Our tech came to unlock a door that was locked because of a broken lockHe was able to unlock the door and the customer asked him to replace the locktech told him that he don't have that lock and will order him a new one customer agreed and ask the tech to wait for next week because he will be out on vacation and will call him back when he will be back in townTech agreed and order the new lock! after days the customer called in and aced for the service and tech came again and replace the lockGave him a new service invoice with all prices that approved by the customer! if you have any more question and or would like a copy of the service invoice please let me know Thank you

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:? I feel that the business operated with a "bait and switch" type of procedure? We were quoted $for the work that was done.? It was understood that additional labor and tools may incur additional charges, but I specifically told the tech to try and unlock the door for the $and $fee that was quoted? and to talk to me before doing anything else that required additional charges.? No additional tools or labor were required.? No drilling.? No damage to the lock or door.? No lock replacement? I and another person were there the entire time? I did not sign anything prior to the work being done.? I did not ever sign a credit card slip as Tyler indicates because I reluctantly paid $in cash.? The service slip which I have is marked paid and when I was told that I had to sign the service slip, after the work was done, I also signed "quoted $30" on the slip, and told Gio the tech that if he did not honor the quote we were given, I would be following up with the Revdex.com.? There was also an additional person there who heard the entire conversation.? Regards, [redacted] ?

I am rejecting this response because:the amount quoted to the customer of $service fee and $to unlock doorknob without drilling etc was not honored. The service slip was signed with a note under the signature indicating that the quote was $and after the tech refused to lower the price any further and threatened to relock the door and leave if the $was not paid. It was not signed in advance. Ethically, a $refund is due to the customer. For the record, the only "tools" that were used were something to pick the lock and two inflatables that were put in the door jam. The customer was told that a $price could be incurred if drilling etc were necessary. I specifically said to try to pick the lock first before doing anything more that would incur additional charges. Nothing more was done.

I am rejecting this response because: The majority of their response is a complete fabrication of events! We did not ask the Tech to wait for us to call. We were not going away for vacation. The Tech said he would call us as soon as the "ordered" lock came inWhen I called days later he said he would be out that day then called back to say it would be the following day. We expressed concern with the price quoted but he stated this was a very difficult lock to locate and justified the high cost. We thought it very strange that he brought two locks, one gold and one silver, when our original lock was silver and the cost was allegedly so high. Mr*** also fails to respond to the damage created by his Tech and the fact that the lock is still not securely fastened. I have been very patiently waiting for them to repair the door and secure the lock but my patience is wearing thin. If necessary I will pursue legal recourse

All our calls are recorded and we never told that the cost will be and ! We did say it's $trip charge plus labor and tools that's start at $and up depending on the type of the lock and only tech will give her the total priceTech came to the location and gave the total price and explained the breakdown, customer agree and signed the invoice and tech start to unlock the door.g after he unlock it, customer complain on the price and also called the office to check our prices and to complain on the priceThe manger asked the tech to give her a discount of $39.00.we also asked her that if she stil don't Agree on that price, tech will lock the door back and leave the house with no charges and she can try unlock it by herself or she can call another company.customer agree to pay the and sign again for the credit card approval !
