Our terms do state that if the customer wishes to discontinue with either product that they contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial period. This merchandise shipped on 112016. Tracking that is provided by The [redacted] shows that the package was delivered on 122016 We did receive a cancellation request via phone on 122016, after the customer had been billed for the end of trial. At this point the customer was return instructions to send the package back for a refund We have gone ahead and refunded the customer in full for the amount of $189.90 (2 refunds for $99.95 & $89.95) We do hope that this credit does satisfy this complaint and please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with.

though I contacted them august ***. I spoke to a lady named magan on the ***. She said it would take business days and to call back next week. I have explained that I was told on the *** of august it would take to business days and they just keep delaying the refund. I have also told them that the debit card they charged the merchandise on was cancelled and they would have to refund the money by check. I will remind them again. I hope you can help me because I feel like I will not get my money back
