I used Flat Rate for a province-to-province move. Out of a dozen companies I received estimates from, only Flat Rate gave me an estimate based on 2,000 lbs - so since I had a relatively small move, in the end I paid considerably less than the original estimate. The movers themselves took great care with my possessions both at pickup and delivery, and throughout the process Leo answered all my questions willingly and at length. I would use this company again in a heartbeat - I had a great experience with them and am very thankful for the service they provided.

In planning to hire a mover for our move from [redacted] to Vancouver, I did my due deligence and search for testimonials of all the companies that gave me quotations. I chose AAA Flat Rate not because of any overwhelming good reviews but more due to a lack of negative review. I would take zero negative over a mixture of positive and negative. My testimonial is I'm so happy I took a chance with this company. Leo in the office paid attention to all of my enquiry like I am their only customer. He got back to my emails and phone calls right away. I'm blown away.
And on the day of the pick up, Seth and his assistant were the very friendly and efficient in wrapping all of my furniture. Again good communication in calling me the morning of and letting me know approx time of arrival. Seth also delivered my stuff in Vanc and generously helped assembling.
All in all, this has been a positive experience. I highly recommend them. I normally don't bother with testimonials but it's my pleasure to do this one.

It is difficult chasing a moving company. There are so many out there to chose from and you feel that you are giving somebody all of your possessions and trusting them to deliver on their promise.

I only have good things to say about Flat Rate Relocation. Leo in customer service was great at returning my phone calls and providing clarification every step of the way. Sef (the driver) was fantastic at taking care of all of my belongings and ensuring their safe delivery. He went even further and helped with minimizing extra costs. I would definitely recommend them to anybody who is wanting to move and will be calling on their services again the next time I need them.

There are not enough good words I can think of to say about this company. From the first visit with Leo when he came out to give us the quotation , to meeting Sef the owner on the actual wrapping day during which incredible care was taken with our belongings, to the day they packed the truck, to the storage for a month ,to the delivery six weeks later , everything was done professionally and on time and with courteous ,friendly attitudes. No time was wasted at any point and the whole experience was very pleasant. Sef is one of the best wrappers in the industry and an incredibly hard worker. His choice of such quality people to work with him is the sign of a man who cares about his customers. To Majid,and Gary and the others who helped Sef ,thank you for a job well done. Moving can be a terrifying experience as you entrust all your belongings to total strangers but there is a reason there are no bad reviews of this company. I would highly recommend them to anyone and would definitely use them if we ever move again in the future.

I was relocating from Calgary to Vancouver for work and needed to find a moving company - there are many horror stories online, so I was very careful about the company I chose. I decided to give Flat Rate Relocation a try based on their reviews, and am glad I did. The movers showed up when they said they would, protected everything that needed protecting, stored my belongings, and delivered everything on time. Yes, there were extra costs - legitimate extra costs that they were transparent about, I would not have considered them hidden fees. These guys work amazingly hard even under adverse conditions to guarantee that you will have a stress free move without breakage or damage. They do exactly what they say they will do. They are very respectful of your goods and treat them as if they were their own. They work very well together in a quiet pleasant atmosphere without stress. They are well prepared and very knowledgeable about what it takes to get your things from point A to point B. They listen to all your concerns and adjust what they are doing to suit your circumstances.
