Well, I wish I could mark sales and service “issues” as well but I suppose I’ll just stick to delivery issues. I purchased 2 triggers order # *** for a total of 77.27 on October 6th, 2017. It is now November 24th, 7 weeks later and my items have not shown up. I have called the listed phone number and it is a pre recording basically saying they aren’t answering the phone and implying that customers can shove it. I called on 11/3 and again on 11/20..answering machine both times. I also emailed them with no response. What a garbage business...never met one so poorly run. I reported them to Wells Fargo’s fraud department since their website said 4-6 weeks.
We have canceled and barred the individual from placing any further orders. Since you simply cannot buy anything like this anywhere else, It is you that lose. Thank you We prefer to deal with decent individuals rather than losers.

tic response will show future customers why they SHOULDN'T buy from you. No decent business owner calls a customer a "loser" when the customer points out FACTS about your business. The facts are: 1) You were unreachable by phone or email. As a business you will NOT survive with that sort of mentality. This is the 21st century...a pre recording will not cut it in today's day and age. If you are that busy, quit being cheap and hire someone to take phone calls. 2.) No rational customer is going to wait 2 months for merchandise without any contact from the business on where their product is. If you are making them as you go, once again, quit being cheap and hire more people to make your product. 3.)You didn't give me a refund, making me extremely happy I opened a fraud case against you at my bank. You dear business owner, are the loser. You'll hear from my bank soon. Have a nice day.
I ordered a product and it's been 7 weeks no shipping no updated tracking information and I cannot get in touch with a human person I think if you purchase something from somebody you have the common sense and courtesy to talk to them if they like to speak to you if you do not want to ship the item please refund me my money all of it . order
Customer ordered and received product as per USPS delivery confirmation we consider this matter closed.
They say that they are shipping 12 to 14 hours a day and My Order was placed 10/10/2017 and 10/12/2017 for 98.00 Dollars. They won't answer Emails and the Phone is a joke. I would like to know if it's a real business or are they just taking money from people.

I ordered a Rockinlock triger assy. in Aug 2017. When I received it I found that it did not work. I have made 7+ calls & returned the item, requesting a refund. No response on the phone or answering svc. - no callbacks. Item cost me around $57.00
As it states on our website and throughout checkout, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. In this case just provide us a tracking number showing we received it and I will issue a store credit thank you. Victor ATell us why here...

Ordered a dozen arrows from company, paid with CC online, within an hour of having charge approved, same company tried to run thru 2 more charges. Both were caught and denied. Company is staffed by one individual that I called and talked to. He denied knowing anything about the fraudelant charges but said he was working in my order and the arrows would be mailed out the next day... 23 days later, I still have not received arrows, or shopping info and the company will not answer my calls or emails.
We have no idea what this is all about. You sure your husband didn't use your card on something else? Just call us and act like a man. Thank you

I saw their add in the Firearms News. I was attempting to buy online a product and upon entering information I got a "shipping not available in your state". I called their help number. There was so much noise on their end I barely could make out what he was attempting to say. I asked why I couldn't buy online. He asked for my credit card. When I said no, not secure enough. He said it didn't matter online because he got an e-mail with all that information any way. Not a good way to run a business. No sale.
If you have trouble placing orders online place them over the phone.
