Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: IT SEEMS LIKE THE PERSON RESPONDING HAS NOT REVIEWED ANY OF MY COMMENTS AT ALL SHE IS ASKING TO CONFIRM WHETHER I GOT THE TREE IT IS VERY DISCONCERTING TO READ THAT SHE HAS NOT READ MY DETAILED ACCOUNT (ALL SUMMARIZED TO Revdex.com) IN ANY EVENT, REPEATING WHAT I LAST CONVEYED AND ALSO ANSWERING: YES THE TREE CAME AFTER 5PM IT WAS NOT "JUST LATE" AND HOURS AFTER I GOT THE MESSAGES FROM THE CUSTOMER SERVICE SAYING THAT IT WAS ALREADY DELIVERED IT WAS DEAD (LITERALLY HAD NO INSIDE NEEDLES AT ALL, JUST BARE BRANCHES - TOTALLY JAW DROPPING SURPRISE) THE DRIVER/DELIVERY MAN WAS VERY NICE AND WHEN HE SAW THIS OFFERED TO TAKE IT AWAREHE TOOK IT AWAY THEN CAME BACK WITH A REPLACEMENT ALBEIT SMALLER TREE THAN I ORDERED ALL OF THIS ALSO CAUSED A MASSIVE MESS IN THE COMMON AREAS OF THE BUILDING I LIVE IN WHICH I SUBSEQUENTLY LEARNED FROM MY NEIGHBORS AND REQUIRED ME TO CLEAN FOR A COUPLE OF HOURS (INCLUDING THE LOBBY AND ELEVATOR WHICH WERE FULL OF NEEDLES FROM THE FIRST TREE) I AM KEEPING THE TREE BECAUSE I HAVE DECORATED NOW AND I AM DONE WITH THE CRAZY CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM THIS COMPANY Sincerely, [redacted] ***

I am rejecting this response because: Once I redeem a Goupon voucher my payment is guaranteed, irregardless if Groupon pays one day, one month, or one yearIf the defect
came from your company YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE and it should not be this hard for you to right a wrong, especially when I provided you with photosI do not want a third of my payment I want my payment IN FULLThese people are a scam

I am rejecting this response because:I was told by a Five Star representative that I would be receiving a refund for this issueI have gotten multiple
emails notifying me that the refund has been processed, but thus far have received no refundIf/when that happens, I will withdraw the complaint, but at this time I have not been refunded despite their claims that the refund has occurred.

Hello,You should be able to get a full refund from Groupon, (they collected your money so they will be the ones to process refund) and we will offer you a free tree on top of that for next year.
