From[redacted] never happened I had to call back when I did the rep put me on speaker phone where others could hear out conversation and the [redacted] in the back ground was laughing and making fun of me.  Locate my lost fit by it and whos using it not my fault it was never received or that you have a poor system of records I'm not going to send the only tracker I have back to you when I never needed to in October had I received my replacement tracker. It don't function properly but still limpin it along for medical and personal reasons I will not ship jibe back Sincerely,[redacted]

guarantee the quality of the product sold, as it comes directly from our warehouse, and the warranty transfers with that sale. A product purchased through an unauthorized seller does not have the same quality assurance and has not been authorized by Fitbit.

It was stated as NEW, it's not my fault that it was previously owned. Either way, it was faulty and was not owned for a year. I understand where they are coming from as a company, but faulty is faulty. Irregardless who owns the product as long as the product wasn't over a year old. And I am sure it wasn't.

Fitbit can guarantee the quality of the product sold, as it comes directly from our warehouse, and the warranty transfers with that sale. A product purchased through an unauthorized seller (e.g private seller on ebay) does not have the same quality assurance and has not been authorized by Fitbit.
