I ordered this because I had seen that it was a "trial" and all you had to do was pay for shipping (4.95) and looked in my account and a couple wks later I was charged $ I called the company asking for my money back and told them I hadn't even used the samples and would be happy to return them They said they could not refund my money and that the product had expired the timeframe to return If they believe in their product it should be money back guaranteethis is just a scam for your moneydon't do it!

We clarified all of the terms she agreed to, including the time periods to cancel before shipments and/or charges were processed on her account. We confirmed the account would be closed from all further billing and shipping. We provide seven days a week of customer service hours, and e-mail support so consumers have availability to contact us and cancel their trial or monthly membership at any time. We even send out a paper copy of the terms for consumers to have in their possession. We take every possible avenue for consumers to be aware of their terms before processing the order, and when it is in their possession. Including shipping confirmation e-mails regarding their monthly membership. At this time, we are unable to issue a refund for the charges. The consumer placed the order on 4/16/14. This is when they paid the initial $4.95 and this began the 14 day trial period to sample from the initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during the allotted trial period, the consumer was automatically billed for the 30 day supply on 5/9/14 as explained in the terms and conditions for which they agreed to. The customer was billed for his next 30 day supply on 6/8/14. If the customer would have contacted us to cancel, he would have received an e-mail confirmation of the cancellation. 
We have refunded the 2 charges of $87.63 as a courtesy due to this complaint, however we stand by our policies and we would like to reiterate that our customers accept the terms and conditions two separate times to process their orders. I never received any forms from them the first shipment that was supposedly free only had a bottle. I did not even have a phone number I got it off my bank statement. They never responded to why they cannot or will not credit me for the bottle they received approximately 8 weeks ago and still kept. At the very least I paid for the product if you refuse to refund me why wasn't it returned. That is illegal you cant charge me and keep the product. This has gone on long enough. Im certain a judge would understand my circumstances over the previous order I was billed and never received because their character is already in question over not crediting me for the bottle returned.
