I have contacted regional manager along with local store employeesI bought a living room set which it is defectiveThis is not the first I buy from this companyLiving set is a sectional living setI purchased pieces that are attached through screws, the first month of owning this set it unscrew itself by minimal movements causing the attachments placed to fallThe local employee(***) spoke to the manager, and asked my husband to take the set to the local store for repairsThe fabric was now torned due to the attachements placed where the screws wereWe then picked the items and by the second day, again the same problemThe techs only replaced the damage with other type of screws (not the originals), and the same issue happened, the set was all apartI called again the local employee (***) which then directed me to the regional managerThe regional manager so kindly offered to replace the screws and send a tech over to my residence and repair the set at no extra ch
Store associate sold me a warrenty which he said covered any damage for five yearsHe said even if your dog chews it is coveredMy seats frayed on my table chairs and the outside company denied the claim This salesman untruthful and deliberty decived me into paying more for a inferior warrenty
we bought a dining room set from the store in corpus tx and asked that they call us soon as it comes in so we can schueled a delivery soon as possible so I called the store today and they said it was in but can't deliever till Tuesday I asked why they didn't call as soon as it came in he said he didn't know and acted like he didn't care and he was our salesman if that's how ya treat your customers this will be our last time buying there
We have researched Ms***'s records/file with our collection agencies and with two employees from *** at *** ***eWe did search using the correct spelling of her nameAnd according to all the records we searched there is no documentation that she was turned over to collection or an eviction was filed while Flournoy Properties owned and managed *** at *** ***e now *** at *** ***e*** and *** from *** at *** ***e assured me that thoroughly examined her file from the time she moved in until she moved outThey stated she always paid her rent on timePlease verify what company is reporting the negative information to the credit bureau and let us knowIf it is Flournoy Properties we will do what we can to have it removed but we need to know who exactly is reporting it since we show no records from us.

purchased a dining room set and sales person said if I find on sell cheaper they would give double off and I found it cheaper at Wilcox furniture for $less went back and showed the sales person picture and sale price but he refused to give me discount said it wasn't same set but it is don't want to do business with them anymore if that's how they treat returning customers
