This place is awful! Complete nightmare The owner came to my house to supposedly repair my [redacted] fridgeI have never been talked down to and so disrespected I had asked for a call before the repair man arrived at my home I got caught in some traffic and ended up at my home min late He called as I was pulling into my neighborhood and stated he had been waiting min and asked if I was going to be there I told him I was pulling in He responded ok and rudely hung up on me As soon as I got home I told him he could leave if he needed to I sensed the anger in his voice earlier on the phone He said he would still need his $ I explained that he would not be paid if he did not look at my fridge He told me he would wait there all night to get paid if he had to I decided to have him look at my fridge since I had already left work early and really needed it repaired Unfortunately, the panel door in my fridge was frozen shut He told me my fridge would need to thaw hrs and he would have to come back He still charged me the $after being so ugly and not even able to look at the fridge properly I asked if I would be charged another $for the next visit His response was that it would be included in my repairs I asked my question again because I didn't quite understand if the current visit would be included in the repair price He rudely stated that as he said previously it would be included in the repairs I left to grab my checkbook to pay him He rudely stated that as I was told on the phone that they did not accept checks I told him that I was never told that on the phone and his response was that he could email me the recorded phone cal I told him that he was in customer service and being extremely ugly He stated that I was rude by showing up min late and that his time was valuable I told him he could have just said, "ma'am, we only accept cash or credit." He mockingly repeated what I said I told him I would call and speak to the owner He told me that he was the owner I called the company and verified that he was in fact telling the truth, this rude man that knows nothing about customer service is the owner I will never use this company and make sure everyone knows that the owner is absolutely awful! Worst customer service experience everThis man should go out of business

So my six year old refrigerator went outMy sister In-Law recommended Fix-it-rightHe came out, very quickly diagnosed the problem, was very nice, very professionalHe was very patient with me explaining what failed, the automatic defrost, and showing me what happens when it doesHe even had a portable steamer in his kit, so I didn't have to wait to days to use my refrigerator again I highly recommend, they do explain their pricing up front, so if you get angered over the bill, they did tell youPrice is resonable anyways, cheaper than paying a retail store to come out or buying a new appliance Their number has been added to my phone as a buisness I can trust, and I'm not a trusting person

Sent my dishwasher pump for warranty March 17, as of today have not received new partUnable to use dishwasher until I do
Heath: owner came and replaced pump on 2/15/ After replacing he could still hear crackling sounds in the dishwasher, told me if I had problems to call him two weeks later there was still glass in the innards of the dishwasher (note crackling sound) and burned the pump and control board out I asked him to warranty to the pump After long debates, he agreed to warranty pump, I sent him the bad pump, and paid for the return shipment back to my self I still have not received the pump This has been a burden for I can't use one side of my sink or water will go straight to the floor since March and have to wash all dishes by hand He know this situation and doesn't seem to care He had me send the bad pump to a PO Box in Joelton, which took them over two weeks to even retrieve Terrible service!!!

I was overcharged, hung up on, and stood up for an appointment that Heath Holliman confirmed to be at today on 6-14- I want a full refund

Just fix it yourselfIn a list below, please find how awful our experience was with this business
-we call them because of our broken washing machine
-they don't tell you any pricing over the phoneI guess you have to ask
-they arrive, don't tell us how much it will be, just fix it, and give us a bill for $Keep in mind, they were here for minutes for a broken safety switch
-On the bill, every category, including, Technician, Service pricing, what was wrong, and a breakdown of the bill, was entirely blank
-I call the company wondering why the bill was so high for a minute, $part job
-I found out they gave me an incorrect bill with the wrong phone number on itI was given a bill for insured customersI am an uninsured customer, so the phone number I was supposed to call is entirely differentI looked up the actual phone number I was supposed to call and got through after leaving voicemails
-I spoke with the owner, who said his father answers the phoneWhile on the phone with the owners father, he was supposed to give us a price breakdown of how much it will be for them to come to our houseHe did not do that
-He also said that the tech (whose name was not listed on the bill) is supposed to give you a quick estimate of the job before fixing itAll he did was fix it without asking, and then hand us the blank bill except the price
-on the phone, the owner was very rude, interrupting me, being sarcastic, and just responded with answers like "well, that's what's SUPPOSED to happenAnd my father answers the phone, he would never forget to tell you the upfront service fee" (which he did)And no other resolution
-the bill was what it was, and the owner showed no signs of backing down
In conclusion, be very careful with pricing with this company, make sure you ask questions, and they do not touch the appliance before you know the price breakdown

BEWARE OF OWNER! Wish I could give no stars for this companyThe tech who came to repair my washing machine was friendlyHe ran more than TWO hours late, but, to his credit, he did call and let me knowWhen he arrived, he put out a cigarette on his way in to my house, and he reeked of cigarette smokeGrossHe spent at the VERY most min at my house, cleaning the filter and telling me my machine was fixedI go to do a load of laundry that night, and I have the same draining issueI called to schedule them to come out again but requested a different techGal told me that's not what they normally do but would talk to the ownerShe also confirmed I would not have to pay the service fee again since I was calling within the time frame of the initial repairTwice, I specifically asked her about paying the service fee, and her answer was noThis morning I got a call from the owner who started off by telling me I would have to pay the service fee again because the tech didn't install any partsThis doesn't make sense because my machine is giving me the exact same error message as it did before--meaning it was not fixedI took a pic of the error message the night the tech came out, so I have proof that it immediately malfunctioned againI also explained to the owner that the tech told me I would not have to pay the service fee if I needed to call back within their time frame (days from service, I believe)The owner said, "Well, if he was nice enough to tell you that, then he is the only one who can come outAnd I talked to him about the cigarette and he said he puts them out at his truck." RUDERUDERUDEHis tone started to get hostile, so I told him that I would just use a different repair company from now onNo sooner had the words left my mouth that he HUNG UP ON ME! What business owner does that?!?!?!? One who shouldn't be in business, especially in service!

The tech was rude and unprofessional He left after a few minutes and charged me dollars save yourself a lot of grief and call somebody else DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY

This company came out to fix my company's washer on 9-14-Two month later the same issue came upI called this company back and made an appointmentI was told that if the same issue comes back within the days they would come back and see whats going on and only charge for parts if need beWell today on 11-29-the "owner" calls me back and ask whats wrong I tell him the issue and he tells me either I can go online and fix it myself or pay another $for them to come outI advised him the last repair guy said "if this same issue comes back they will only charge for parts if need be"Well the owner starts to yell and belittles me because I asked him to please tone down his voice and there was no need to yellHe later says I don't need your business and hangs upI deal with a lot of businesses in my line of work and I have NEVER had someone be this unprofessionalI would advised everyone to take your business to someone else

Later, when I went to Sears for something else, I found out that the parts for my drier retailed at about $I though $was a pretty big charge for a 15-minute drive and minute jobSo I decided to call him to ask for an itemization of my bill, which he had not supplied
After answering my call in an exaggeratedly chipper tone, he immediately got quiet when I told him who I wasThen he launched into an impassioned defense of his actions, referred to my request to discuss the details of his service charges as "bullxxxx" and hung up on me
*** is apparently not about developing long-tern relationships with his clients
If you're looking for someone to fix your appliances, I would look elsewhere

Said days to fix dishwasher, it took weeksHad to come back againHandle is now so loose its about to fall off and they wanted to charge to fix
They said it would take days to fix dishwasher motorAfter weeks passed * started callingThe owner was very rude and talked to me like a childFinally they came and fixed the motor over six weeks from the first time they came outThe motor did not work properly at first and they had to come back
After they left we noticed the handle is so loose it is about to literally fall offWe called back and the owner was extremely rudeHe called me a liar and said we were trying to get something for freeHe claimed the technician told us the handle was looseIf the handle was loose (it wasn't), why would we not have had them fix it when they come out? It doesn't make any senseI think they were upset they had to come back and intentionally loosened the handled for more workThey are trying to charge to come back and fix a problem
