However, I am unclear if my headphones have been repaired (in which case I will pay their $bill) or are they still waiting to get parts (their message to me said it could take up to months)If this is the case I want them to return my unrepaired headphones and I will not pay them $I have sent them an email to this effect and am anxiously awaiting their reply
