Shady business buyer beware
This Victor loser sure is something. His dad must have molested him a few times too many or something. He has a habit of taking peoples money and then blaming them for his incompetence. Maybe Victor is the one who needs to grow a pair, quit having his husband fight his battles, and try being a legitimate business who ships customers their merchandise in a timely manner rather than pretending to talk like he is something more than a libtarded lefty. I won't bother tatting on you as my credit card company already refunded my money amd they can deal with you.

They haven’t shipped my purchase order number *** provided no tracking number and when you call you don’t have the option to talk to someone

Ordered a hellfire stealth on 3/27/19 never received item or tracking number sent multiple emails asking what was going on but got the same auto reply run around saying it takes 14 days well it’s been a month with no item or reply from this company feel at this point I’ve been robbed I would like my item or my money back.

1. Miss-advertising: The website rockinlock.com advertises the Magnabrace product with a 70lb pull magnet. The product materials supplied with the Magnabrace identify it as having a 50lb pull magnet.
2. Poor Customer Service: The product was ordered on line 2/3/19, it arrived damaged on 2/9/19, On 2/9/19 I called the number provided at 6 p.m. and left a message stating that I would like a return call to discuss the condition of the product. There was no response. On 2/11/19, I called again at 9:15 a.m. and my call was blocked. I called my visa company at 10:35 a.m. on 2/11/19 and filed a dispute Case #***-***-xxx-xx. They will process the dispute and contact the vender.
3. Product was damaged: The black paint around the magnet was chipped exposing the shiny metal. It appears that this may be a used product.
4. The quality of the product is very low

I paid for and ordered a snap on trigger called hell fire trigger. I did not receive the item I paid for. I have sent multiple emails with no response. I have also called multiple times and had to leave voicemail's every time to witch I have not received any response to either my emails or phone calls. I would like to send the wrong item back and get the item I paid for.

I have had business with Pro Shooters Carbon Supply in the past and they have by far the worst customer service of any business I have ever dealt with. I did start my business with them about two months after the Las Vegas incident so clearly they must of had insane amounts of orders and product going through the business but to this day, I have never managed to communicate with any of their employees. I bought a trigger off of them and it arrived a month later than it should (I did not really care about the timeframe) but in that time between when it should of arrived and when it did, I placed multiple calls and sent emails where it was all the same voicemail or automated email response crap. Another thing they really do poorly is providing information about the products they sell. They offer little specifications, no way to look at manufacturer information on the products, which really leads me to believe that they are selling generic chinese crap. And again, if you try and email them to get more information on the products, you are just sent the automatic reply of "All shipments are taking 1 to 2 weeks. Overall an infuriatingly unresponsive company that does not communicate with you at all and the only thing you can do is wait and hope you were not forgotten about, months after you sent in your order and money.

I placed an order with this company over 2 months ago. My card was charged yet I’ve never received an order number, tracking information or the item itself. I left multiple voicemails and emails via the company website but received no answers. I then left 2 Revdex.com reviews to which the company responded calling me a fake customer and a profanity. I just want my item or a refund

This company is the leader in triggers systems and there simply is no place else to get them. I have dealt with them for 15 years. If you can't wait, or are impatient DO NOT ORDER. They don't like "Tattle Tails" or "Girly Men" who have their wives call and hassle them. I deal with a lot of companies like this in the gun business. They service thousands of good customers like me and have no patience or time to deal with people that think complaining on here will ever hurt their business. Try buying somewhere else! Who really cares.

No truer words spoken. Thank you we don't put up with "p***" who go a try to "tattle" on us thinking it make any difference. We cancel orders as we always have enough from solid good people. YOU CANNOT HURT US NIMRODS!

I placed an order with this company for product (trigger system) back on 10/31/17, their website specifically states the wait time is 4-6 weeks until the product ships. it is now 1/11/18 and I have never received my product, I have left several voicemails and emails and have never gotten any response on my order status. this business basically stole my money and never gave me the product I paid for.

Placed an order on 10/19/17, my card was charged on 10/20/17 by Pro Carbon Shooters Supply who claims orders are taking 4-6 weeks. It is now 12/14/17 & I have NOT received any shipping info nor the product. I have emailed, called, & used their website contact page requesting an UPDATE only for my order/shipping. I have yet to receive any shipping info nor any response back from this business.

After filing online complaint with Revdex.com, I received a reply msg from Flash Distributing stating they would start working on my order, however I never received any updated info on my order nor a shipping/tracking # so I originally did not accept their response as I only had 7 days to respond to Revdex.com or the case would be closed. On the 8th day I received my order in the mail, (product seems to be legit) however Flash Distributing does not communicate with their customers so I had no idea if they were actually working on my order or not. I took the time to call Revdex.com & update them of the complaint status that I had received my order, but the business never sent me any shipping info. Flash Distributing is 1 of the worst businesses I've ever dealt with customer service wise. I was close to reporting the charge on my credit card as fraud as there is no way to get in touch with anyone at Flash. A few days ago their answering machine started allowing messages to be left regarding pending orders that were beyond 6-8 weeks old I believe it was.It seems Flash Distributing did send out shipping info after all, but it went to my spam folder & arrived on 12/22, but the package was already delivered on 12/20. After opening the tracking # I could see it came from Montrose CO so I knew this tracking email was from Flash Distributing, other than that there was no direct email notification from Flash that my order had actually been shipped on 12/14/17.

This company is worst online experience I've had in 20 years of online purchases. I understand the 'situation' and they are 'busy' but should handle it like their competitors. If you can't ship immediately, then they have no business charging the account until they can. Repeated emails have gone unanswered, phone calls go to voicemail and aren't returned. If you can't handle volume of sales, then close down the shopping cart, hire extra help or do what needs to get done to fix it and properly run the business. After 7 weeks of waiting (and having account charged) I did finally get the order... HOWEVER one part was MISSING and another part was WRONG (yes I checked the invoice). Again... no reply to emails, or phone calls. Highly recommend others find somewhere else to buy and that this companies merchant account is revoked.

Pro carbon supply is same address ,phone no.as Flash Distributing,I put an order in on Oct 4. 9 weeks later no email response,no phone no. Response. They say shipping in 4 to 6 weeks. They say orders shipped in order of received but I see people on here complaining of not receiving full orders after the dates I ordered.so yes I'm getting frustrated with no response.

ever thing is good now I received my order two days ago

Ordered a product from this company (also known as procarbonsupply) about 8 weeks ago and have not received it. Company tells me 4-6 weeks but still nothing. Have emailed them several times with little to no response. They have collected payment and sent a receipt but no product received.

I ordered 5 triggers from this company off of pro carbon shooters supply. I ordered them on 10/12/17 today is 12/5 and as of today I have only received 2 triggers. I can go to the site and see when I login that I paid for 5. The worst part is I have no way of contacting this company. If you email you just get an automatic reply, if you call you just get an answering machine.

I made an order on 10/16/2017, I have attempted contact twice. I have received no response and no updates as to my order status. I expect a full refund or shipment immediately.

I made a purchase on October 6th, estimated delivery was 4-6 weeks. Today, 8 weeks in I can't reach them by phone, emails are an automated response stating all products are in stock and Wil ship in 4-6 weeks. My account with them to this day says payment received but has never been updated to say shipped or given a tracking number. Phone calls are answered by a machine that states they don't have the time to answer questions.... And messages through their contact link on their page gets no response. E-mail directly to the company are automatically responded to but don't give you any information outside of "all items in stock, will ship in 4-6 weeks". Customer service is non-existent at this company. I believe they are just scamming you for your money.

Items were delivered yesterday as per USPS delivery confirmation. We won't post the tracking number on here for privacy because our other customers like "real men' and not "girly' men who try and "tattle" . Nobody cares. Thank you and your are prohibited from purchasing further items from us.

Funny, "Tattle" guess you did something wrong? Maybe if you were to respond to the messages we wouldn't be here. I notified Revdex.com that the items had arrived and I would edit my review and I wouldn't buy from you again anyway! I see why you have so many different companies under the "Flash" heading, word probably gets around so people slip into another of your sites by accident. Interesting business plan though, take the money then ignore any communication with the customer.

I ordered several items from this business nearly two months ago and never received an order confirmation. I attempted to contact the business multiple times, but the advertiser listed on page 96 of the May 2017 issue of Firearms News had their phone system hooked up to an automatic messaging system and did not have a live person accepting calls or ever called me back about my order situation. The business also "responded" with a generic auto-responder from an AOL account that never addressed my specific situation. I have several hundred dollars in limbo, and I cannot reach these people to determine whether my order will ever be processed or what is going on with their business.The number listed in the publication is different than the number listed on their website. My initial order was submitted through their website at roughly 11pm on October 4, 2017 and should be for seven items totaling $316.10. It's almost December and I have not received the order. My checking account is in limbo.
