The purpose of this correspondence is to resolve the above-referenced complaint. I appreciate the opportunity to provide assistance on behalf of FMA Alliance, Ltd. (“FMA”). I have investigated the matter and would like to share my findings below.   First, please allow me to address what I believe may be an initial misunderstanding regarding FMA’s communication with Mr. [redacted]. FMA did contact Mr. [redacted] on behalf of [redacted].  However, [redacted] recently purchased a loan previously owned by [redacted], LLC. [redacted] is the current owner of the loan and [redacted] is the current servicer.  After reviewing our records, Mr. [redacted] stated the balance of his loan with [redacted] is close to $8,000 dollars and that he had been making current payments on the loan through October of 2017.  Our records for the [redacted] loan for which we attempted to contact Mr. [redacted] show a much higher balance and do not reflect that any recent payments have been made. This leads me to believe Mr. [redacted] may have an additional loan either owned or serviced by [redacted]. We do apologize for the misunderstanding. We have forwarded Mr. [redacted] concerns to the creditor for their review.  Per Mr. [redacted]’s request, FMA has closed its file and returned the account to the servicer. I can confirm FMA will no longer be contacting Mr. [redacted] regarding this matter.   FMA sincerely regrets any inconvenience Mr. [redacted] may have experienced. I sincerely hope this response resolves Mr. [redacted]’s concerns.  If Mr. [redacted] has any additional questions regarding this matter, please have him contact me at 1-800-955-5598.     Kind regards,     Michael [redacted] General Counsel

The purpose of this correspondence is to resolve the above-referenced complaint. I appreciate the opportunity to provide assistance on behalf of FMA Alliance, Ltd. (“FMA”). I have investigated the matter and would like to share our results.   Pursuant to a thorough review of FMA’s records, FMA did attempt to contact Mr. [redacted] at the telephone number he has listed ending in 3709.  However, none of our attempts were answered and therefore FMA never received notice to cease telephone calls to Mr. [redacted], nor did we receive notification that Mr. [redacted] wished to communicate via mail only.  Further, our records show we did send written communication to the same address listed on Mr. [redacted]’s complaint on June 5th, 2017.  Per Mr. [redacted]’s request, I can confirm the telephone number ending in [redacted] has been added to our internal Do Not Call ("DNC") list, and that Mr. [redacted] will not receive any further telephone communications from FMA and any further communications will be made by mail only.   FMA regrets any inconvenience Mr. [redacted] may have experienced and sincerely hopes this response resolves Mr. [redacted]’s concerns.  If you have any additional questions regarding this matter, please contact me at 1-800-955-5598.     Kind regards,     Michael K[redacted] General Counsel
