internal Do Not Call (“DNC”) list. Pursuant to Ms. [redacted]’s desired resolution, she will not receive any additional phone calls from FMA. Additionally, FMA is reviewing any phone connectivity issues she may have experienced, and apologizes for any difficulties regarding same.
