NO WONDER THESE PEOPLE ARE NOT ACCREDITED WITH Revdex.com!! They randomly sent a vague email and texted my phone about "positions" they have open. I told them to be specific and let me know the name of the position and to be advised that I'm not in the market for a commission job. They texted me the next day at 7a with a smart text saying "oh we have salary and commission positions but I'll take you out of the running anyway".... rude and ignorant and whoever it was went back and forth with me about texting at 7a on a Saturday! Totally unprofessional and I'm sure they make NO MONEY !

I'm so sorry to hear you've had a terrible experience with someone from our hiring team. I took a look through our message log and I did see you applied with us through LinkedIn and were ultimately not a match for what we are looking for in our candidates.
Our first initial contact was on 12/27/19 to which you responded to our response to your own job application with "Not interested in sales." We then explained what we do, (as we are not a sales company), to which you didn't respond until 12/30/19. However, I will copy/paste the most recent interaction in question below, from 6/26-27/20. I will not change any punctuation or capitalization.
Pam: Hi ***! We have a few more positions open now for immediate hire at Focus South with a brand new client! Are you able to log on for an ONLINE ZOOM interview SATURDAY, June 27 at 12:15pm EST? -Pam www.focus-south.com
***: Please list the exact position. I am not available for commission only roles.
Pam: We offer a salary on top of which commission is paid -- but I'll take you out of the running anyways. No worries, have a great day!
[It is then noted on our side that we removed her from our database due to having not had a successful interview since December despite several attempts.]
***: Ok thanks you too! A bit early for texting also
Pam: Texting is for all hours unlike a phone call. It's like email! Have a great day.
***: An email is an email- to which I can check any time of day- A text goes straight to someone's phone. Have a great day too !!!

After that, Pam blocked her number and reconfirmed *** had been taken off our database. There has been no further contact since 6/27/20, 7:23am EST.
This timing is not unusual for our company, as our hours do begin at 7am, and we firmly believe smartphones with texting capabilities, that also receive email, is great for communication via text, readable at one's leisure. Early mornings get top results with our top candidates with regards to responses to our recruitment team!
