This company are are a bunch of liars. They go by many different names and they are not located in Texas or anywhere else in the U.S. There flags are not custom made once ordered, they are pre-printed and come from China. Their webpage does not work and you can never track your shipment from Flagwx,com Their emails are slow and robotic.. Buyer beware. I should have read the BBB reviews before ordering because a lot of people who purchased from these individuals have been scammed. Their reviews on social media are fictitious, don't trust them!

I have a return for a flag and Flagwix is denying the return for a duplicate order. I purchased a St. Patrick Day flag and received the same flag a Christmas gift. Therefore, I want to return one of them and was denied. There customer service publication is below.

I purchased a 4x6 “ONE NATION UNDER GOD” in February of 2022. I hung the flag up 3 weeks ago and it looked beautiful. Unfortunately the other day I had to take the flag down because the ends were all frayed.
I love the flag but unhappy with the outcome after 3 weeks. I would like a replacement as I’m sure this item was defective.

TERRIBLE quality and they are giving me the runaround on the return- if I could give ZERO stars I would! I could have bought this item for $10 at Christmas Tree Shop, you spend $60 and think its going to be a HIGHER quality item- now they are radio silent on my return AFTER requesting a PHOTO of the item I wish to return, which I did provide them with- WHY? Why do you need a photo? It is fresh in the box it came in but the most TERRIBLE, thin, FLIMSY quality and I cannot give this as a Christmas gift, its literally a STICKER on 1/16" FAKE WOOD with FAKE wood grain, with a piece of twine stapled to the back, I would be EMBARRASSED to give this item.

I ordered 4 flags in October and was hoping to see them before Christmas. So far I'm getting tracking numbers and excuses. They only discuss matters by email and not by phone. No phone numbers are given out regarding this company. They not only want argue the product was sent, they argue it was sent to the wrong address and say it was the address given. THEN, they want to charge $40 to resend the order in addition to over $100 that was already spent on the original order. Complete scam. As for all of the nice things said about this company's product, those comments were most likely not legitimate comments. Only there to hopefully skew the opinion their way. Be very careful when dealing with a company with no phone number and only one person responding by email.

I have ordered two flags from them. Both took forever to come. Their flags are expensive for what you get and I doubt they are made in America since my tracking had the flag sitting in NY forever and they are not located there. Quality of the flag is poor. My flag for Veterans Day hasn’t been received yet and will arrive afterwards. I can order yarn from Hobbii on Sat. Night and it arrives from Denmark the following Tuesday. I sent email complaining about the length of shipping time and they don’t even respond. I ordered from them because I liked the design. I usually buy flags from flags on a stick. They have Evergreen and Magnolia Lane flags that are great quality and last for many seasons. Stay away from this company. I will never order from them again. Wish I could give them negative stars.

I purchased my Juneteenth flag from Flagwix to commemorate the holiday and display support in efforts to make Juneteenth a national holiday. The materials of the flag are a sturdy nylon and the colors really pop. I believe this flag will stand the test of time from year to year as it will be flown yearly every June. Shipping took a while but, was expected begging this flag pattern was in high demand. The only flaw is that this flag doesn’t have any eyelets attached so, for certain style flag poles (any pole less than a 90 degree one), the flag might slide and bunch up a bit. Other than that minor flaw, this is a perfect flag and I’d still buy it without it having eyelets.
