Flexible Flyer

Item was missing parts. I cannot connect to company through phone, e-mail, or various ways. Company is not out of business.
I have been trying for WEEKS in VARIOUS ways to get through to someone in this company to reply to me. You can't call, e-mail, there are no working numbers. I did leave messages with HR voicemail, No callback. This has been going on BEFORE the Corona virus started. I am missing parts. ALL of the hardware and 1 swing from Flexible Flyer Play Park 46604T. Please, I hope you can help. Thank You

Consumer's Complaint:
On appx. December 19/2019, I purchased a swingset manufactured by "Flexible Flyer Corp." and sold through *** online where I purchased it. After delivery and partial assembly of the unit, I found lots of missing hardware, which made completion impossible. After contacting ***, they shipped me a replacement unit that I could get the needed parts from and return the unused unit to them. The second unit arrived at my home, and after opening it I discovered that it was missing more parts that the first unit. At this point *** was not able to help any further, and suggested I contact the Manufacturer "Flexible Flyer". After trying to contact them at the phone number contained in the instruction booklet I found the number to be no longer in service and no forwarding number given. After some research I found the parent company of Flexible Flyer to be the Troxel Corporation in Moscow, Tn. when trying to call them, all calls were directed to mail boxes that were full or persons unavailable.
Finally, I reached a person in human resources who informed me that Troxel had closed Flexible Flyer, and that all merchandise and parts had been auctioned off or disposed of. they informed that there were no parts available and they could not help me. They basically did not care! When reading the instruction booklet supplied, there is a statement that reads "Flexible Flyer will provide replacement parts and warranty the product for 180 days from date of purchase with proof of purchase provided. Replacement parts are also to be available for purchase for up to two years from the manufacture of the product". I took that statement to mean that they should have to supply me with the parts I need to complete the assembly of this swingset. In my mind they are not standing by their product or their written warranty.
This is the reason for my complaint. all I seek is the replacement of the missing parts, or a COMPLETE new unit, and I will send them back the one I Have if they want it.

Missing parts of the "Swing Free" swing set
After purchasing the "Swing Free" (model number 413171) swing set through Flexible Flyer, we were unable to properly assemble due to missing part bag "PLAY 01", leaving our swing set swingless.

I bought A swing set. It is missing All hard ware and the swings . I have Called And called and called. I have also sent emails. Model 46604T Help

Swingset missing numerous parts and tools. Tried go to site shown on instructions for missing parts and site is no longer available.
Missing screws, nuts, Allen wrench, long tool, short ropes for hand trapeze and v shape mounting bracket

Flexible flyer castleton swingset missing swingset chains and hardware to attach chains to swings.
My brother ordered the swingset for Christmas through***. We set it up a few weeks later and upon setting up the swingset we noticed we were missing chains and the hardware that attaches swings to the chains. We have tried calling, leaving voicemails and sending emails to try and get the missing parts. *** is willing to give us a new product replacement but they want us to send the swingset back over chains and some hooks and nuts. I would really just like the missing hardware because we set up the swingset. I don't think I should have to disassemble the swingset to just get another one that could be missing hardware as well.

Attempted to contact company for replacement parts but website isn't functional, 800 number is disconnected. Impossible to contact!!!!
Purchase date may/june 2019. Flexible flyer play park swing set. Serial number *** Part number *** is now broken and needing to be replaced. I am unable to reach the company via email, website, or telephone to buy a replacement part.

Missing parts
My daughters got a flexible flyer swing set as a gift and it is missing slide and all the swing chain covers. I contacted flexible flyer Customer Service At 1888 770 7060 and it says you have entered a non working number, I just want my missing parts ASAP or a refund

I purchased a swing set that has missing parts. The website, email address and phone number provided are all inaccessible.
I purchased a swing set model *** The following parts are missing: 2 foot pedals - part ***, 1 screw - part***. The website, email address and phone number provided to request missing parts do not work. I just want the missing parts mailed to me.

I have tried to call the company phone but it is no longer in service. The customer service email has been bounced back to me as "undeliverable". The company cannot be contacted at all to request a couple of hardware bags needed to finish setting up the swings.

I went to the home improvement stores to try to purchase parts but there are no generic parts available.

Parts missing from original order. Replacement parts sent still missing the hardware. Customer service is now vanished?
Bought flexible flyer swing set for my daughter for Christmas. Went to install many parts were missing. Sent an email to the customer service department at [email protected] never responded but a couple days later received a package of the parts. No hardware included for a swing set bought from *** for 169.00. Called customer service to be told the number was a non working number. Went to the website which was shut down right after Christmas. Still don't have hardware to assemble the swing set.

For christmas I purchased 2 world of fun swings both where missing bag 01 for a total of 6 bags. One was missing both footrest for the airglider. I have tried calling the number provided on box and in theinstuction manual and it is a nonworking number, searched and found*** number call them get no answer, left message no return call stuck with swingsets that I need to dismantel I think not just need the parts. Missing parts from Flexible Flyer Swing Set
We purchased the Flexible Flyer Play Park for our grandchildren for Christmas. When our daughter went to put it together (they live in another state) she discovered there were parts missing! She tried calling the phone number listed in the assembly instructions and was unable to connect. She sent me the information, including parts needed, and I have been trying (for over 2 weeks) to contact someone to resolve this issue. When I call the phone number listed I get a recording that says "you have dialed a non-working number". I have tried emailing but I get "Delivery Status Notification (Failure)" messages every time. Now there is a problem with their website and it will not open. I have left messages with the Troxel Company and have tried calling many times. The phone system just keeps transferring me from one non-functioning line to another!! I finally got a live person and when I began to explain my problem, she just said "hold" and transferred me to a line that just rang and rang and never answered! (Now NO ONE is answering!) How in the world does this company remain in business?!?!?!?!?!? All I want is the missing parts so my grandchildren can enjoy their entire swing set and not just parts of it!

Missing pieces and there's absolutely no customer service to get in touch with.
Hello, I gave my daughter your swing for Christmas and am putting the swing together, I am missing all of the hooks for the bottom of the swings "play01" bag containing:

and one of the swing bearings (p/n: T283021) came without threads. This is causing me to not finish assembly, I would like to get this problem fixed as quick as possible.
Also, I could not find the serial number, the model# is 46607T "world of fun"
The email to customer service returns a mailer daemon and the phone number is disconnected.
