I am rejecting this response because: after days of promises that my VISA credit would be recorded, I have not yet seen the creditI have spoken to VISA at least three times (as well as a VISA bank supervisor) and the credit has not been receivedI have had nothing but calls from Miracle Ear with a number of excuses for stalling purposesMy initial return for credit was May 5, and my charge credit has not been receivedI find this totally unacceptable

Ergo, although the issue is not resolved, it comes down to he said, she said...so I will not be doing business with them now or in the future
The ad stated that the offer was only good for Black Friday, but when I called, they had no appointments available - even though I had been in there previously to inquireNot being available for a "one day sale" is disrespectful of the geriatric community in which they are doing business

I am rejecting this response because: I have received an offer from the franchisee to meet with him to discuss the problem. The problem is not his problem or my problem. The problem is that Miracle Ear devices are not reliable. I have had to replace at least four devices at minimum; I have lost count. For the money these devices have an unacceptable failure rate. The devices fit so poorly that I have lost them while working out in the yard. This is not at all what I expected for the amount of money that I contracted to pay.
