I have never subscribed to that company nor their product. Chase Bank has failed to refund me the funds for the subscription.
My account was fradulently charged by the Testosterone Now listed as a Continuity/Subscription Merchant. I have never subscrbed to this company and Chase Bank at Delancey Street, in New York was complicit in their reckless disregard of the truth. All I want is my $96.74. Interesting Chase Bank is trying to tell me I was honest about not ordering the product but lying about the subscription. How crazy is that. I am either onest about both or lying about both. Apparently they investigated and found me innocent on one and guilty of the the other. Go figure

I never subscribed nor had a product from that company. The telephone number on the letter I received from the Bank can not be reached by myself and even at the bank the customer service attendant was unable to contact them at the number. Testosterone Now (888) 227-0976; Continuity/Subscription Merchant. What is even more amazing that the bank reversed the product fee the company charged me of $4.96 but refuses to refund me the subscription cost. I asked them a simple question how they can justify in good conscience not refunding me my money. If, I didn't order the product how could thy chared for the subcrription? They claimed that they are satisfied that the company state it came from my IP address. I told any one cack someones IP address. I have never, smoked nor used a drug in my life and prior to that I can't even reach the bogus company. All I want is my $96.74 credited bac to my account. Worse case scenario they could have cancelled the alleged susbcription as I asked. Even that they wouldn't do.

I ordered a product for face cream from a online ad. The ad said that it was $6.95 for a trial of the skin cream. There was no authorization of more $
Charged $90 and then called to complain. They then changed it to $19.95=2 for two charges. I did not authorize it. Only $6.95

Ordered a sample of AntiWrinkle Cream on line at a price of $6.95, received sample. Three weeks later was billed $92.67! Did not agree to this!
On 3/1/19 I ordered a sample of Luxeclaire Anti Wrinkle Cream for $6.95. No where did I check, read or agree to additional billings or products. On 3/25/29 my Visa account was charged $92.67 by this company, with no explanation. I called the company at 844-523-1088, and after a lengthy hold talked briefly to "Corey", who disconnected the call after I stated my complaint. I contacted my credit card company and filed a dispute of this charge, however I wish now I would have read the other complaints and reviews prior to the initial order. I request a full refund of the $92.67 charge and request no other charges be applied to my credit card. This business practice is absurd and totally a ripoff!

I believe this issue has been resolved. My Capital one Visa reversed the charges, And a few days later I received a brief message from the company stating they had "cancelled" my order. I am waiting to be sure they don't resurface on my next month's bill.

I ordered a trial of the skin care cream. I was then sent another one and charged $99.62 after I cancelled it.
I do not recall the exact date that I ordered the product but it was a trial and was under $10. I called the number on the invoice after I received it to make sure I would not recive another. Next thing I know, I receive another cream in the mail. I call the number on the invoice. 844-523-1088. The person says that there is no record of my call which is why I was sent another cream and billed $99.62! I asked to speak to a supervisor which does not exist and after multiple offers to get my money back the best offer was that they would refund me $79.67 and charge me $19.99 to the credit card that is on file because that is what the restocking fee would be. They let me keep the cream which I never wanted in the first place!A complete SCAM. I asked for the website and after the person said she didn't know it because she was new. Then she came back and gave me this one. https://soyeuxcream.com which does not exist!
The reference # is ***. The shipper is FITFIRM although the cream is called soyeux cream. The ship order number is 13704. The ship date was 3/4/2019 and I received it on 3/8/2019.
What a terrible experience! The reason I bought it was because they were claiming it was Savannah Guthrie's cream and offer trials. I fell for it. I will check my credit card to make surre I am credited.My confirmation number for the credit is ***.

I was given a partial refund of $79.67 on 3/9/19

I ordered free sample paying shipping only of $6.95 and was then charged to my card $92.67. I called the company and they refuse to reimburse me.
On Dec 27, 2018 I was charged $6.95 and $6.97 for shipping of the free product samples of soyeux eye serum and soyeux anti wrinkle cream. The company that shipped this is FitFirm at 3201 W Hillsborough Ave 153201-1220 Tampa, FL 33684. On Jan 13, 2019 my credit card was charged $92.67 to a company WSJSKIN. My credit card company contacted me to see if this is fraud. I told them that I did not order this and yes it is fraud. On Jan 14, 2019 I called the company FITFIRM at 844-523-1088 and asked for a refund. They said that I authorized this amount after 14 days of not returning the product. I argued with this guy on the phone for 20 minutes, he went from refunding me $20 to $40 to $60. I told him that I want the $92.67 refunded, that this is false advertising saying this is a free sample paying shipping only. He kept telling me that I authorized this amount which I did not. He said that nothing is free. My credit card company is refunding me and putting this company on fraud alert. They are false advertising using Shark Tank and celebrities to falsely advertise their product. If these celebrities knew they were using their name maybe they could shut these companies down. What a scam!

I did not order this product. A friends child got a hold of my information and credit card and ordered it. I called immediately

I called the next day and talked to a not very friendly woman who would not give me her name! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! YOU CAN KEEP THE PAYMENT FOR THE SAMPLES AND I WILL SEND THEM BACK. I do however not want to be charged the $92.00 for more product to come to me!

Unauthorized debit card charge of $92.67 on 10-1-18.
I purchased a sample of Seyeaux Cream through an online advertisement, on 9/1/18, for $6.95. CA auth #XXXXXX. Nothing in ad stated any future obligations. My debit card was then charged again, without my consent, on 10/1/18, for an amount of $92.67 (CA auth #XXXXXX). Nowhere in the ad, at the time of my purchase, stated that I would be charged anything but the $6.95 for the sample. I have tried to contact the company at the phone number listed on my shipping receipt that came with the sample product. As stated on the receipt "For customer support please call: 855-600-0119". When I called this phone number, recording said "your call can not be completed as dialed. Please check the number and dial again". This company has very deceptive business practices and this product is obviously part of a scam to obtain money from unsuspecting customers.

The company did credit my debit card account $6.95 and $92.67. I also received an email from the company that my original order of 09/01/2018 was cancelled on 11/02/2018.

I, *** on 8/27/18 purchased a sample of Seyeux cream for $6.95. nothing in Ad stated any future obligations. They took $92.67 from my acct.
when I purchased sample nothing in writing saying there would be future purchases due to this sample. I go to my bank and discovered Fitfirm took $92.67 without my authorization. No where in the Ad at time of purchase states that I would have to purchase more of this product, that's my choice to make if I wanted to buy, but all I wanted was to sample. I called the company, spoke with a fellow name Corey on 9/14/18 and he says when brought the sample there was in small writing if you do not cancel in 14 days you will automatically be charged for 30 day supply, I told him I didn't see anything like that and I want to cancel, he says we want to keep you as a customer so we will knock of half of the price, I told him no I want to cancel, he says we can knock off $10 on shipping, I told him no, I just want to cancel. He says well ma'am I cant cancel once the charges go through, now by my Bank the charges were still being processed and I went ahead and put a Stop Payment on the charge. Now what I want to ask Revdex.com is Do we as customers purchase a sample of product that's has nothing in writing about future purchases are we taking a chance for the company to bilk us in to purchases against our will? What happened to you buy it if you want to, no strings attached? I just want to cancel this product altogether. I have no plans on future purchases. Wish to cancel my subscription with FiTFirm but they continue to send me products and bill me. Unable to stop them.

This product and the company are trash. I received my trial bottle and was disgusted at the poor quality of the cream. I tried to return the product after a charge for $99.62 appeared on my Visa bill but, since I was disputing the charge, they would not give me a return number to use. Then ANOTHER bottle of this trash appeared in my mail. Again a charge of $99.62 and again the refusal to provide a Return Merchandise Authorization. They finally did agree to cancel further shipments but I am stuck with two bottles of thin, useless cream and am $200 poorer for the experience. My rating is zero! The bank dispute was not successful because I ordered in on-line and had the opportunity to read the six pages of small print that was on the site. My bad but I am not giving up. DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT.

I understood the first product was free except for shipping, as well as a second product which I agreed to upon placing my initial trial order, only later to be billed in February, 2018 charges of $92.67 and $92.67.
I could not see that I would be put on auto-ship for either product.
In January, 2018 I basically did what your report others did with through this company: I was lead to believe I was receiving a free sample of Collagen Retinol IP6 cream (minus shipping of $6.95) and a second product as well (minus shipping of $6.97) No where on their site did they make it clear 1) the price of the product and, 2) that it would be put on auto-ship if I did not respond in a certain time period. In March, 2018, I received another shipment of the two products and a billing on my Visa card for $99.62 and $99.64. I phoned the Customer Service Center (ph XXX-XXX-XXXX) and explained I wanted to return the product, that I did NOT ask for it to be auto-shipped, that I did not knowingly sign up for this program . The service representative negotiated partial refunds and I finally agreed to a full refund for the unopened 2nd shipment if I returned the products at my expense. She was also able to give me a $40 credit on the original shipment of the trial products which cost me $213.18 which I would never have agreed to had the terms been clearly identified.

Desired Outcome

To stop using unethical business practices and to provide disclosure on the terms and conditions of the free trial on the advertisement and product package. To refund all of my money ($398.52) without delay and to terminate any subscription account with this company, also to remove all of my information from their data base.

advertised free trial for $4.99 then added me to a month to month subscription which I did not see on their advertisement billed me twice for $99.64
I called and told them to cancel this subscription for Fit Firm Collagen on 2/16/18 which is the date of the first $99.64 deduction from my bank account. I checked my bank statement on 2/23/18 and there is another $99.64 deducted from my bank account on 2/22/18. I will be calling the company again today 2/23/18. Please help me with this to getting my $199.28 refunded and cancelling this account. This definitely seems like a scam on their part with many complaints that have been made already
