My order came a month late after the holiday for which I ordered the flag. They didn’t even ship the flag until I reached out to ask for a refund. They refused to process my refund. Flagwix is a total scam avoid them if you can.

Flag is absolutely Beautiful the Material is Good Quality im gonna order another one for my truck.

My son loved his flag. Quality was outstanding, and customer support were great when responding to my emails. Designs are unique and the colors just pop.

I love my order with the Friesian Horse and American Flag.
Great Quality and it came in reasonable amount of time.
I will order again.

I ordered a flag back in April 2020. They took out the money right away but didn't arrived until a week ago (after emails from me). As reported by others quality was poor and not what was expected. I too thought this was an American company. There was a sticker on the box "from China". They told me the same thing regarding returns - none unless error on their part or damage. Poor quality doesn't qualify. They offered a 15% off coupon on future orders? No thanks. I told them I was contacting the Revdex.com. Also, even though the money was taken out under the name of Flagwix I noticed the same amount coming out again (later) under ***. I contacted my bank as I didn't recognize this name. Now I know it's them because on the last email it says "Block of Gear". Please investigate them. Should I report this to the ***? I don't even want to leave one star but a triple minus.

I received my merchandise. I loved it. Not a scam.

I purchased a Flagwix. It was slow coming. I notified the company I wanted them to cancel the order. No response. Then all of a sudden within a few days it arrived. Poor quality. Online it looks beautiful but it isn't the same. It is a nylon faded flag. I thought it was fabric. So I wanted to return it right away. Of course, there is no phone number to call them. When I looked at the return policy WOW. I would have never ordered from such a company had I knew you can't return it. So I emailed them a slow response. then I received an email you can only return if damaged or their fault??? They need to advertise no returns! This website is a scam. I did a review on their website and they never posted it. They show 18 reviews 5 stars of course! lol, They can't possibly be in Sidney, ME! THEY NEED to be INVESTIGATED. RIP OFF!

Ordered a flag on May 22nd, 2020. Never received product. Asked for a refund, no refund given. They are incompetent, and give no information for resolution. I’ve contacted them several times, to no avail. Nothing but excuses. Blaming the shipper, blaming Covid-19. Just pure incompetence.

I ordered a flag on May 31 they sent an email claiming they received and took payment but I have reached out 5 times and no response and no flag. I would like my money back.

I had ordered a flag a couple months ago. When it didn't arrive I emailed them, which they then sent a tracking number. The tracking number said it was returned because of street address not found, that was 3 weeks ago. They refuse to respond to any of my emails or return my money.

Flag was poor quality, requested refund authorization for over 1 month. Never received It. No phone number to contact. SCAM! Need to be investigated!

I ordered a flag on May 10, 2020. They took money out of my account on May 11, 2020. Never received my merchandise. Flagwix also advertises false information, they say they are Revdex.com accredited and they have fast delivery.

Ordered a graduation flag for our daughter, when I opened it there were ink spots all on the flag. Looks like they packaged it while the ink was still wet. Tried multiple times to contact someone, they will not provide me with a legitimate phone number to speak to customer service in person. I have sent photos twice, and the only response I get back is that we are working on it. It has been almost 2 weeks, and I paid a lot of money for this item for it to look like crap. This is unacceptable, and for you to be a business this is not business like to not be able to speak to a customer service representative in person. Email, and messenger IS NOT business savvy. Thank You

Scammer. Took the money out of my account and never got the product. Seems to have happened to alot of people. People complaining on website about not receiving what they bought.

I ordered a flag from them several weeks ago and got a confirmation email. No further communication from them to any email I have sent. I went onto their *** page, and there are no longer any pictures of flags and no way to post on their page. They're posting pictures of stuffed animals, etc., now. People are replying to their posts asking - where is my flag??? You can't see any of the responses to people asking that question because somehow they are blocking them from coming up. An investigation needs to be opened on this company. They posted on their own page on June 3rd - it says that post originated in Vietnam. This company is NOT based in Maine!
