Total scam artist! I purchased a free trial for shipping only charges of $6.95. They tried to add on a product (I received an e-mail), so I called and told them no, that I only wanted the free trial. A month later they drafted $19.95 out of my account saying that it was only a 2 week free trial. There is nothing saying that in anything that I received or on my order for the free trial. I called and asked they remove the charge and they refused. The man could not even provide me with anything that said I was authorizing future purchases or authorizing to pay for the "FREE" trial I received.

Called to cancel future orders & charges within 18-day trail period and was charged $185.34 for next order (not shipped).
I ordered Testosterone Booster on 1/17/18 under 18-day trial offer. Was also sent Vaso Blast that I did not order. Was charged for the trial offer totaling $13.92, and decided to cancel any future shipments. On 2/6/18 I was charged $185.34 (2 separate charges of $92.67 each) by this firm without authorization. I discovered these charges on 2/9/18 and called to inquire and to cancel any future involvement. Bob gave me various stories regarding these charges, first that they were for a shipment than had been mailed, then as actual charges for the initial trial shipment. He refused to refund my money, but agreed to cancel any future shipments and charges. I am disputing these charges with my bank *** and am hopeful they can recover the funds. Very unethical business practices!!!

Desired Outcome

I expect FitFirm to refund the $185.34 they charged me for products neither shipped nor agreed to. We cancelled within the 18-day trial (17th business day from the order), and paid for the initial shipment. Charging us $185.34 for product not ordered or received is fraud.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)

I was charged automatically for two products ($92.67 each) that I thought I had only purchased as a free trail sample.
I made an online trial sample purchase of 1) Nownatural fit and firm anti wrinkle cream and 2) Life vitalty serum eye cream in October 2017 for $6.95 and $6.97 via my Discover Card. I later saw that my credit card had been charged on November 11th and 12th of 2017 for $92.67; (twice) for each product. I immediately filed a dispute with my credit company and they temporarily reversed two of the charges until they could review the dispute. Since I did not remember what these charges were for, on November 29th I called the number on my bill (844-200-2744) and was told that the "free trail" prices were only good for a limited number of days and since I didn't call to cancel my account was automatically billed the full amount for the two "free trail" samples PLUS they charged my credit card "again" on December 11, 2017 for $99.62 for the fit and firm cream. The rep said the fit and firm product had already been mailed out and the other was scheduled to be mailed out, but had not, however, they had already charged my card. I don't remember who I talked with but I told that person that I did not see when I purchased the trail samples that I needed to call and cancel within a certain time frame nor did I authorize my card to be charged on a reoccurring basis each month. The person claimed this information was in the "fine print" and that the only thing she could do was to offer a partial refund of the product that had already been shipped and she would cancel the other one since it had not been shipped yet. I was given a number *** to replace on the envelope when I returned the product. I was told that I would receive a partial refund of $79.62 once they received the product back. I returned the product on December 18, 2017. I told the representative for the company that I was totally disgusted with the way they did business and I wanted a full refund of all of the charges. To date, no refund has been applied to my account nor has there been a refund of the $92.67 that I was charged for the product that was never shippped out.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund of the automatic charges made to my *** on November 11th and 12th of 2017 of $92.67 and for the $99.62 that was charged to my *** on December 11, 2017 for the fit and firm cream that I returned back to them on December 18, 2017.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Per the company's statement they will be issuing me a full refund of the charges that were made to my account; which is what I asked for. As of today, no credits have been made to my credit card but I'm going to take them at their word and will look for these credits within the next 10 days or so. If this does not happen I will submit another complaint.

I was charged for a product for more than what was told to me.
I received my cc statement and seen a charge of $92.67 on it. I called the number for Clear Fresh Naturals and was informed this number doesn't have any product named this. I called my credit card company and they sent in a request to the company. The company responded that it was a cream and the bottle says Fit Free. I was never told that I would be charged 92.67 for something that stated the product was $4.95. I never recall getting this item, but the company stated that I did. I requested a refund. The company issued me only a $20 credit .

Desired Outcome

Im requesting a full refund because the company was very deceitful in the charges. Im 76 years old and I think they are over charging me by not disclosing the correct price for the product. If they would have told me that I would be charged $92 I would have never ordered the product. I can't afford that.

False advertising and charges made in different company names of costs that do not reflect the contract, that was not received upon initial order.
I have been scammed by false advertising and click baiting on facebook, I purchased this with the understanding that shark tank television show had reviewed and endorsed this company, after learning that I had been scammed I also realized what I had and was being charged. The free trial was 18 days long, I ordered the eye serum and the anti aging skin cream, the contract said I would be charged $92.67 if I did not cancel before 18 days, I had no idea of the costs and did not see terms and conditions upon purchase to this effect. Because the purchase on my account did not say fitfirm I assumed this was a product my wife was purchasing and I did not look into this until now. As you can see the purchase below are charged to different companies and in different amounts. My initial order number is AF51AXXXXXX, I wasn't charged $13.29, additional order numbers I can supply. Since October 2017 I have been charged these amounts: 10/16/17 by "Realnature" $92.67 and 10/12/17 by "Nownatural" $92.67, unable to locate this order number unfortunately..In November on 11/13/17 I was charged by Realnature $99.64 and 11/13/17 by Nownatural $99.62 (different amount than initially) order number *** and ***. In December , 12/14/17 by Realnature $99.64 and 12/12/17 by Nownatural $99.62, order number *** and *** then 1/12/18 by Realnature $99.64 and 1/11/18 by "THS online solutions" $99.62, order number *** and ***, all companies listed are Fitfirm, as I later found out. Phone numbers listed with these purchases are either #8445412795 and #8442002744, when called I spoke with fitfirm employees. I cancelled my order and account 1/12/18. I was able to cancel my account but was not able to get a refund, just a discount for future orders of $20 off was offered. I would like a complete refund.

Desired Outcome

Full refund of $783.12

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
I appreciate the refund and the timeliness in which this was all handled. Thank you.

I understood the first product was free except for shipping-, only later to be billed $89.95. I could not see that I would be put on auto-ship.
In October of 2017, I basically did what your report others did with through this company: I was lead to believe I was receiving a free sample of Collagen Retinol IP6 cream (minus shipping of $4.95) and no where on their site did they make it clear 1) the price of the product and, 2) that it would be put on auto-ship if I did not respond in a certain time period. I have encountered such practices, so I was diligent to read over the conditions of my trying the free-sample. A month later, in November 14, 2017, I received another shipment and a billing on my Visa card for $94.90. I phoned the Now Natural Customer Service Center (ph 844-200-2744 in California) and explained I wanted to return the product, that I did NOT ask for it to be auto-shipped, that I did not want to pay the $94.90 and was not aware the product cost $89.95 + shipping. The service representative discussed the only options available to me (sending it back for a refund was not one of them, and she and "negotiated", until I took her last offer... which was she would credit back $74.95 and I would keep the cream ... which they did credit back on November 20th, 2017. Then on January 12th 2018, my credit union, which handles my credit card, showed me another charge on my card, dated October 14th 2017, for $89.95. I no idea they charged me for the first "free" product.
I telephoned Now Natural (the call center -ph. 844-200-2744) and was told (by a quite short-tempered gentleman who could stand a few lessons in customer service) in no uncertain terms, that the company would NOT be refunding any money whatsoever because I had apparently NOT read the agreement that said I was going to be buying the first product if I did not notify them otherwise. Shabby marketing and I am most disappointed ... and a bit angry at the marketing scheme and apparent scam. As your report indicates, this company is rather shady and I am more than frustrated with the way FitFirm handles their business. The gentleman through the call center when I asked if he could at clear my account from FitFirm, he was quite belligerent and informed me that I needed to understand how the Internet worked and that you don't clear accounts, that FitFirm doesn't have an account for me, they simply retrieve my "account information" from a site on the Internet. Anyway, I wanted the Revdex.com to be aware that this company has had a report filed against them. I wish others on the Internet could be made aware of this company's not so reputable business tactics. I am not sure their cream is all that good anyway. That they used or are using Shark Tank as a promoter of their product is misleading. Or at least Shark Tank needs to be made aware that I now no longer trust Shark Tank as a recommended backer of a company's product.
$$94.90 charged to my account is a lot of money and I would like to have all if not some of it returned.
Thank you for providing a place where consumers can report poor business practices.

Desired Outcome

Iwould like to have FitFirm refund of the entire amount of $85.95 that they charged my Visa account on October 14th, 2017.

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
Dear Revdex.com ... I am in awe and deep appreciation for your inquiry on behalf of my disappointment and frustration with FitFirm over products they misrepresented and the manor in which they handled their business. Because of your investigation and input, the company has apologized AND returned to my account the charges they billed my account. As you can see from their above letter correspondence dated January 23rd, 2018, they both approved and have now issued a full refund of all charges made (which just this morning were confirmed/verified by my credit union as being deposited and credited to my account, January 26th, 2018).

For the record, those charges were:
for shipping: $4.97 and $4.95
for products: $19.95 and $89.95

FitFirm, through same letter above, assure me they have removed my account (said date of November 20th, 2017), and I am understanding this to mean I will no longer be receiving any products in the future, nor will I be receiving any charges on my VISA account, and that my account no longer exists.

One note, however, when I spoke with the most disagreeable customer service gentleman representative at the company's California call center on January 17th, 2018 (twice), he related to me that the "said account" was somewhere in the airwaves of the Internet and therefore the company itself had no account system per se ... such as the kind we with which we may be familiar where accounts are held by the business within the business format of "yesterday's business practices"... and therefore couldn't be "cancelled". I am going to hope then, that the FitFirm company with which you and I have been dealing, is being truthful and accurate when it states that my account has been cancelled. I guess we will have to wait and see.

I consider this case closed ...unless of course, the account which FitFirm says is closed somehow mysteriously "reopens" due to the said account being "out there on the world wide web"! I certainly hope I never have to deal with this company again. Ever. I am glad that I can say that I am most appreciative that FitFirm agreed to refund my money and did so without a fight. A good business and reputation choice for them to make.

I sooooooooooo appreciate your intervention, and am in gratitude for your assistance, your reputation and quality of service to us, the "Jane and John D." public. :)

My sincerest warm wishes and with great sincerity,

:)

I would like to give 0 stars. The product is garbage. The business a SCAM and deceitful. I cancelled the membership IMMEDIATELY. However, they did not cancel it. I only discovered it was not cancelled when they sent an email saying my order was on it's way. I told them DO NOT SEND anything. They did not stop the shipment. As soon as I received the useless product it was returned, unopened. I still have NOT received my refund for $99.62. This is outrageous!

This company used false advertisement to lure me in by advertising a free product and then signed me up for a 92.67 membership. They refuse to refund
I placed an order for 2 products on 11/27/17 with Fit Firm Collagen. Order number ***. For a face cream and an eye serum. I was told I would only pay for shipping and they were free products. Then weeks later there were 2 separate debits on my debit card for $92.67. My bank was able to get one of the charges refunded to me but the second one the company refused. On 1/2/18, I called Real Nature at 844-541-2795 and never received an answer. I then called 855-600-0119 and spoke to a Philip who said their company is called Customer Service Solutions. He wouldn't refund my money and only would offer me $60 after speaking to a supervisor. I told him that I would not accept that and wanted to speak to a supervisor myself. He told me that is the best he could offer and couldn't keep putting me on hold for a supervisor. He put me on hold a second time and came back and said a supervisor would call me back today.

I told him that I looked up his company online and would be filing a complaint because like other people, they wrongfully scam and take your money.

Desired Outcome

I am asking for a full refund of 92.67.

Thank you for notifying us.The customer did have an account with us that was cancelled and issued a refund for one product's full charge on December 13,2017. On January 2,2018 upon a call into the call center further refunds were issued for the second product's full charge. After receiving this complaint and reviewing it the original charges issued for shipping on the first day have been refunded. As of today all charges have been refunded. We do apologize for any inconvenience or misunderstanding.

Customer Response • Jan 11, 2018

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
After filing this complaint, the company decided to give me a full refund.

I rec'd product in unmarked box without return address or contact info. I was billed over $180 for a product that I could not return.
I purchased a "trial" of the product for approximately $7 on October 21 and 23 and supposedly received another product free. I think the two transaction dates are the two separate products which the second was supposed to be free.
When the products arrived in the mail, they were suspiciously in an unmarked box, without a contact letter or a return address. When I tried to find the company on my feed or on the internet, they were gone. I finally made contact with the company when their phone number appeared on my visa statement. They had made two unauthorized charges on my visa for $92.67 (a total of $185.34). I called the company and they hung up on me the first time. I finally got an address when I threatened to contact the Ohio Attorney General. They gave contradictory information that the product couldn't be returned if it were used, but then they said it could be returned in the first 14 days. How could a person know they have sensitivities to use the product if they don't try it? And, how could I return it without contact information which they were concealing from me.
This company is a scam and purposely hides its address and contact information. It charges accounts without authorization.

Desired Outcome

I would like the $185.34 credited to my Visa.

Fitfirm Response

Thank you for contacting us. The customer did have an account with us which was cancelled upon a call into the call center on December first. A partial refund was correctly issued at that time. After review a full refund has been issued. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to show in the card account used. We are currently contacting our distributor to correct the address issue. All packages are required to have return address. We apologize for all the inconvenience and please feel free to contact us if there is anything else we can help with.

My wife replied to a survey from Macys.com to receive 2 "free" gifts. Our credit card was charged 6 times. The company goes under 5 different names.
The 2 free gifts cost $4.95 & $4.97. Then under "NaturesAllure" $89.95 +$ 94.90.
"NowNatural" $89.95
"FreshWellness" $94.92
The first 2 arrived and the next two unopened packages were now addressed from "FitFirm". My wife called the company and was told that since she answered the survey, it was the same as signing an agreement to receive further shipments!?
Note: Our creditcard was charged 6 times for 4 shipments, The last 2 unopened packages are being returned to sender: FitFirm

Desired Outcome

Please refund the charges you made to my Mastercard for the products that are useless

Fitfirm Response

Thank you for your assistance in learning of how our services are. The customer listed did have an account with us. On November 11,2017 the customer called into the call center to cancel their account. At that time the terms marked as agreed to when filling out the purchase form was explained. Also a partial refund was correctly issued. Upon review a full refund has been issued. Please note that it may take up to 10 business days for the refund to post to the card account.

Nowhere in the initial offering of their "deal" was their any indication that by agreeing to their terms and conditions a subscription would be OK'd.
I placed an order and received sales order *** which was shipped on 10-23-17. The reference order # is XXXXXXX, shipped from FitFirm (ship order #XXXXXX). This was advertised as a FREE TRIAL OFFER, just pay shipping. Nowhere in any of the on-line advertising or in the terms of agreement was there any indication that I would be signed up for a subscription. If there was, I would NOT have submitted an order. Once I received my credit card statement, I noticed the initial charge of about $7 for the FREE TRIAL OFFER and then then 2 weeks later, there was another charge for almost $100. This was for a subscription! I called their phone number indicated on my credit card statement, but it was only a number for more advertising. There was no option to speak to any customer representative. I called back a second time and listened to different offers. My third, and every subsequent call, was met with a busy signal. I asked my credit card company to NOT pay the second charge and they have it under investigation.

Desired Outcome

I want the second charge of nearly $100 refunded to me and any subscription I was signed up for to be terminated. I want ALL of my personal information removed from their system.

Fitfirm Response

Thank you for notifying us of our services. The customer listed did have an account with us. They cancelled it upon a call into our call center on November 27th, 2017 when the terms were explained and a partial refund was correctly issued. After review of this complaint a full refund has been issued. Please note that it can take up to 10 business days for these funds to post in the card account.

Customer Response

(The consumer indicated he/she ACCEPTED the response from the business.)
After searching the internet for other customers experiencing the same problem, I was able to come across a real customer service phone number. I called and spoke with someone who did offer a $20 refund and insisted that their terms of agreement indicated that I would be signed up for a subscription. I disagreed and was offered a $40 refund. The representative continued to tell me that their terms and conditions did spell out the subscription and he even offered to read it to me. I told him he was wrong and I didn't need to be read to. He then offered a final $60 refund, which I accepted. Once the company was contacted by the Revdex.com, I noticed my credit card statement had the $60 refund AND another refund for the difference. I then noticed an additional refund for the initial trial offer charge, which I didn't request a refund for. Therefore, I am satisfied with the results. Thank you Revdex.com.

advertising was a pop up on Amazon, thought I was giving info to amazon. I had no idea I ordered from fitfirm company.
Was ordering on Amazon and thought they offered a free sample of skin cream. since I trusted this web-site I had no reason to think it was not upfront. I received the free sample and looked up reviews for it and read it was a scam. the pop up leads you to believe it is part of Amazon but the fine print (which I did not read) states that if the product is not returned within 14 days, they will charge you the full price and then $80 monthly thereafter for a continued supply. I called to cancel immediately and waited for 20 minutes to speak to a representative, she was also very rude. If I had not looked up consumer reviews of the product, I would have not realized the monthly charge for a while and lost out on quite a bit of money. They did allow me to cancel my order.
order #XXXXXX
ship date 11/06/2017
fitfirm anti-wrinkle solution
fitfirm eye solution
They also falsely claimed that this product was the number one selling and endorsed product on the television show, Shark Tank.

Desired Outcome

top the false advertising and dishonest way they gain your information. Also the fine print should be more obvious!

Fitfirm Response

Thank you for your assistance in learning of how our services are. The customer listed did have an account with us. The account was cancelled upon a call into our call center. Ordered sample product online supposedly backed by well known person, lie. Apparently I clicked on something that said I would be billed after trial.
October 10, read article stating Victoria Osteen had a line of beauty products she was backing clicked on the link, took me to a page to "try" the creams, just pay the shipping $6 and change for each cream. I put in my credit card info. Got an email confirmation with very little information on it which was my first red flag. I went back on the computer and did some research and found out their claims of Victoria Osteen backing these products were false. The products came in the mail(they looked bogus and I didn't even open them) I said to myself shame on me for being taken, ate the $13 for shipping and was done with it (or so I thought) this morning (11/8/17) I looked at my bank statement saw 2 charges for $94. Called the bank, they told me it was from this company and gave me the number to call them to straighten this out. The woman on the phone said I clicked on the terms and conditions stating I had two weeks to cancel or they would bill me monthly $94 a piece. I NEVER WOULD HAVE ACCEPTED SOMETHING LIKE THAT!! Originally they told me I could only get back $120 from the $198 they took from me. I called them back saying I haven't even received the products yet so why can't I send them back and get a full refund, I got put on hold and the they came back on and told me I could return but there's a $20 restocking fee for each that's non-refundable. I am angry that I have to return stuff that I didn't order and I'm getting charged for it!! A

Desired Outcome

I want a full refund, and if they want the stuff back they can pay for the shipping and I will gladly send it back. I'll eat the $13 for the samples if I have to, but that's it. If you google Fit Firm and Victoria Osteen, you'll see the article I came across. It's a big scam!

Fitfirm Response

The customer listed did have an account with us. It was cancelled and partially refunded as stated. We have issued a full refund after receiving this notification. We apologize for the inconveniences the customer has dealt with.

Fitfirm is a web company involved in unethical and fraudulent business practices.
It refused to refund customer even for returned & unused product.
Fitfirm advertised on the web for free trial of testosterone & vaso blast pills. I ordered them and received it on June 20/2017 with no disclosure or statement at all about the terms and conditions of the trial of the products. I did not open and try the pills due to health concern but I called the company on July 6 because I saw charges of $89.95 on my credit card. I spoke to a certain PATRICIA where I learned that there was an 18days trial period and that my credit card was charged for it. I explained that nowhere was there in the ad about the trial period and automatic charge on my credit card and not even in the package, there was no disclosure about that conditions. I said I did not open the pills bottle and was told to return it for refund. I was given Return Authorization *** The following day,July 7 I called again and spoke to SHARON about another $89.95 charge on my cc. She said just return the product for a refund. I returned the 2 unopened pills bottles on July 8,2017 thru USPS with tracking # XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XXXX XX and it was received by Fitfirm on July 11,2017.
This company continue to refuse to refund my money in the total amount of ($89.95 x2) $179.90 despite the fact that they received the product unopened and unused.
First, fitfirm is engaged in deceptive, unethical and fraudulent business practices. They deliberately withhold information about the trial period and automatic charge on consumer credit card. There is no disclosure on the terms and conditions of the trial on the advertising and the package delivery.
Second, this company despite the fact that the product were returned unused and unopened, continue to refuse to refund my money.
....It is a shame that business company life Fitfirm would take advantage on people like me, senior citizen.
.... I am pursuing this case vigorously and will report this business practices to all consumer protection agencies and/ or organization.
......Thanks

Desired Outcome

To cease and desist in this unethical business practices and to provide disclosure on the terms and condition of the free trial on the advertisement and product package. To refund my money without delaY.
