I loved my ***, I did everything for my home business on my ***, until I was muggedI found flex shopper which has helped me get a new computer to continue my business while offering affordable payment methodsI would recommend for any one who can manage a weekly payment to check out flex shopper to help gain access to wanted items that are out of financial reach

Great Experience

I've used Flexshopper for a year nowThe only issue I had was a withdrawal taken the same day the last item arrivedIt was a minor setbackBut ...the customer service rep Jasmine Johnson took care of the refund, without hesitation, and confirmed my delivery date of the last itemThis was done so I did not have to make a double payment in the same weekAgain this was minor, but Flexshoppers rep handled this with an excellent understanding demeanorI do believe this was the third time I've ever spoken with themThe two other times I was inquiring about items through the shopper and a payoff amount All have been handled professionally by Flexshopper Thank you MsJasmine J.!!

I needed my limit increased and my representative was able to assist me quickly and was so compassionate about my request! Great serviceThis is the 4th item I have bought from them

Alright folks listen up- learn from my mistake!!! The actual concept of Flexshopper is great however be sure to read the small print or call customer service if you don't understand your contact or this could really cost you FIRST and foremost---PAY YOUR BALANCE BEFORE THE DAYS ARE UP!!!!! USING THE EARLY PAYOUT OPTION THAT YOU MUST CALL AHEAD AND LET THEM KNOW,,DON'T **ST PAY IT IT WON'T automatically pay it off!! As you will also,pay a $ fee for ownership [redacted] The policy is days same as cash priceSo if you purchase a item For days it's a $*item on the 91st day you are now contracted into a week lease and will pay more than triple the original purchase price if you decide you want to own the item!! SECOND-these are WEEKLY PAYMENTS DIRECTLY OUT OF YOUR BANK ACCOUNT DEBIT OR CREDIT CARD IF YOU MISS A PAYMENT (nsf) THEY WILL TRY TO RE DEDUCT UP TO TIMES THERBY CAUSING YOU NSF FEES FROM YOUR BANKIN ADDITION AT ANY TIME THEY WILL START TRYING TO DEDUCT DIFFERENT SUMS OF MONEY FROM YOUR ACCOUNT SOMETIMES or a day!!! When contacted about this they claim it is in the contract however, I could never find that and in the course of one day they managed to charge $- $ 81- $ - all just random amounts- After much fighting I did get them to return the random drawn funds but it was a fight I will say that if you contact customer service they will work with you As one rep told me they are not in the REPO BUSINESS so as long as you keep your words they will work with you on the payments You have no idea how costly this can get especially if you are not used to a weekly auto deductionAs an example how this can blow up in your face You buy an item for $ 500--weekly payment to lease this item during the day period is a d$a week or $a month IF YOU DO NOT OPT FOR THE EARLY PAYMENT OPTION you will now pay $plus the $or $for that same itemSo BEWARE OF WHAT YOU ARE GETTING INTO IF YOU ARE WANTING TO ACTUALLY OWN YOUR ITEMS...WITH THAT SAIDOn the PRO SIDE-- there isn't anything you can't get up to your credit limitIf it's not on the site, you press the my personal shopper buttonTell them the items that you want as an exampleI wanted a Visio inch smart TV shopped around internet found best price to be a Best BuyWrote the personal shopper gave her the make model and Best Buy's SKU NUMBER AND it was done! Delivered to my door within days ..so if it's not on their site and its within your credit line you can basically shop anywhere- sometimes they even find the exact item even cheaper for youSo in this respect they are unique as in you are not limited to just their supply of merchandise, They also state if something is defective they will repair or replaceNever went down that road but it is available, Another important thing to remember is terms -prices- payments vary from state to state and they do NOT REPORT to major credit bureaus if you are hoping to improve your credit score My biggest advise is be aware of what you are actually signing up for and be sure to use the customer support team as often as you needQuite honestly if you get someone who won't work with you, insist on someone elseIf it gets nasty for any reason- don't lie or try to just postpone them for a while- approach with the truth- this is what happened my situation has changed and stand your groundsThey will work with youThey really do not want to repo your itemsI will say items received were all New in Original packing and perfect working orderAlso just as a final,note- remember you have a designated spending limit,which means you can purchase multiple items at any time but also remember everything I wrote above about the payments and how this all works Best Customer Service Rep was [redacted] - they have an automated directory by name to get his extension

My experience with Flexshopper was terribleI ordered a King size bed in early-mid August with an estimated delivery date of Aug 26th-Sept 1stI was to receive a call a week prior to delivery to schedule a date and timeOnce Sept 1st had passed [redacted] called customer service and was told they'd suspend the 1st payment until delivery and that they couldn't control delivery as they buy it from an affiliate and have it delivered to me, which I understand and already knewThey said they'd turn it over to another department who were to look into it and call me back, I never recieved that callI called again mid Septand basically had the same conversation and again never received a call backToday, September 23rd I received a call from a delivery company who said they were mins away! Luckily I was home, so he brought a bedNot the correct bedNot a bed with all the piecesA bed that was damaged and a month lateI apologized to the delivery guy for wasting his time and sent him on his way with the bedI called customer service again and was told it wouldnt be cancelled until the return was confirmed AND that FlexShopper had alresdy been taking money from my checking account for the last THREE weeks when they clearly stated it wouldnt be debited until delievryI asked for a supervisor who gave me a refund of the three payments and cancelled the entire orderNot one aspect of the experience was positive

I was denied back in August, mostly because of a bank error that just happened to occur right before I applied.I waited the days which is a little too long to have to wait to apply againSo I applied again last night and was denied again, this time because my name and number was in the system already from the last time I appliedI received an email to contact Flex Shopper to submit more documentsWhen I called a women answered the phone and didn't even want to hear why I was callingJust kept telling me I have to wait the days againI kept telling her that I was told in the email to contact this number, but that did not matterI hung up the phone upset and frustrated and almost said forget itI decided to call again, and this time was greeted politely [redacted] let me explain my situation, explained to me why the email told me to call and also why I would have to wait againThen she told me to hold on while she investigated the matter [redacted] got back on the phone and told me she corrected the problem, which was my name and number already listed in their systemShe removed my old info which gave me a fresh startShe explained I still would have to apply again and couldn't guarantee anything, but I hung up the phone satisfied and made me want to try and do business with Flex Shopper, rather than just forgetting about itShawna was an incredible help, and is the reason I will apply againThank you [redacted]

I think this is an incredible site so many name brand items and customer service is great thanks Bree H for all your help it was greatly appreciated

A couple years ago I stumbled upon flexshopperI thought it was something like Rent-A-CenterBut after experiencing a greater selection of products thru their partners and a reasonable payment solution including an early payoff I was surprised as well as impressed I'm working on my 4th pay off and I will continue to use them in the future
