Ordered my flooring online when it arrived one box was damaged and one box was the wrong material. Contacted the company but still not resolved
I received damaged flooring when it was delivered. Then one box was the wrong material. I have contacted the company several times and keep getting lied too about sending out the new flooring. This has been going on since June. I have sent in pictures of all wrong and damaged material immediately when my flooring arrived.
Better customer service.
The company called and I finally received my flooring
On 12/21/19 I purchased:

The item #XXX XXXXXX XXXX TM 72 MD was not in stock and was told that the item needed to ordered and shipped to the store. I paid for the Standard Freight Charge ($20.00: 01 #XXX XXXXXX).
Late January I called and spoke with Matthew in Delivery to ask about the #XXX XXXXXX XXXX TM 72 MD item. He stated that he would look into it and get back with me. On 01/24/20 he texted me a photo of a fork lift with a 20+ boxes of flooring and said that this photo confirms that I was provided the item on my check out. I sent him a photo of my receipt informing him that the order (photo) he provided me was not my order as it was MUCH larger (in quantity) that what I purchased and rolled out to my truck on 12/21/19. He told me that Sandra (manager) would be in touch with me. On 01/27/20 he said they were looking to get my molding from another store and they would be in touch.
Two weeks go by and I call back. I speak with Shane (another manager) and he said he'll look into it and give me a call back. Still have not heard back from Shane.
I called again on 02/28/20 and spoke with Shane, he remembered me. He said he would get back with me later that day because it was super busy with some type of commercial filming going on at the store. No return call.
I called again on 03/02/20 at 8 am and asked for the manager. The employee came back on the phone saying that the manage was too busy and would get back to me.
No return call.

Delivery I want delivery of the item #100 513670 7466 TM 72 MD that I paid for and paid for the shipping delivered to MY HOME, not the store.

It may take up to 90 days for items to be delivered.
According to our records, the order from December 21st and his recent order made on March 2nd have been completed on March 8th.

The item was ordered and the store manager called to let me know it had arrived. Issue resolved, thank you.
