They loaded our whole house in only a few hours in sub-zero temperatures and never stoppedThey took great care in making sure that everything was wrapped and protected before loading, even our card table and folding chairs! The company kept our belongings in storage until we were ready for delivery and again Sef and his crew went the extra mile to be sure that everything was in the correct room and even assembled our bedWe couldn't have asked for a better experience and all of the pricing was above board and actually was less than we were quoted

We just used Flat Rate Relocation to move us from Edmonton, AB to *** BC The entire process was very professional from the initial inquiry to the actual move The movers Sef & Nicholas were extremely polite, professional and took great care of our possessions Moving is always a stressful time and this particular move required a piat two different locations which we were not charge for which was extremely appreciated The guys worked very hard and obviously took pride in their work The customer service from Leo was wonderful as well and I would not hesitate to use their services again, but as I've said many times before, this will be my last move!

My husband's company transferred him from Edmonton AB to the *** B.C,in August 2016..The company told him to get a few quotes and to take the best package that was availableI got on the phone left a few messages and also spoke to a couple of Customers Service Agents..Well, Flat Rate Relocation was one of the companies I left a message for, fortunately,I was on the phone with husband when Leo called backI add him to the conversation with my husband and right away he put our minds at ease by explaining everything to us,the cost,the weight, and date to they would pick up our furniture and drop them off
We were putting 95% of our belonging into storage, we did not know what to expect to but, let me tell you this, Leo's father showed up, and it was a rainy day with young men and they worked like I have never seen before..Our condo hall ways are extremely very long to get to the elevators,so it took a long time for them to pack up our bed bath home, oh I almost forget the storage/garage
They packed and wrapped our belongings so well that not one thing was damaged or misplacedLeo's father did not just wrapped and packed our home, he gave a service that beyond any service we could receivedWe have expensive vases and portraits and he took special care when wrapping them,they are so protected that if we decided not use them for the next years ,we would not have to worry about them
