Review: Went to flagstop to get a car wash my driver seat was not torn when I got there when they finished it I saw that it was torn you know they don't know nothing about it.MY daughter in law has call the corporate Friday the day it happen 9-11-15 she hasn't heard a thing from them so what can I do?Desired Settlement: I just want them to fix my seat in my car it wasn't like that when I went to the car was.

To whom it may concern: [redacted] is absolutely correct when he stated that his daughter in law called our corporate office on Friday 9/11/15. I unfortunately was out of the office all weekend and did not get the voicemail until Monday afternoon. By this time I had already received the Revdex.com complaint. Mr. [redacted] has a tear in his leather seat. We did not cause this tear. The employee working on this vehicle did not have any jewelry on, no keys in her pockets or long fingernails for that matter. She also has been with us for YEARS. She understands completely that we as a company KNOW accidents happen. We expect accidents to happen. We would rather fix a mistake than to lose a customer. If she would have said "it's possible I did this" we would fix this issue immediately. She is 100% sure she did not cause this. Another issue with this is the fact that this particular seat has been fixed before by a upholstery shop. We suggested that they take this vehicle back to them to fix again. Perhaps the glue or whatever method they use to fix leather seats just malfunctioned. Our disclaimer clearly states and is posted in 3 separate locations that we accept responsibility for original (NOT RECONDITIONED) factory parts in good condition... it continues to read that we do not accept responsibility for any parts on any vehicles that are over ten years old and/or with more than 100,000 miles. We are truly sorry that this has happened but we accept no responsibility in this damage.[redacted]
