I contacted Flexshopper, LLCby phone regarding the manner in which the dates of my billing There was no hold time my call was answered quicklyDue to an hardship I needed to make arrangement to be billed on a different dateI had the pleasure of speaking to Hervory Jin customer serviceShe was very sympathetic to my needMsJules said to me that the satisfaction of their customers was their Nopriority She quickly assist me and guaranteed that my request would not be problemIt was resolved expeditiously and she follow up with a confirmation email MsJreally put my mind at ease and it took no time at allI can now breath easy thanks to Hervory J

Terrible company They had trouble processing my first payment (there was plenty of money in the account) and so between 8:a.mand 8:a.mthey sent me seven text messages and six emails (which are hard to respond to when you are driving) When I got into the office I called them right away to provide the right credit card number and the payment was processed immediately My lease limit was taken away and I was told by the representative that she was going to restore that (she offered, I did not ask) My limit was never restored So if you like to be harassed and lied to, this is the company for you

Flexshopper is just a bunch of miss leading advertising, I had applied in june of as I was approved it said for a $2,spending limit, did;nt see anything I needed at that time went back to purchase a item and now I have to reapply so I did now they say i'm not approved anymore i'm not sure why I would'nt have the same account as I had in June the same information and banking info but now they say I have to wait and apply in days .!!!!!!! Maybe they should'nt say nobody is turned down, I see alot with the same issue

The company flexshopper is a [redacted] site, and if you have bad credit don't even waste your timeNo matter what they say you will be DENIED

There was originally some sort of mixup between FlexShopper and Adorama, where I was purchasing my lenses, which resulted in my making payments but not having received my productsI called FlexShopper to check in on my order, and Bree was so helpfulShe helped cancel out the order on their end so that I could place it again with the camera shopI was also credited back all of the money that I had paid prior to my phone callIt was fast and easy and she was so helpful!
