Review: On 08/02 I placed an order for a white and yellow flower petal flowergirl dress. I emailed this company on 8/13 asking for a status. On 8/18 I sent another email stating that I would like a full refund since on their website it is still showing as pending. I included in my email that I needed the dress by 8/23. I have now ordered a new dress for my daughter who will be in a wedding. I just want this aweful company to return my money. This is not a reliable company whatsoever. They were really quick to charge my credit card but no responses to emails and leaves orders pending for weeks. This company is disgraceful.

Review: Could not return or exchange my product or get a hold of anyone. I left 5 voicemails 5 emails and no call backs or email returns.

I ordered dress in size 8 in January 2013, did not receive product until mid-late March 2013 (Order No. XXXXX) and it was the wrong size. Tried to log into my account online but could not. Tried retrieving password, but when I received the email with my password it was blank. I created another account with a different email address to make sure I could log in, ordered the correct size 6 and logged into my account to see if I could return that product and send back the size 8 instead (Order No. XXXXX. You cannot return anything without a RMA number. I got the RMA number but you need 2 confirmation emails to return the item, I received no confirmation emails. I then emailed them to let them know I would be sending the product back without confirmation emails if I did not receive any confirmation emails within the 7 day return period they give you. I am sending back the product expecting no refund. If they ever get back to me I will let you know.Desired Settlement: I am asking for a full refund plus shipping. $39.99 for the dress and $13.50 for shipping, making it a total of $53.49.

Review: I ordered a flower girl dress over two months ago. I paid for the dress and then I never received the dress. The money was taken out of my account, but I do not have the dress for the wedding. I still have the invoice and receipt, but I do not have a dress. I have contacted Flower Girl Princess SEVERAL times through phone and email. I cannot get a response from anyone. The phone goes straight to voicemail, and no one ever calls back. The email sends a generic response, but will not address my issue. They basically stole my money, and now I have to purchase another flower girl dress a week before my wedding.
