Review: I requested a FREE TRIAL of Flawless Raspberry Ketones. I had not fully completed my trial sample when a new bottle arrived and the company had charged me $87.53. When I contacted the company to stop the automatic delivery and to refund me, they requested my reason for halting the product. I stated that the product did not work and it was a scam. The site tells you that its free but you only have to pay for shipping which was 4.95. It does not inform you that its a contract that will charge you 87.95 every month for every stupid bottle!! I saw that they had charged me $87.53 without my authorization. They stated that I had not contacted them within 14 days after receiving the first bottle, so they already charged me for the original bottle, which was an additional $89.00! Both charges occurred within 1 day of each other (5/15/01). I advised the company that I would not be charged for a "FREE TRIAL", but after checking my account, I found that they have also charged me $89.00! This company is being advertised through Dr. Oz and is luring people into what is an obvious scam. I advised the customer service rep that I will protest these charges through my bank. The customer service rep sent me an email advising me that they would refund me the $87.53, but is refusing to refund the $89.00. The email said it may take "3-7" days to process the refund, and so far, no refund has been shown.Desired Settlement: Full refund; both charges of $89.00 and $87.53

Review: I did not order such product but will be charged for shipping product. Tried once before but talked to them, canceled, and am NOT interested in product. Now they have charge #, won`t cancel, keep sending product. I do not want this!!! And they will not stop! I do not want anymore product, e-mails, or phone calls from them. Review: I ordered the Flawless Raspberry Ketone 14-day free trial on January 20, 2014 under the implication by this company's advertisement that it would cost me the $4.95 shipping charge and nothing more. I received the Flawless Raspberry Ketone capsules on January 24, 2014. I was looking over my bank statement and noticed pending charge of $87.63 which I had not authorized, and naturally I immediately cancelled my credit card for my safety, presuming the charge was due to credit card fraud. I went to my credit union and uncovered the source of this charge; Flawless Raspberry Ketone had taken this unforeseen quantity from my account. Angered, I called and spoke with a representative and told them my situation. They proceeded to inform me that they were only able to refund half of this ridiculous charge, and only to the account which I had already terminated. I was not satisfied whatsoever with this product, I only took one capsule and ended up with an immense headache. The product packaging says explicitly that the product is “100% customer satisfaction guaranteed” and being entirely dissatisfied, I refuse to pay $87.63 for the single capsule I took! I then called my credit union to verify whether their dissatisfying partial refund was transferrable and they advised me that it was not even possible to obtain said refund via the terminated account and that to have the company send the refund as a check was/is my sole option. So I called Flawless Raspberry Ketone again to address them with this information the fact that this is impossible to do with a terminated account and unwilling to offer any further assistance. I was lied to with the so-called free trial and again with the smokescreen customer satisfaction guarantee! I found their standard of business to be extremely unrelenting and unhelpful, like they do everything to distract their customers from their deceitful scheme of hidden charges. Review: I was on line when a pop up advertisement for this product came on screen. I read the advertisement ---endorsed by Dr.**. Product was for belly fat loss and weight loss in general. Advertisement had video clip from DR. ** show. Stated first 14 days free ---if you order now ---and pay $4.95 shipping and handling. So I clicked yes---filled out my information . Gave credit card number for the shipping. Received the first bottle in a Turfguard Extreme sealed air mailer . Mailer had my address on the front. I didnt even look on the back of the mailer. Took two weeks ---no weight loss---surprise---that one is on me!!!! . Was glad I had not ordered more. Then I get second bottle in mail on 5-23-13. Called the customer service number. They told me I was billed $87.00 for the first bottle on my credit card and another $87.00 for this second bottle. I told them I had not been informed of that or signed up for ongoing orders. THEY THEN ADVISED ME IF I HAD PEELED OFF THE STICKER ON THE BACK OF THE PACKAGE I WOULD FIND THE TERMS OF THE AGREEMENT!!!!!! You cant even get the sticker off the package!!! Mrs. [redacted] placed her order on 4/5/13, this is when she payed the initial $4.95 and this began her 14 day trial period to sample from her initial 30 day supply. Since there was no notification of a request for cancellation and/or a returned product during her allotted trial period, Mrs. [redacted] was automatically billed for her 30 day supply on 4/20/13 as explained to her in the terms and conditions for which she agreed to. Her second bottle was automatically shipped and billed out to her 30 days later on 5/20/13. Mrs. [redacted] contacted our company on 5/23/13 with a request for cancellation. Her account was canceled as instructed and she was sent a confirmation email confirming his cancellation. Based on the nature of the call, the customer service agent refunded $44.00 on that same day as a courtesy because Mrs. [redacted] was outside of the trial period. We value customer satisfaction and although, Mrs. [redacted] ordered our product, she has been refunded fully in the amount of $131.26.

I made my order via telephone call and was NOT given all the information as stated in their response.However, I am very please with their actions' refunding my money. Review: I recently heard about Flawless Raspberry Ketone on a website. I attempted the free trial offer, realizing I needed to cancel in 14 days. I also didn't realize the free trial period started the day your credit card information was given. So, I received my package roughly 3-4 days into my "Free Trial" period. I immediately attempted to contact the company to cancel my order, hoping to stop any further charges to my account in case I was unhappy with the product. Turns out, I was unhappy because I did not notice any drastic differences in weight loss. 2 weeks later, I receive a call from my bank asking if they should authorize a purchase of $87.63 from a "peculiar" source. I said yes, because I believed I had already cancelled the order and that whatever new bottle they were sending me could be sent back. I called Flawless Raspberry Ketone and cancelled any future autoships, thinking they would still refund me my $87.63. Around that same day, I received another email saying they had sent me ANOTHER bottle of pills. I thought maybe it was just a fluke in their email system, but received yet another bottle of Raspberry Ketone 3 days later. I called today, the day I received the second bottle, and asked to be refunded the full money. After being on the phone with a lady for 35 minutes, she told me there was nothing they could do to refund the money unless I could show "proof" that I had called within the 14 day trial period. I do not have the call logs on the phone I called from, so could not provide this information. They attempted to look up my phone number but claimed it was not in their system. I then asked to speak to a manager, who told me the best they could do was a 25% discount that "they had ALREADY offered me". The whole time I was on the phone, no one offered me any sort of refund up to the point of speaking to the manager. I explained to her I wanted a FULL refund, a I am a college student and was unhappy with the product. I attempted to stay nice and cordial, but the people I was in contact with treated me as if I was just a waste of time and they were trying to get off the phone with me as soon as possible. Ms. [redacted] ordered the trial on 03/03/14 for the 14-day trial period. We did not receive any contact from the customer to cancel the account, there were no notes or a call record regarding this information. After the trial period expired, she was charged for the full retail price of the product at $87.63 as indicated in the terms and conditions she agreed to on the website on 03/20. We were contacted on 03/24 that you wished to cancel. You were immediately sent an e-mail confirmation to verify the cancellation had been processed. You were offered an initial refund in the call on 03/24 and you declined. The next notification we had was on 03/27 regarding the charges, you requested a supervisor and were transferred. As confirmed in your message, you were offered 25% discount off the original charge and you accepted with the supervisor. As we are invested in full customer service, we will issue the remaining balance of $65.73 and break the terms and conditions. Thank you for notifying us.

Review: I was prompted to the site on a pop-up and it looked safe and interesting especially after seeing the comments and news commentaries from Dr. Oz. The cost was $4.95 for a product that seemed to be endorsed by Dr. Oz. I was not aware that of the free 14-day trial offer or that I would be billed $87.63. I became painfully aware of this was when I received the 2nd bottle that I did not order. I contacted Customer Service immediately and was then told of the trial, and that I was already billed and now I would be billed again for the $87.63. THIS COMPANY AND THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS ARE FRAUD. I LET MY MOM ORDER THE PILLS FOR $10.00 WITH MY DEBIT CARD. Review: My husband ordered a trial bottle of this product and our credit card was correctly charged $4.95. The following months statement had a charge for $87.63. I called and spoke with [redacted] and she told me we were now on automatic monthly ordering. I requested that we be cancelled and charges reversed for the product (that I had not received) at that time.
