Florida ADA Pool Lifts

The pool lift was paid for on 11/15/17 and the check was cashed on 11/22/18 and still no pool lift has been delivered or installed.
Pool lift has yet to be delivered or installed. After several attempts to contact salesman Robert L. he has yet to respond to email, phone calls, and or letters.

We paid $13,192 for two ADA Pool Lifts 8/1/2017 and it is not yet installed nor will the they return our call to get the product or our money back.
On July 20, 2017 Robert Littke presented to us an invoice for 2 lifts for a total amount of $13,192.00 (Invoice # *** & XXXX-X). Both invoices included an ADA Pool Lift, a Pool Lift Cover and shipping. We paid Mr. Littke with check # XXXXXX, 8/1/2017. Mr. Littke cashed the check. As of today, 1/24/2018 the lifts are not installed. We have reached out to Mr. Littke on multiple occasions and he will not return our calls. We know he is still conducting business in the state of Florida.
