear of this company. there are plenty of other tackle subscription and online tackle shops that are much better than them

I placed an order over two weeks ago. I got a confirmation email that said I would get a notification when the package shipped. The website said it would take 1-2 weeks to ship so I wasn't too worried, but I did need the package relatively soon because I ordered it as an anniversary gift. Two weeks have passed and I haven't heard anything. I sent an email, but no response. I did chat with someone on Facebook that said they could give me a refund in 2-4 business days. Today is the 4th day and I have not received it. If possible, I wouldn't give them any stars at all.

No product, no answer to multiple calls, no answer to multiple emails, Luckily I paid with AMEX and got my money.

I ordered from the company in February 2018 and they charged my card and notified me of my order being received. I waited several weeks for the shipping notification and/or my products to arrive. I never received either. I reached out to the company multiple times with no response other than a Facebook message asking what my order number was. I provided this and never heard from them again. I also emailed their customer service directly from their website with no reply. Finally after leaving many negative comments about their business on social media, warning other buyers about their bad business practices I received a refund and order cancellation with no written notice from the company. So it appears they never had any intention of actually shipping the products they were paid for. Buyers beware they are dishonest and will not communicate with customers, as seen by the many negative reviews and comments both on here and other outlets online. I wouldn't even give them 1 star for their rating if that were possible.

I ordered my package on the 27th of February and have not received my package yet. On the website it said that I would have to wait two weeks but it has taken way longer than that. I am really *** off and I won't ever order from this website again.

The Fishing Care Package Dream box was ordered for my son 2 weeks before Christmas, still NOWHERE in sight. It is impossible to speak to someone! Terrible customer service! This is a total scam! I wouldn't even provide ONE star for this company!

I ordered a box December 2nd, 2017 and messaged this company multiple times with no reply via Facebook and email. I was finally able to have someone find my order today, January 18th, 2018. They said they are shipping it now and I asked if this lack of communication was typical, NO reply. It is now February 17th 2018, I've emailed 5 times and Facebook messaged over 10 times with 0 response. I don't see how this company isn't charged with fraud. They are absolutely horrific. I just want what I ordered and paid for and be done

I did receive an email that says my tracking was updated, and then it says it couldn't be delivered to contact another USPS. SO NO, my order was still not fulfilled

Placed an order with Fishing Care Package and was immediately billed. Received an email stating order was ready for shipment. Shipment never received and Fishing Care Package will not respond to emails. Several months and several ignored emails to Customer Service it is apparent that this company is a scam.

Box was sent and customer did receive tracking number, box did contain all the new bulk full of color and variety.

They just take money and won't deliver the product. They will not respond to any type of communication.

This company is The Worst on line company I have ever dealt with! I ordered a lure box they advertised on FaceBook on Dec 1st, & payment was made on Dec 1st. I have contacted them several times with no answers. Received a tracking number on Jan 26, today is Feb 1st & U.S.P.S is still waiting on package. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME & MONEY WITH THESE PEOPLE!

Ordered for Christmas presents and they never came. Tried numerous time to get a hold of them with no response. Wish I would have seen thee Revdex.com site before I ordered. Total scam, do not order.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THE COMPANY! They will just take your money and not send you anything. I ordered on November 22nd, it is now December 23 with 4 emails sent and no response. I wrote a Facebook review and they deleted it without a response. I post another one stating to check reviews before ordering and the company is a scam and they finally reached out to me saying they are closed on the weekends even though I've sent multiple emails over a month time period. Save your money and don't order from the company.

Customer was notified that the Dream Boxes were placed on back order and has been refunded in full.

This company has no plans to ever ship you anything.
They will charge your credit card as soon as you checkout but tey do not actually fufill any orders.
There is no person to respond to phone calls or emails.
This company is a scam, STAY FAR AWAY.
I would rather throw $50 in trash than give it to these crooks.
What a disgrace.

Still DO NOT recommend buying from this company. I am waiting on an order I placed on Nov. 9, 2017. Also paid for expedited delivery. After numerous emails with NO response I posted messages all thru there Facebook page not recommending them until they finally sent me and email stating a shipment is on the way.....well guess what....IT'S NOT!!! I have checked the tracking number daily off the USPS website and it sates "PACKAGE ACCEPTANCE PENDING". They HAVE NOT sent the package....all they did was contact USPS stating they had a pickup. VERY SHADY COMPANY!!!!

And now they have removed me from there Facebook page so I can not post anything on there.

lies that's all you get from ordered on the 28th of nov. they keep saying it is shipped but refuse to give a tracking,its been lie after lie 66 dollars isn't much to some but it is to me don't trust them when they say its being sent

Product was ordered about 5 weeks ago, I received an email confirmation and within a week of the order, my credit card was charged. I've received no email regarding shipping status, back-order status or anything. I have sent 5 follow-up emails with no response and have called only to get a generic voicemail system. I will file a complaint and dispute with my credit card company and attempt to get my payment back.
