We took delivery of the table (a bedroom set & sectional too) on Saturday, September 16th The table has leafs, there are multiple configurations, we kept it as a circle until December 3rd On December 3rd we made it an oval, later in the day as I walked past it, there was a rough edge that snagged my shirt It pulled back the veneer on side, I was able to push it down, turn the table degrees & open the opposite leaf The edge was rough to the touch Later in the day my husband walks by & the table edge snagged his clothing as well & completely removed the veneer & we could not find the piece Both spots are the size of a fingernail The other side/edges are smooth to the touch Monday, Dec4th I called Furniture Row on Monday, December 4th & spoke to Danielle, she took my invoice number, gave me her cell# (asked for pictures) & said Matthew would call me back I texted Danielle pictures, my name & home number(Monday, Dec

I purchased a sofa and love seat in January for my mother and by February the love seat was not supporting people properly Once my mother informed me I contacted the local Furniture Row and they would not offer any assistance I was directed to contact the corporate office in Denver I spoke to a gentleman named Mathew in Denver and he agreed to have a technician inspect the furniture The technician was very dismissive of the issue and made inappropriate comments; such as, caused by your fat husband and then lectured my mother on the proper way to sit on the furniture I felt this was very condescending He said he would order some new cushions for the love seat That was three weeks ago and we have heard nothing from Furniture Row Since his visit the springs are starting to come through the bottom of the love seat Clearly the love seat is defective and needs to be replaced or the money refunded Furniture is expected to last for many years, not one year

I filed a claim with the warranty of a bed I purchased and the claim was denied, however when we purchased the extended warranty, we were told everything was covered no questions asked

I have repeatedly called Furniture Row in my city, *** ***, to ask to be removed from their mailing list I still receive mail after many months and repeated requests for it to stop The most recent was from The Design Studio at Furniture Row I DO NOT WANT THIS MAIL Remove me immediately from the mailing list

After much research, we show no documentation that we ever filed an eviction on *** *** We have no records of ever turning her over to collections eitherI even checked with the new owners of the community she previously resided and there are no records of a judgement ever being
filed against herIf you could please tell us who it says is reporting her to the credit bureaus we will do what we can to assist with having it removed from the credit reportAlso she can contact the credit bureau and dispute it.

On 03/29/I went to Oak Express (OE) to purchase four bar stools for for my home I purchased the bar stools and drove around back to pick the furniture up I had to wait for a short time as the OE staff had to assemble some of the stools It wasn't until I arrived home that I noticed that the stools were not the same I had one bar stool which was correct while the other three were shorter and not put together well at all
