We appreciate the opportunity to address this matter, as
customer satisfaction is our main priority.
We do show that the customer placed an order for Beauty Wrinkle Cream and
Beauty Wrinkle Reducer on 11/**/2016 for our risk free 14-day trial...

period. Please
note that we also allow time for shipping and receipt. All customers are required to check a box prior to order
submission indicating that they have read, understand and agree to the Terms
and Conditions of the trial offer. Our terms do state
that if the customer wishes to discontinue with either product that they
contact us either via email or phone to cancel within their trial period.  This merchandise shipped on 11/**/2016.
Tracking that is provided by The [redacted] shows that the
package was delivered on 12/**/2016
We did receive a cancellation request via phone on 12/**/2016,
after the customer had been billed for the end of trial. At this point the customer
was return instructions to send the package back for a refund
We have gone ahead and refunded the customer in full for the
amount of $189.90 (2 refunds for $99.95 & $89.95)
We do hope that this credit does satisfy this complaint and
please let us know if there is anything further that we can assist with.
