We requested a video of the clanking to send to the vendor to examine for their opinion on replacement for the client. We will advise further when we have received the video which to date we have not received from the client. please send video or audio recording to me at [redacted] We can also visit and do the video directly at the unit but it would require us to return to the house. please advise. We will try to get the vendor to advise a better correction or replacement of the entire unit. We shall emphasize client would prefer a replacement at this point. thank you

Review: I ordered several items from this showroom on November 17, 2013. They delivered the equipment and upon delivery one of their men dropped a heavy part on top of the uncovered treadmill motor of the treadmill we just purchased.The delivery service is claiming they did not do such a thing and Fitness Showrooms declined our request for a new treadmill or to take their now "refurbished" treadmill back and refund out $3550. But, the proof that they were guilty of this offense is that they sent a staffer out to fix the treadmill after they knew it was newly purchased and delivered.I have gone back and forth with the owners office manager (wife) and she has been unhelpful. We ordered a brand NEW treadmill and received a broken treadmill, which was refurbished by their company staffers.Desired Settlement: I would like either a replacement of the treadmill or a refund of my monies and for them to take back their treadmill.

I am rejecting this response because: I am accepting the possible delivery of the "new" treadmill. But, I do not want this case closed until I fully inspect the treadmill to be sure it is in fact new and is operational before they leave.
