I wish I had checked the Revdex.com rating and read all the complaints before calling this awful company The company website had a ratingwhat a joke The owner was the rudest persons I have ever spoken to on the phone He called me a Liar times-- on his recorded line He called me Crazy and an *** He told me if I did not take my review off his website he would sue me for Defamation of Character He said I had hours to remove my review or he would file suit This company takes your non refundable deposit, then makes you so upset with their insulting and rude language , you want to walk away and lose your deposit

I called Fix-it-Right on Jan. 29, 2015 because my ice maker was stop making ice. They came right out and the repair man told me it needed to be replaced and it would cost me $260.00. Even though I felt that was an escalated and padded fee, I paid it.
On the 6th of May, 96 days later, this ice maker went out. I called this company back and they said that the parts were only warranted for 90 days and it would cost me another $260.00. First of all, I do not believe it was a new ice maker because it was not in a box and I watched him pick it up out of the truck with none of the accessories that come with a new one, such as, a new wiring harness, a new arm, the water inlet breakout still attached. I did not know it then but now I know that icemaker was not new. Furthermore, note that this device is very reliable. The original one lasted for 15 years. This used one lasted for 96 days. I purchased one from a Whirlpool factory parts deale for $41, got a 1 yr. warranty and installed it myself.

So my six year old refrigerator went out. My sister In-Law recommended Fix-it-right. He came out, very quickly diagnosed the problem, was very nice, very professional. He was very patient with me explaining what failed, the automatic defrost, and showing me what happens when it does. He even had a portable steamer in his kit, so I didn't have to wait 2 to 3 days to use my refrigerator again

I highly recommend, they do explain their pricing up front, so if you get angered over the bill, they did tell you. Price is resonable anyways, cheaper than paying a retail store to come out or buying a new appliance.

Their number has been added to my phone as a buisness I can trust, and I'm not a trusting person.
