A refund has been processed for the membership. I could not locate any notes that the member contacted customer service to change sites for change of location. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to reflect on the account.

Mr[redacted] ** has already been refunded in the amount of $59.94 from WTS on February 23, 2016, and a total of $14.97 fro Epoch on the same date. He has been refunded for the cost of the memberships.
There is nothing more for him to refunded.

I do appreciate the company refunding my money from one of their online processors. Their other online processor has been billing me as well and would like that money refunded as well. WTSETICKET has been billing me twice for the same account in addition to EPOCH.

The member has been refunded for both the membership of $69.90 mentioned here, as well as tokens purchased for $19.98 back in March 2014. Thank you.

Because the member was unhappy with his membership, we have refunded him for all money paid for his membership.

And when I called I was told you don't give refunds. So I was left with no choice but to contact the Revdex.com. I Even told you I would and still got the run around.

We have removed the phone number provided by the customer from our system.  Note however the phone number WAS confirmed by entering into our website a 4 digit PIN number we sent first.  Therefore clearly either the customer is confused or does not have control over his/her telephone and...

someone else was able to obtain physical access to the telephone to get the 4 digit pin we sent via SMS.  We never allow additional SMS's from members to be sent to another member unless the customer adds their phone number, enables the service, AND confirms their phone number with the 4 digit PIN FIRST.  Further, all our SMS's contact instructions to simply respond STOP to disable service.  A lot easier and faster way to get the messages stopped than filing a Revdex.com complaint.

Site is a fake, waste of money, nothing is real.

Customer's assertion of "made me a member without my consent and charged me more money" is technically impossible.  The trial membership this customer purchased lasts for 3 days and then automatically renews to the full monthly rate.  We do offer customers the ability to upgrade...

immediately as seen here: [redacted] .  However when the customer clicks that button they are taken to our 3rd party payment processor where they must enter the [redacted] number from their credit card to confirm the transaction as seen here:  [redacted] .  We utilize 3rd party payment processors so we NEVER have any of the customer's credit card information. Therefore it is quite impossible for us to "upgrade" the member for them.  Only this customer or someone he allowed access to his account AND his credit card could have done this upgrade.Customer did contact our 3rd party payment processor on 7/3 and request cancellation which was done. Customer never contacted our support at [redacted] which is linked to from every page of our site.  We strive to keep every customer happy so we'll process a full refund for the customer.   This will take a bit longer than usual as we have to manually request the 3rd party processor to issue the refund since the initial transaction was seven months ago.

The membership was already cancelled. The member has been refunded $49.91 per his request. Please allow 5-7 business days for the credit to show up on the account, depending on the bank.

We have no record of any customer related to the supplied email address.  Should this individual want to contact our support directly he or she may do so at [redacted].[redacted].[redacted] for 24/7/365 live support.

We have no record of any account (free or paid) with email address of [email protected].  If this customer would like to get a refund he will need to email [email protected] with the email address he used to sign up to our site.  Alternatively, if he did purchase a membership he...

will have gotten an email from our 3rd party processor with his account purchase details.  He can contact the processor directly and they can look him up by his credit card number.
