This place is a joke! the cars here are not well keptHalf of them didn't even start and he blames it on "having over cars- the batteries die"He did not care to earn my business at all, in fact the owner completely belittled me and disrespected me in front of my childrenThe cars smell like mold or a wet dog and they are not well keptIf this was a repeatable company- ALL the cars should start and well taken care of BE AWARE of this place!! They advertise "you''re approved" but its all misadvertisment! [redacted] is right next door GO THERE!

I purchased a BMW from this Dealership I had a difficult credit situation and they were able to get me approved for financing in less than hours and they came back with better interest rates and loan terms than I initially expected I am very pleased with their service and I am loving my BMW Thank You

I recently purchased a Mercedes GLK from Mark at Five Star Auto and had a great experience not only him but with his staff as wellI purchased a quality car at a fair priceI would recommend this dealership to others

I purchased a car long distance thru the internet I was unable to see the car until I flew there and picked it upBuying long distance was a snapSimple email of documents and I emailed them back after signing It was as described and I was very pleased with it Eduard the sales manager and Mark the owner were over the top helpful as I had problems flying in on time due to bad weather I didn't arrive to pick u the car until pm and Mark had made arrangements for someone to meet me to pick it up If your considering buying long distance have no worries they got you covered

On Saturday November 20th 2018, [redacted] owner of this company and also person providing services, came over to my property at [redacted] *** Manteca CA I hired him to clean my pool, apply the appropriate chemicals and clean the filtersMy partner [redacted] , was watching [redacted] thru the window of our Kitchen and saw when [redacted] kicked purposely and broke the pipe for my Spa Also, she did not see him clean the pool, nor apply any chemicals The only thing she saw him do was throw water away like crazy, and barely rinse out the filtersEver since that day, the communication with [redacted] has been horrible, and he has been lying about coming everyday and fixing the part he broke I also have asked him numerous times for my receipt, and he has been avoiding my calls or my request I have all the text messages from him where he admits of braking my pipe, also describing the service he supposedly did but didn't do! This business is horrible, and has poor business

My experience at Star Auto Sales was excellent beyond wordsI bought cars from here in monthsBoth of them were in excellent condition and very well cleaned in/outI have to say I am completely satisfied about my entire experience The sales representative was very knowledgeable and explained everything in detailEveryone was very polite, honest and friendly I have referred friends to here and of them already bought their cars easily and happilyI will surely recommend you if you are looking for an excellent condition used vehicle as I'm sure they will be treated as good as I was Again thank you for everythingYou're the best and I couldn't be happier :-)

consumer would like to keep the car, he will send the $check for the tires or trade the car for value for the consumer

I have been looking to buy a truck for work and I went to Drivetime,Crown dealership, Brandon Ford, Fitzgerald Auto mall, Prestige's Auto, Bradford Auto and many othersThey all said I would have to put down $4,- $8,down plus 22-24% interestAfter the last dealership I went to I was heading home and giving up on looking for a truck and all the time that I had spent at each dealership (hours) I pulled in Five Star Auto Sales I told them I was interested in one of the trucks they had and told them I had insufficient creditThe owner Mark helped me not only with the down payment ($1,200) but got me credit with GTE Financial Credit Union with a low interest rate 7% I was driving home a Chevy Avalanche and couldn't be more happyI have never wrote a letter before but I'm writing this one to maybe help someone that needs help with credit or a great price on a vehicle I would tell them to go to Five Star Auto SalesThanks, John S

I would like a copy of the [redacted] report, which was not provided with my paperwork, especially since the dealership owner stated to the Revdex.com that the [redacted] shows the car was "fine". This information will only substantiate my claim, along with the owner's admission to the Revdex.com that there was paperwork saying the car was "fine". I contend that I would have never knowingly bought a rebuilt vehicle for many reasons but most importantly due to my teenage son's safety and the fact that no one would ever purchase or I would never be able to trade a car with a rebuilt title.

I know that car dealerships have a tough job keeping a positive reviews from customers, so I have to tell you that these guys have done a good job selling me a good car at a fair price.
