Fitzgerald Coaching, Inc Reviews (27)

We have contacted the consumer and have resolved their complaint.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
They totally blame the agent in these cases.  In my case their response hasn't been correct and I will not accept the blame for their not upholding their end of the "partnership".

We have reviewed the complaint submitted by one of our partners. We would like to respond to this complaint and all others made regarding our organization. We partner with real estate professionals whereas we set up listing appointments with home-owners that are actively trying to sell their home...

and our partners agree to secure listing agreements by making presentations to and being hired by those home-owners. The complaints that you are receiving are only are one side of the story. We have set over 20,000 appointments for our partners and they have made millions of dollars listing and selling homes for a home seller that we connect them with. The bottom line is that the partners that do their part and take listings are happy. If they don't take listings, they blame us, not themselves, for not doing their job which is getting the home seller to hire them. If they say the appointments aren't any good, they don’t tell you that 70% of the home sellers actually listed with other agents which is a breach of our agreement on their end. Those that file a complaint have not take ANY listings and in most cases don’t even attend the appointment that we set with the home owner. If they say they didn't get enough leads - they didn't say that they didn't send us their call list by the schedule deadline. (This call list ensures that we call only sellers in areas and price ranges that our partners want appointments.) If they won't give us feedback or send us referral agreements on listings that they take – they are not upholding their side of the partnership. The bottom line is we are not in full control of the program’s success. More of that control lies with our agent partner. Sincerely, Cheri W. President, Fitzgerald Coaching, Inc.

The generic response / pre-written letter does not apply to my complaint.  What it makes clear is the amount of complaints they must receive; to have that letter ready to be sent for every complaint received.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I was called repeated by Fiztergerald Coaching where they told they were selling closed listings.  They advised that I would receive 2to 3 listing appointments per month until such time as I had 10 closed listings for the $5,000 I would be paying up front.  I asked very specifically what my responsibility in the lead generation would be.  I was told that I would send them a file.  They would make call on potential clients and set appointments for me.  I asked how do they know when to send appointments.  they advised they would make appointments and I would reschedule if time did not work.   I asked about Do not call registrants and they told me they would be eliminated from calling.  I aske what is the prospect had an unrealistic value of their market value of their home.  they advised they would replace those leads as it befeits both parties to have clients that are serious about selling their home.  I signed up for their service.  After signing up I was told I had to buy another service to load the potential leads for them to pull phone numbers.  This was first thing not communicated when they first sold their service.  I asked what if I am on vacation and was told just dont send the file that time.  Since starting the service I have only not sent the bi monthly file once when I was away in vacation in June.  During the time I had the service they only send me 5 leads in 5 months.  That is only one lead a month instead of the 2 to 3 they promised.  The reponse that was sent t the Revdex.com had none of the particulars of the contract I signed or what service they performed.  It was a can letter they must send everytime they have a client that discovers that they have been mislead.  I feel like this has been one big bait and switch.  When they were courting the business they said they file had to be there on the 15th or 30 th but if you are late don't worry we can fix it and include you in the call.  They after you signup and you send file 1 business day late they switch the story.  When they are courting your business they seemed like they had great customer service and you would call and they person would return call in an hour.  After being a client, it would take days to get a response to a call for a problem.  In summation this service proved t obe nothing that was promised.  I had lined up new team members thinking this would present a lot more leads; however only 5 in 5 months wwere sent.  Tahnksfully being a successful business person I lanted other seeds for business for my team.  I would like a full refund since they did not deliver anything they promised.
