recently logged on to the company's website and it said under my account that "refund has been applied". This was less than 48 hours after you received my complaint and contacted them. However, 1) I have yet to see that refund posted to the card they have on file from the purchase. and 2) They only applied refund for one dress. The one dress that was delivered if of no use to me as they were to be flower girl dresses. I feel I am entitled to a full refund for both dresses.    Have you heard from the company?    Thank you,

Review: On July 31,2013, I ordered 2 each of Organze Tea Length Girls Fuchsia Party dresses from [redacted].com. I paid a total of $113.48, Which was taken out of my Bank account on August 2, 2013. Emailed several times to the company in regards to my order #[redacted]. I have not received no replies from the company in regards to this order and no confirmation number. It is now 23rd of September and still no dresses and no replies from the company.Desired Settlement: I want my $113.48 back

Review: Ordered a dress on May 9th, supposedly shipped on June 5th via UPS 2 day air but has not arrived by June 24th, no tracking number provided. Business does not at all respond to multiple contacts attempts by phone and online email system. Online chat system seems to be permanently offline (error message). Dress was for a wedding on June 30th and we specially paid for expedited shipping and ordered it very early.

Review: I ordered a dress from this website and my credit was promptly charged. It's been almost 2 weeks and the order still states that it's "processing." No tracking number or further communication has been established. I've tried 4 phone numbers for the site. 1. Answering machine only. 2. Skype number???? 3. Fax 4. Person answered and told me the company closed. When I stated that I had just sent them money he back peddled and said that maybe they had just changed their number. I've email 3 times with no response. At first I was just looking for a tracking number. Review: I placed my order over a month ago have not received anyhting. I can never speak to anyone its always an answering machine, I have left messages and sent e-mail's with no response. Allso you need a tracking number for the order wich I have not yet received. I just want to know when I am going to receive my order?

Consumer indicated they have heard from the company, but the issue has not been resolved. Comments follow below:

I have emailed them on 6/21 7/2 and 7/3 all checked postal office they still have no info on the tracking number they gave me. They emailed me on 7/3 that they would check with the postal office and reship the order? It's like Iam just getting the run around.

Review: My daughter ordered two dresses, one size 8 the other a 10. They came but both were size 8. There was a 7 day return policy, but she was out of town.

By the time she opened the package, it was past the 7 day return policy. She has tried calling with no answer, she has e-mailed a number of times with no response. She needs the dress by August 15th - the first order took about 3 weeks. Desired Settlement: Since the error was done on their part, I would like the dress replaced with the size 10, and shipping paid for (both for shipping the size 8 back, and shipping the size 10 to us.) I would also like the size 10 dress shipped via next day deliver as the wedding date is August 15th and the first order took approximately three weeks.

Review: I placed an order for 2 flower girl dresses with this company on March 20, 2013. The website stated that it would ship in 1-2 business days. Once 2 weeks approached and I still had not received the dresses. I went back to their website to track the order. At this time, I also noticed they did not have a phone number anywhere on their site to contact them...you can only reach them by email. On their website, I logged into my account to find that the order said "processing." To date, it still says "processing." I have continually contacted this company by email to find out the status. All of my emails get an automated response stating that they received my message and will get back to me. Some of my emails actually get a reply and others are completely ignored. After 5+ emails back and forth I have yet to receive a status on my order. There last message to me said "do I want to cancel my order." At this point, I said yes, so I can find other dresses for the upcoming wedding. This was on April 23, 2013. I have yet to receive a refund of my order or the product in the mail.

Review: I made an online purchase for a dress on 1/17/14 and was charged $78.49 for the dress and the shipping. After a week of no update on my shipment I contacted them via email and was told that my order was to ship directly from the manufacturer and they would update me with a tracking number after contacting them. After another week no update I contacted them again telling them I had no received a tracking number and again go the response that my message was received and they would contact them right away. After another week I emailed them and requested a refund and have not gotten a return email. Review: I ordered a dress from this website, they delivered it. They give you 7 days to return it. However, I emailed them because I had questions around the size and obtaining another dress as an exchange, and was assured that they would help me find another dress and I could wait. I did not hear back so knowing I had 7 days only, I called and tried the online chat to let these folks know that I wanted to find a different dress, I never got a response. By now 7 days had passed, so I sent the dress back with a note letting them know what had happened. The dress had never been worn and the tags were still on it. I have the receipt of delivery and yet they claim they never got the dress, to my credit card company that also investigated the charge, to no avail. I ordered a second dress and sent it back. They never acknowledged getting the dress and did not respond to my email about it, with the exception of an automated e-mail. So I am left with a 70+ dollar charge. When I visited their [redacted] page it seems other people have been taken by them as well and not had their money returned. The items are very affordable so most people might right it off, but I wanted to make you aware of their practices and that their customer service is non responsive, almost non existent and they are taking peoples money with their 7 day clause and practices of telling you a dress might be in and they will help you and extending the time in which they don't respond, have your merchandise and do not refund you.Please take note of this business as the parent company it is registered under is [redacted]Desired Settlement: I would like a refund, but more importantly I would like this companies business practices looked into and stopped.

Review: I have returned the dress as requested per their return policy due to the dress not fitting properly. I have made several calls and sent emails to find out when I will receive my refund. Review: I have tryed to contact Flower Girl Princess about a refund that I am due. when you call youi get a recording to leave a messge or try their online chat, the online chat is not working, when you send an email they send a automatic reply that says they will get with you in 48 hours which they never do.Refererence to order number XXXXX It is bad enought that they charge you a stocking fee for refunds and then you can not contact them to get an up date. the dresses were returned in February

Once I told them that I was filing a complaint they refunded me my money, I still want consumers to know the issues that I had with them, I saw a complaint about the same thing before I ordered but thought it may be just one case but it's not.

Review: Took plastic off dress there were multiple stains on back of dress. Immediately took pictures of stains, left 2 detailed phone & live chat messages.

Invoice [redacted]. Received package around 4:45pm est. Friday, March 15. Immediately opened box and when I removed the plastic from the dress there are 5 stains (light brown color--maybe oil of some type?) on the lower left side on the back of the dress. Immediately took pictures of the stains, around 5:15pm est. called number on website (called number on the invoice sheet included with dress--wrong number), left detailed phone & live chat messages (once at 5:15pm Friday, March 15 & on Monday, March 18 around 10:00am est.). Their invoice states in bold: "if you feel your item is damaged or defective, contact us within 24 hours. We will replace your order." I did this immediately and have received no response to any of the 2 phone messages and 2 live chat messages. I paid by visa debit card $68.49. The dress cost new $54.99 and shipping was $13.50. I expect an undamaged replacement by this Friday, March 22 for my daughter's [redacted] or I expect a full refund. I have learned my lesson the hard way and will shop local in the future.Desired Settlement: I follwed what was stated on their invoice sheet so I expect a replacement by this Friday, March 22, 2013 in time for my daughter's [redacted]. Their website states this would be done for free since I contacted them within 24 hours of receiving the delivery. If this does not happen in this timely manner, I expect a full refund.
