Review: On February *, 2014 I went to Five Towns Nissan and purchased a 2014 Nissan Altima. As part of the agreement, Five Towns was to pay off the old loan of a car traded into them (A 2011 Toyota Corolla ). The salesperson, [redacted], called Toyota Financial, and got the payoff amount. I traded the car in and singed papers for them authorizing them to pay off old loan. Today I received a call from Toyota Financial stating that Five Towns never paid off the old loan. Now I am in posession of two car loans and one car. On February *, 2014 I went into Five Towns Nissan in response to an advertisement I received in the mail. The ad was from Five Towns Nissan and in it it had all of my current personal information on a 2011 Toyota Corolla (the loan I had, the percentage rate I was paying, etc). The Ad stated that they would be able to "lower my monthly payments AND lower my interst rate either in my current vehicle or a newer vehicle" At the bottom of the ad, it had attached a "check" for $30,000.00 check I could use toward purchase. I went into the dealer at 10am and never left until 3pm. In the end, they called me into the Finance Office with [redacted] wanting me to sign a loan for a 2014 Nissan Altima at the same percentage rate (6.9%) and payment over $200.00 a month higer than what I was currently paying (589.00 a month vs 376.20). They then said that they (Five Towns) would supplement me with a check from their dealership for $2,915.00 thus lowering my payments for one year to $320.00 plus $265.00 from the supplemented check. I signed the deal under inordinate pressure and felt competely baited and switched on wha the ad was originally. I also asked on 3-4 occasions to let me go home and think about it. The salesperson, [redacted], would not give me the keys back to my vehicle thus keeping me stuck there. Additionally they have yet to pay off the old loan on the car traded in (I filed a separate complaint for this issue)Desired Settlement: Five Towns Nissan needs to pay off the old loan to Toyota Financial as was agreed to in the signed contracts in the amount of $19,480.56. If they cannot pay this off, they need to take the 2014 Nissan Altima back that I purchased from them and return the 2011 Toyota Corolla to me (IE Void the 2/*/14sale). I would like a reasonable explanation through the Revdex.com as to how this type of sales tactic is allowed (IE: holding keys / refusing customers to leave to go home and think about lengthy commitment). Since this transaction was so pressure filled and unorthodoxed, I would like additional supplement to current loan through Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp for the way this has been handled. I would like 3 months of my loan paid in full to Nissan Motor Acceptance Corp. I also want this type of sales tactic to be investigaed fully by the Revdex.com. If none of these requests can be reached, I would like Fie Towns Nissan to allow me to return the car and voild the sales contract and return the 2011 Toyota Corolla I traded into them (which they have not yet paid off) to me.

Review: After Hurricane Sandy, I was looking for a new car to replace the car I had before the storm. I saw that Nissan Motors was offering hurricane victims an opportunity to use their Vehicle Purchase Program "Employee Pricing" to purchase or lease cars from their company at the same rate of their employees. I entered all requested information on my I-Pad and got a claim number [redacted] to go to any Nissan Dealer to purchase or lease a car. When I went to Five Towns Nissan, I was given another claim number [redacted] and I started the process of leasing a new 2012 or 2013 Nissan Rogue. I entered into a written agreement with Five Towns Nissan to lease a 2012 Nissan Rogue for $258.00/month with no money down and, if they couldn't get me a 2012 Rogue, I would lease a 2013 Nissan Rogue for $15.00 more per month ($273.00 per month). I signed the written agreement with Five Towns Nissan on 11/**/12 and was told that (because they had lost all their cars in the storm) by Wednesday, 11/**/ 12, or Thursday, 11/**/12, I would be able to get a new car, even if they had to get one for me from another dealership. When Wednesday 11/**/12 came around, I started calling my sales agent, [redacted], to find out if I would get my car by the next day, Thursday, 11/**/12. I was told by the receptionist that [redacted] was busy with a customer and that he would call me back when he was free. He never called me back. Despite calling him many times to try to find out what was going on, [redacted] never called me back to tell me when I was going to get my car. I finally had to go into the dealership in the week of 12/*/ 12 to try to talk [redacted] in person to find out what was going on. Why was it taking so long to get my car? When I spoke to [redacted], he told me that Five Towns Nissan was having a hard time getting new cars because they weren't the only dealership to loose all their cars during the storm. However, I was told that by Thursday, 12/*/12, I would be able to get my car. On Thursday, 12/*/12, [redacted] called me at my job to tell me that he wasn't able to get me a 2012 Nissan Rogue because there wasn't any more available. However, he had gotten me a 2013 Nissan Rogue and, even though I had a written agreement to lease a 2013 Rogue for $273.00 per month, the price was now $470.00 per month. After I told [redacted] that I couldn't afford to pay that amount of money per month, he told me to give him some time and he would try to get me a "better deal." [redacted] never called me back to tell me if he had gotten me a better deal. After work I went back to Five Towns Nissan to find out what was going on; why was my written agreement changed? When I met with [redacted], he told me that he had gotten me a "better deal"; that I now only had to pay $370.00 per month. Even though I felt that what Five Towns Nissan was doing was wrong, I felt that I was in no position to turn down this "deal" because my emergency car rental from Enterprise was going to expire the next day, Friday, 12/*/12. This "deal" was a bait and switch from the get go. Five Towns Nissan knew from 11/**/12 that they were never going to lease a car to me for less that $370.00 per month. I know this because, about a year after 12/*/12, I remembered that this same dealership had tried to lease a car to me in 2011 for $370.00 and I turned them down because I thought that the price was too much to pay for a lease. Also, [redacted] knew from 11/**/12 that my emergency car rental was due to expire on 12/*/12. I had naively told him this information without thinking or realizing that it would be used to manipulate me into entering a new agreement with Five Towns Nissan. Additionally, when I kept calling Five Towns Nissan to find out why it was taking so long to get my car, I told the receptionist to remind [redacted] that my car rental was going to expire on 12/*/12. On 12/*/12, [redacted] called me at about 9:00 a.m. to tell me that the dealership had just gotten my car that morning. That's really convenient considering that my rental agreement was expiring at the end of the business day on 12/*/12. During the finalizing of the leasing process on 12/*/12, [redacted] took back the written agreement I had with Five Towns Nissan. The only reason I went to Nissan Motor Corp. to lease a car after Hurricane Sandy was their false advertising to the "VPP." And the only reasons I considered leasing a car from Five Towns Nissan was this same false advertising of the "VPP" and their proximity to my neighborhood.Desired Settlement: Right now I want a cash refund of all monies I've paid over $273.00 per month from 12/** to present. If I'm forced to go to court about this matter, I will ask the court for a remedy of a refund of all monies I've paid over $273.00 from 12/** to present plus treble damages. I also want the original agreement I had with Five Towns Nissan to be honored. I agreed in writing to lease a 2013 Nissan Rogue for $273.00 per month. When I made that agreement, I had every intention of honoring that agreement. Five Towns Nissan should also honor its written agreement with me.

Review: To Whom it May Concern My name is [redacted], I went to buy a car at Five Towns Nissan. First the guy I did my businses with was gone the next day. He told me the car would be there Saturday and it wasnt. I had to wait until Tuesday and when I went the price was changed. I asked for my deposit back, because by now, I was upset. He told me I had to wait. I didnt want to make a seen in the car dealer so I left. Nobody has called me yet regarding when to pick up my money. I dont want to call and get upset again. I left $500.00 deposit and want my money back. I never signed any papers because that wasnt the price given to me. Thanks for taken the time to read my letter Have Holiday. Sign [redacted]Desired Settlement: Refund

Review: On 09/**/2014 I traded in my Nissan Xterra for a Nissan Rogue. Five Town Nissan agreed to pay off the remaining balance on the Nissan Xterra and return $1,392 to me to assist with the monthly payments for the nissan rogue , it is now 2 months later and none of those commitments have been met. Several attempts has been made in person and by phone, but nothing was resolved. At this present time my credit is in danger and I would like to have this issue resolved as soon as possible.Desired Settlement: I would like for five towns Nissan to pay off the remaining balance on the Nissan Xterra as soon as possible to prevent further damage to my credit. I also need them to send the money that was promised to help assist in my payments for the Nissan rogue. If they are unable to do so I would like to return the Nissan rogue in exchange for my Nissan Xterra.

Review: I purchased two rogues in the past year, on one rogue the brake pads stopped working after only 10,000 miles the dealership would not honor the warranties on the car, said it was not their problem, the dealer never gave me a wheel lock for my other 2013 rogue, and when I asked for it, they refused to give me one. And said I had to purchase one because there was already 19,000 miles on the car.Desired Settlement: I want them to honor the warranties I have on my cars without any issues, or complaints from them, and I want my wheel lock.

Review: MY VEHICLE WAS PURCHASE AT THE AFOREMENTIONED COMPANY IN FEBRUARY 2012. THEY WERE AGGRESSIVE IN PERSUADING ME TO PURCHASE THE EXTENDED WARRANTY WHICH EXPIRES IN JANUARY 2015. THE SUSPENSION SYSTEM IS COVERED UNDER THIS WARRANTY AND BECAUSE I'M HAVING A DEFECTIVE FRONT STRUT I TOOK MY VEHICLE THERE TO HAVE IT ADDRESSED. THE COMPANY REFUSED TO HONOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY STATING THAT THE DEFECTIVE STRUT WAS CAUSED BY HITTING A POT HOLE. MY ARGUMENT IS THE STRUT WAS DEFECTIVE BEFOREHAND THERE IS NO TELLING IF A POTHOLE WAS HIT OR NOT. FURTHERMORE, THE THAT CLAUSE THAT THEY'RE CLAIMING REGARDING THE THE CONSUMER'S FAULT IN THE DEFECTIVENESS OF THE STRUT IS NOT EXPRESSED WITHIN THE WARRANTY TO MY RECOLLECTION.Desired Settlement: I WOULD LIKE THE DEALERSHIP TO HONOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY BECAUSE THERE IS NO WAY TO DETERMINE IF THE STRUT WAS DEFECTIVE BEFORE THEY CLAIMED I HIT A POTHOLE AND IT'S NOT EXPRESSED IN THE WARRANTY. IF THEY ARE UNABLE TO FIX THE PROBLEM THEN A REFUND CHECK FOR THE EXTENDED WARRANTY I CAN'T NOR DO UTILIZE WILL SUFFICE. I CALLED THE NISSAN PARENT COMPANY AND I WAS TOLD STRUTS ARE COVERED UNDER THE EXTENDED WARRANTY AND WHEN I EXPLAINED MY SITUATION, THEY PUT ME ON HOLD FOR APPROXIMATELY 15 MINUTES AND WHEN THEY RETURNED TO THE PHONE THEY STATED THE DEALERSHIP HAS THE FINAL SAY ON WHETHER MY EXTENDED WARRANTY WOULD BE HONORED OR NOT.

Review: I purchased a 2005 Ford Explorer XLT from said dealership, on my contract I was charged for a service contract-used. I was charged $1634.00. The vehicle was purchased since 12/**/2013 and since date of purchase the vehicle had mechanical issues on 02/**/2014 in which I paid $450 to have repaired. Barely 2 months after purchase. Up on till today, 10/**/2014 Five Towns Nissan is yet to activate my service contract after numerous contact in person and by phone. On 09/**/2014 give or take a day or two, I was given the contract with auto protect to sign in which I did and after a week and a half of daily contact to said warranty company they have yet to receive the contract to be activated. I was told by warranty company that the contract was supposed to be activated on date of purchase. They didn't do so, but did nothing but give me a total runaround since February until today.Desired Settlement: I want the dealership to repair my vehicle of all defects since I bought it, refund the $450 I paid on 2/**/14 for repairs and also honor my service contract that I am paying for.

He told me the cars on the website don't exist they have been sold but he will get me something better. I told him I have a price range of 11 thousand. He told me price doesn't matter it depends on my credit. I gave him permission to run my credit. He ran it then came to e asking how much would I be able to put down I told him 2k he then asked me for my credit card I asked home for what he told me just to have to show the bank I can pay 2k downI then became agitated because you are asking me for money before you even show me what cars you have. He then brought another guy over to talk to me and he told me my credit isn't good so they need I talk 2k off my credit card to show the bank I can ay it . I told him no thanks I. Leaving and he told the other sales rep to contact me for a follow up . I am writing this because I do not want them ContActing me at all they are scams artists. You can not try to take money from someone before showing them the car they are going to purchase. I do not want these people with my information!Desired Settlement: Removed from their database and calling list

Review: On may [redacted] I traded my car in and bought a 2014 nissan sentra at the time of purchase their sales guy duane called my finance company for a pay off amount, two weeks after having my new vehicle the finance company for the vehicle that I already traded in I calls me to say my monthly payment is late, I then called the sales guy duane next and he told me to call and speak with a [redacted] because five town nissan have received calls about this issue with them not sending off the payoff checks to various of finance companies after a trade in, when I called I spoke with [redacted] who was very short with me and asked for my number , she called back saying the check will be sent out we even conferences call [redacted] to give an exact amount of the Payoff since it was weeks after the fact that the check was suppose to be mailed off late, a week which is june [redacted] the finance company still didn't get the payoff check, I now spoke with [redacted] who ask for my number calls me back and says oh the check will be mailed off today, not knowing that I spoke with [redacted] on previous occasions and was told the same exact thing, I ask for a [redacted], was placed on hold for 15 minutes then transferred to their billing dept. Which it rang out to voicemail, I called back livid at this point because this is my credit that's being destroyed due to a nonpayment for a vehicle I traded in may [redacted] , [redacted] gives the call to [redacted] who's telling me the same lies as before, at this point I told her I will be taking them to court and returning their vehicle, too many lies, games, and sarcastic behavior going on with these young ladies. Not too mention their refer a friend program is a gimmick because my coworker referred me and their giving her the run around for the 200.00 their company promises if the person she sends makes a purchase, they lied and told her I didn't give her name in which I did while speaking to duane!!!!Desired Settlement: Proof that the check was sent to [redacted] company was sent in the correct amount of 12,046.01 and that payoff amount was sent to them on June [redacted]

Review: I am a current leasee of Nissan . On March [redacted],2014 I went into Fivetown Nissan to do my regular oil change service. During my wait time , I met a sales representative named [redacted] .I enquired what would be the buy out price of my leased 2011 Nissan pathfinder , seeing that my lease would be ending in May,2014. He met with his [redacted] ,who persuaded me not to wait until May, but we can do this "today". I informed them that I was going to wait because I wanted to put down a $5000.00 down payment . [redacted] advised me that I can still do that at a later time. After some convincing , I decided to proceed with the transaction.

I then enquired of the payoff amount, and was told that the financed amount was $29,621.37. I was somewhat taken back. When I asked , I was told that it was made up of the payoff balance, taxes,,gap insurance and extended warranty . I had no way of finding out the correct payoff amount because Nissan Fincance was closed.

On Monday March [redacted],2014, I contacted Nissan Finance, and was surprise to learn that the payoff amount was $20,990.81 as at March [redacted],2014.

I contacted Fivetown Nissan to speak with [redacted]. I got I touch with [redacted], the sales rep.(the same person I dealt with on March [redacted]) After explaining the situation to him, he made contact with [redacted] ,who became unavailable ,as expected, but was willing to explain the the difference in figures on March [redacted],2014 at 6pm. I told [redacted] both verbally and by text message, to notify [redacted] to hold off on the transaction until I get an explanation of the difference in totals.I eventually received a call from [redacted] at 6:07pm on the same day of March **,2014. I told him to cancel the transaction. He says that it cannot be cancelled , which is false, and I should meet him on wednesday[redacted].You have up to 3 days to cancel. This transaction took place on Saturday [redacted] of March

I met with [redacted] today,March [redacted], and after a lot of fumbling, came up with this...Payoff amount = $20,995.00, total taxes = $2391.00, Certification...$985.00 (for what I do not know because I am in possession of the vehicle)... DMV fees...$75.00....Title for car....$55.00 (which is not in my possession , because the vehicle is not paid in full) ......and the "Protection Package" ....$5045.00...which is made up of GAP insurance....$55.00,...100,000 miles warranty....$2000.00...Loss protection (for what, because he is not an insurance company)..no amount...and Key replacement . I never asked for any Protection Package, that he said was his suggestion . That total came up to $29,621.00.......$75.37 less. That total became processing fee. I told [redacted] to cancel the transaction because I have 3 business days to cancel. He said that he cannot cancel.

He knew what his plans were when he pushed the meeting date to March [redacted]. This is a scan to have me binded in a contract.

I also have proof of the text message to the sales rep. [redacted], on Monday march [redacted], requesting a hold until an explanation of the total charges is given, and phone records of incoming call from [redacted]Desired Settlement: I need this transaction to be cancelled as I had requested, or extended warranty, key replacement, loss protection ( I have this from my insurance) be removed....total $5045.00....taxes adjusted. My vehicle was not certified, I have a copy of my regular oil change receipt..with no certification.....$985.00.
