Mr [redacted] received our invoice on October 26, 2017.The following day, Mr [redacted] filed this claim before paying the invoice alleging in his own words: "I want to report them for stealing my headphones if they do not reply in a timely manner."On the same day, October 27, 2017, Mr***'s headphones were mailed back to him USPS Tracking Number [redacted] See attached reportThe tracking report states: "Your item was delivered to a parcel locker at 2:pm on October 30, in WEST PALM BEACH, FL 33401."Mr [redacted] was notified of the tracking number by emailSee attached copy of the email notification.Let us know if you have any questions.Thank you for your attention to the forgoing.Olga E [redacted] Fix Headphones Legal Administrator
