I bought this swing to give to my daughters for christmas. Have been unable to put together the swing because the box was missing bags of bolts and nuts to put it together. Have been trying to call this company for a week and can not get through.I also tried to email the company and it would not go through to the company. My husband and I went and bought more screws and nuts to put it together enough so the girls could play on it.

The model number for the swing set we bought is 46604T

We were missing the Frame bag F, Trapeze bag (play 01), and Air glider assembly bag.

We would like to be able to get the parts to put our swing set together.

Missing several parts to put Swing set together.
Bought "Play Park" swing set model # 46604T through *** on 12/13/19. Order *** Paid $225.00 + tax by credit card. Attempted to call company regarding Missing pieces by phone and through their website but did not get response. Missing the following parts 1- item #5 "V" mounting bracket; 1 bag of sling swing assembly - 7HSUBSLNG; 1 bag of Lawn swing assembly-7HSUB42LE01; 1 bag of Deluxe Trapeze Assembly-7HSUBPLAY01.

We purchased a swingset and as we put it together found it was missing hardware. I attempted to call, email, and fill out forms online and nothing.
My husband and I purchased the Flexible Flyer World of Fun Swingset on December 23, 2019. When we were putting the swingset together we realized they didn't include any hardware to assemble the see saw. I attempted to call them and the number is disconnected. I then attempted to fill out the contact us form online and it failed to send. I finally attempted to send an email with pictures directly to them and it returned as undeliverable.

I am looking to get the hardware to assemble the see saw.

We ordered a flexible flyer swing set and attempted every form of contact with no luck & just want the parts that we paid for that were not in the box
We ordered a flexible flyer swing set model #46604T for our daughters Christmas on 12/10/19 and the parts labeled Play 01 ( B33-(2), W4-(2), and N3-(2) ) for the trapeze And one chain 26B we're not included! We tried the phone number with it saying not a working number and their online contact form will not send and sent an email and it was returned undeliverable!! Hello! How are we supposed to contact with no form of contact left! The serial number is WM46604-080919. This was an online purchase through ***. Please help!

See saw addition for swingset missing assembly nuts and bolts parts bag.
Purchased seesaw addition (model 62054T) for our swingset .When we opened the box the entire assembly bag (part number 7HSUBSSBMDT) was missing. Listed phone number on paperwork is disconnected and customer service email was returned as undeliverable. Contact on website doesnt work. Literally no way to get in touch with this company.

Flexible Flyer Play Park is missing critical parts and came with items not as described and damaged. Customer service via phone/web not working.
I purchased the Flexible Flyer Play Park Model#46604T from *** online on 12/12/19. It came missing critical parts and with items not as described online or in the manual and also damaged in packaging/shipping. I have tried following their instructions for obtaining missing or damaged parts by calling their number on the manual and website several times, but it says it is a "non-working number." I have tried contacting them via their website, but their parts request form will not submit. I have also sent a direct e-mail.

My item was not stamped with a serial number on the item or the manual. But it has one red stamp that says "ed Aug 20 2019." It claims to have a 180 day manufacturer warranty.

I need TWO of each of the following parts, which were missing:
-Deluxe Trapeze Assembly Part T282261 (1/4"-20x1"; Open Eye Bolts (with 1/4" thread only)
-Deluxe Trapeze Assembly Part T282033 (1/4" lock washers)
-Deluxe Trapeze Assembly Part T282229 (1/4" dome nuts)

I need ONE of the following parts, which came in the wrong color (tan when it should have been maroon) and was damaged with white pressure points and gouges in the plastic:
- 7HDPP008070 MRN; 6' Non kd hdpp wave slide

I have reviewed other complaints from *** sites, and I do not want to wait months for my parts. This, along with my inability to contact them via their own directions, has led me to file a complaint in a speedy manner. I would like my 3 year old to be able to fully use her Christmas gift. The overall quality control of this product was horrible--I will live with the other items, but I will note that several parts were scratched by the packaging method.

I would like to have the 7 items noted shipped to me in an expedited fashion.

I purchased a swing set from this company. It arrived missing parts. Their contact number doesn't work, nor does their email. I cannot contact them
Purchase a swing set on 12/12/19 as a Christmas gift for my kids. It arrived missing parts. I called Christmas Day to request the missing parts and was able to speak to a operator who stated they would be in Monday and to call then. I call Monday and the number is no longer a working number. I tried to email, and the email is undeliverable due to the email not existing. I tried contacting ***, as they are the owners of Flexible Flyer and their numbers are also unreachable.

Desired Outcome

I would like a full refund, or the missing parts fulfilled with a partial refund. My kids ONLY got this swing set for Christmas and havnt been able to play with it at all due to the missing parts.

I bought a swing set for my kids this Christmas. When assembling the swing set, we noticed that 2 bags labeled (SLING SWING ASSEMBLY) and 1 bag labeled (PLAY 01) were missing. I attempted to contact the company through multiple avenues. The phone number on the manual and website is not a working number. The email address is not a working email address. The costumer service page on the website will not let me submit a request. I have read reviews online indicating I am not the only person who has this problem. I am unable to get in touch with anybody from this company; yet, they still have an active website in which you can purchase their merchandise.

Desired Outcome

Contact by the Business I expect to be contacted by the business and to have the missing items sent to me in a timely manner. I also expect that the company can provide accurate information for future needs (as it appears that all contact information does not work).

In response to the consumers rebuttal, *** and the company spoke by phone and he was shipped everything that he asked for on 12/19/19. As of 12/20/19 the company went out of business.

I'm missing numerous parts to the swingset I recently ordered. *** will not answer nor respond back to calls, emails nor messages.
I began assembling the Castleton (model 76606T) when I started noticing missing parts. I've emailed and called multiple times and left multiple messages on the customer service line and have yet to have anyone pick up nor return a single call or message.
I am missing Top Bar 1C (39.5"), Top Bar 1D (38.875") and Three (3) hardware bags labeled PLAY 01 (for Swing and Swing Bearing, Shoe Loop Swing and Swing Bearing and Trapeze Bar and Swing Bearing.)
I understand that when operating a business that stocks do many different sorts of hardware and parts mistakes will happen. I completely understand that and I'm not upset about that. But when the customer can't get ahold of a single customer service representative to remedy what is their fault... That's COMPLETELY UNACCEPTABLE.

I just want the missing parts shipped to me immediately or a complete refund immediately.

Our company has already spoken with *** on last week and explained to him that the part that he needed was not available in inventory at this time. I explained to him that when it became available that we can get him one shipped or that he could return his swing to the store for exchange.

I need a replacement part for a swing set. Phone calls and e-mails to *** have gone unanswered.

Broken pieces on equipment, unable to contact anyone for replacement parts.
The ladder rungs to climb the slide on my playground equipment broke. I have attempted to reach out to someone via both email, and telephone/voicemail. I received one email well over a month ago that I replied to and has gone unanswered. In the meantime, my slide is missing a rung and my two-year-old is going to break a limb trying to use his playground equipment that I am unable to fix due to terrible communication practices by this company.

Desired Outcome

I would like the rungs to the slide. I understand that I have to purchase them and I have no trouble doing so but I need someone to actually reach out to me for this to even be possible.

I was short parts on my Flexible flyer see saw
I received on Swing set on-line. I proceeded to put it together took around 3 hrs. The see saw was the last project to finish. When I went to get the parts pack I noticed they had sent me two A-frame assembly kits and no see-saw kit part# 7HSUBSSBMDT...serial number # WM42565-080317...saws all over the manual don't return to the store just either email them or call, also you can visit their website and they have an order form. So I have now placed 3 website orders, called two times and set one email. they say they will get back to you a few days. It has been 4 weeks.
